The AI does not come across as robotic; it maintains context well and replies in a tone that aligns with how we typically communicate with our customers. The dialog design is well thought out, and the model accurately applies our knowledge base. Since implementing Aissist.io, our CSAT scores have increased and because this was the only significant change in our process, we believe the improved, quicker responses are what led to higher customer satisfaction.
