We deal with a mix of membership questions, appointment changes, wellness inquiries, and first-time visitor follow-ups everyday, and keeping track of all of it across locations was getting messy. The biggest difference for me has honestly been consistency, clients aren't waiting around as often for basic responses anymore.

At first, our team overcomplicated the setup trying to account for every possible customer scenario. Once we simplified things, it worked much better.

In ecommerce, a lot of incoming conversations revolve around order status, compatibility questions, returns, and shipping delays all happening at once. What impressed me was how the system could carry conversations forward without constantly forcing customers back into repetitive clarification loops.

Some workflows involving highly specific product or inventory edge cases still require manual intervention more often than we'd prefer.

Real automation. It works like a coworker, not a bot.

We’ve been using Aissist.io in production for over two years across multiple hosting businesses, and it’s the first AI platform we’ve used that genuinely performs in real support environments.

What sets Aissist apart is the level of control. It doesn’t guess or hallucinate; it operates from structured knowledge and defined workflows across billing, pre-sales, and technical support. As a result, response times dropped significantly, CSAT improved, and a lot of repetitive work was removed without replacing the team.

The setup does require proper training and clear ownership, but that’s also why the outcomes are consistent and reliable. Aissist didn’t shrink our support team—it made it more effective and easier to scale.

I highly recommend it for teams where wrong answers are not an option.

We were able to automate our entire workflow. We tried many other platforms and integrations in Intercom and in Front and Aissist.io really shines when you train and configure it well.

What I appreciate most is how quick the setup process is. We connected our helpdesk, and it immediately imported historical tickets in one go, automatically categorizing common IT issues such as locked accounts, MFA problems, VPN or client connection issues, email performance, and standard hardware requests. Instead of having to create numerous workflows from scratch, which saves both time and stress, I simply review the suggested replies, adjust some wording to fit our internal language, and decide which responses should be escalated to a human. In just about an hour, we had a system ready to deploy for real users. After that, it started handling repetitive tickets on its own and accurately tagging the rest, which has clearly improved our workflow efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Aissist.io?**

One aspect I believe could be enhanced is the reporting functionality. While the dashboard is useful, it feels somewhat generic for IT purposes. I would appreciate a straightforward view that clearly shows how many tickets were resolved by AI during the week, how many were escalated to humans due to unconfirmed identity, and how many failed because of missing information. Having this information readily available would provide clearer ROI insights without the need to export data, making things much simpler.

Basically it is cutting down the low value tickets that slow the team like password resets, access requests and the basic I cannot log in sort of thing, and when an issue is reaching an agent it is already coming with context and the right tags itself so resolution is faster and we are seeing shorter morning response times and more focus on real incidents and endpoint work, no issues as such on that front.

We set up individual agents for specific topics like billing questions, account access, and product issues. Once we fine-tuned them, the AI managed most routine tickets independently, only escalating the more unusual cases to us.

The support from Aissist.io is excellent, we never deployed an AI agent before. We were interested in AI automation for customer support ticket processing. The Aissist.io team provided a lot of help to us and we were able to understand how to setup and optimize the AI, so it can answer customer's question with high accuracy. The pricing from Aissist.io is also transparent and much more affordable compaing with other options.
