**What do you like best about Ringg AI?**

I like how Ringg AI automates our phone calls, effectively replacing human agents with AI. The agent's voice is much closer to a human voice, which makes customers feel more comfortable during conversations. The solutions offered have pretty good latency, ensuring that interactions feel natural and not delayed. The initial setup of Ringg AI was pretty smooth.

**What do you dislike about Ringg AI?**

Like, currently, Ringg AI doesn't have a memory function of sort. So once I'm trying to call a user via Ringg AI, it doesn't have a memory sort of a function where it references the previous conversation. So if it can have that sort of a function where it allows to contact the user multiple times and it can reference the previous conversation, that will be really helpful.

**What problems is Ringg AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ringg AI to automate phone calls, replacing human agents with AI. It offers a voice that's closer to human and low latency, making conversations feel natural and comfortable for customers.

I find Ringg AI super easy to use, especially the workflow builder, which is quite intuitive. Even someone with no AI or software background can quickly set up an AI agent to speak to customers or anyone else and go live in no time. It's super intuitive and works really well. I appreciate the low latency and the very good quality of voice. Overall, it makes my job really easy.

**What do you dislike about Ringg AI?**

I think it can be a little bit expensive to charge it to 9 rupees per minute. But, like, honestly, in my line of work, that cost does not matter, but I can see why it might be expensive for some other people.

I use Ringg AI for customer calls, saving me from manually dialing 100 calls. It boosts my productivity by handling calls in ten minutes, which used to take two days, reducing the tiring effort of repetitive questioning.

Solid voice AI platform overall. Setup was quick and the voice quality sounds surprisingly natural. It handles common customer queries well, though it still struggles with interruptions or complex requests. Good potential if they keep improving the conversation handling.

The platform works well for basic voice automation, but conversation handling can improve, especially when users interrupt or ask multi-step questions. The analytics could also be deeper to better understand where calls break down. With improvements in these areas, it could become a much stronger product.

I really like how Ringg AI automates calls to our sales and partnership prospects at scale, handling hundreds of calls a day without any human involvement. It gives us ultra-efficient lead generation. I appreciate the low latency and how it delivers a very human-like experience for the user. Also, the quality of the text-to-speech is great and accurately follows the conversation flows designed by our team. The customer support is incredibly good; it's by far amongst the best across software providers. They made it very easy to onboard and continue using the platform. Their team also did most of the setup for us.

There's nothing particular that comes to mind, but support for local languages would be super helpful. Right now, we are only on English support, and it would be great to have other languages we can use.

**What do you like best about Ringg AI?**

I liked Ringg AI because it feels just like a real conversation, and customers don't feel like they are talking to a bot. Its pricing is very low, and it offers both automation and personalized AI, which converses in a completely natural tone. Their setup and entire process are very smooth, and they are supportive in helping your business grow. The natural tone of their agentic voice model and features like high call volume, lead qualification, and customer interaction are very beneficial for my business. The flexibility of the script and the ability to customize for different use cases are very important in dynamic domains like real estate. The facility of offering customized plans along with free credits is also very good, which allows work to be done at low cost. For me, this is the easiest way for any developer or business to understand, implement, and execute the process correctly.

I don't think that in today's date, any other company besides Ringg AI is providing the same features with such accuracy at such low prices. Other companies display the prices of different things in different ways, like the price of GPT, the price of voice, etc. These things are written in dollars. As a user, seeing all these different prices causes tension. I want to get a clear and fixed price in one way so that I can be free from the tension of these things.

With other Voice AI tools in the market, the experience is always the same robotic tone, awkward pauses, prospects hanging up within 30 seconds. Ringg AI is a different story.
The calls sound human. Not “pretty good for a bot” human , actually human. The pacing is natural, it handles interruptions without glitching out, and there’s no noticeable lag when it responds. 
Also the seamless onboarding and deployment is the point what stands out.

**What do you dislike about Ringg AI?**

The support for Hindi and English is definitely good, but there’s still room to improve support for regional languages.

**What problems is Ringg AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our connect-to-conversation rate has gone up significantly. The team is spending more time on warm leads instead of cold dials, and we’re able to do it all without adding headcount. For what it costs and how quickly you can get started, it’s been one of the easier wins for us.

I really like how Ringg AI does not hallucinate at all. The workflows run really fine, even the complex ones, which is impressive. There's a combination of agents working behind one single phone number, making it efficient. The latency is just like a human speaking on the other end, so you never realize you're not talking to an AI; it feels like you're talking to an actual person. This is what I like the most about Ringg AI.

I think there are a few languages like Malayalam or so that haven't been solved very accurately. I think they're already working on it, and maybe they would include more languages in the near future.

Making agent flows was tough, had to use other tools to do this. But they're likely getting this feature soon.

As someone working across growth and GTM strategy, Ringg AI has been a game-changer for streamlining outbound sales. Most importantly, the calendar reminders work well and without any intrusive feeling.

The AI voice agent feels human, handles objections intelligently, and integrates seamlessly with CRMs. 

We were able to scale outreach campaigns without hiring large SDR teams. The data-backed call summaries and qualification logic save hours every week for both sales and marketing. It works right out of the box with minimal setup friction.
