What do you like best about Aissist.io?

The quality of conversation feels very natural and human-like. The AI does not come across as robotic; it maintains context well and replies in a tone that aligns with how we typically communicate with our customers. The dialog design is well thought out, and the model accurately applies our knowledge base. Since implementing Aissist.io, our CSAT scores have increased and because this was the only significant change in our process, we believe the improved, quicker responses are what led to higher customer satisfaction. What do you like best about Aissist.io?

What I appreciate most is how quick the setup process is. We connected our helpdesk, and it immediately imported historical tickets in one go, automatically categorizing common IT issues such as locked accounts, MFA problems, VPN or client connection issues, email performance, and standard hardware requests. Instead of having to create numerous workflows from scratch, which saves both time and stress, I simply review the suggested replies, adjust some wording to fit our internal language, and decide which responses should be escalated to a human. In just about an hour, we had a system ready to deploy for real users. After that, it started handling repetitive tickets on its own and accurately tagging the rest, which has clearly improved our workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

One aspect I believe could be enhanced is the reporting functionality. While the dashboard is useful, it feels somewhat generic for IT purposes. I would appreciate a straightforward view that clearly shows how many tickets were resolved by AI during the week, how many were escalated to humans due to unconfirmed identity, and how many failed because of missing information. What do you like best about Aissist.io?

What I appreciate is that it doesn't attempt to have a single AI handle every type of inquiry. We set up individual agents for specific topics like billing questions, account access, and product issues. Each agent has its own set of instructions and knowledge base, which leads to more accurate responses and prevents policies from getting mixed up. It is astonishingly easy to create AI with Aissist.io, just a website and several lines, AI does all it for you. As a small business, we don't have a lot of staffing to invest in AI to create, manage and maintain, as most big companies. But Aissist.io demonstrated how easy it can be.
