Solid voice AI platform overall. Setup was quick and the voice quality sounds surprisingly natural. It handles common customer queries well, though it still struggles with interruptions or complex requests. Good potential if they keep improving the conversation handling. The platform works well for basic voice automation, but conversation handling can improve, especially when users interrupt or ask multi-step questions. What do you like best about Ringg AI?

I use Ringg AI for their voice agents, and it has been instrumental in scaling voice AI reliably for enterprise volumes pan-India. The team has worked closely with us for over a year, during which we have managed to go from a simple pilot to booking ~1000 appointments daily. Their self-serve platform is easy to configure, which has allowed us to iterate quickly, experiment with multiple use cases, and run new pilots seamlessly. What do you like best about Ringg AI?

I really like how Ringg AI automates calls to our sales and partnership prospects at scale, handling hundreds of calls a day without any human involvement. It gives us ultra-efficient lead generation. I appreciate the low latency and how it delivers a very human-like experience for the user. Also, the quality of the text-to-speech is great and accurately follows the conversation flows designed by our team. The customer support is incredibly good; it's by far amongst the best across software providers. They made it very easy to onboard and continue using the platform. What do you dislike about Ringg AI?

What do you like best about Ringg AI?

I liked Ringg AI because it feels just like a real conversation, and customers don't feel like they are talking to a bot. Its pricing is very low, and it offers both automation and personalized AI, which converses in a completely natural tone. Their setup and entire process are very smooth, and they are supportive in helping your business grow. The natural tone of their agentic voice model and features like high call volume, lead qualification, and customer interaction are very beneficial for my business. The flexibility of the script and the ability to customize for different use cases are very important in dynamic domains like real estate. The facility of offering customized plans along with free credits is also very good, which allows work to be done at low cost. What do you dislike about Ringg AI?

I don't think that in today's date, any other company besides Ringg AI is providing the same features with such accuracy at such low prices. Other companies display the prices of different things in different ways, like the price of GPT, the price of voice, etc. These things are written in dollars. As a user, seeing all these different prices causes tension. I want to get a clear and fixed price in one way so that I can be free from the tension of these things. What do you like best about Ringg AI?

With other Voice AI tools in the market, the experience is always the same robotic tone, awkward pauses, prospects hanging up within 30 seconds. Ringg AI is a different story.

The calls sound human. Not “pretty good for a bot” human , actually human. The pacing is natural, it handles interruptions without glitching out, and there’s no noticeable lag when it responds.

I really like how Ringg AI does not hallucinate at all. The workflows run really fine, even the complex ones, which is impressive. There's a combination of agents working behind one single phone number, making it efficient. The latency is just like a human speaking on the other end, so you never realize you're not talking to an AI; it feels like you're talking to an actual person. I really like the voice APIs and the AI integration provided by Ringg AI. The config capability and the scalable platform they have built also stand out. The platform is very self-serve; I can easily make changes without any dependency on their team. Additionally, the APIs are really scalable, which is great for testing and building apps. I think Ringg AI has really helped us improve our customer feedback collection a lot. It has completely replaced manpower calling and allows us to cover a larger number of customers in a short period, which we couldn't do before. I would rate it five out of five. I generally think their voice quality is very good, and the latency and everything feels quite realistic. The initial setup was pretty easy, and it took us about a week to get live.
