I use Notion for team review, project status, and sprint. I use it as a unified knowledge base for me to check how the things are going on, where my progress is, and what is the new task that I have done. It also helps me to get in touch with our team lead to update the system.

I use Notion to organize my study materials and readings, track my tasks, and summarize meetings. I like the ease of use, as I am not forced to use the more complex functions to achieve a good result. Notion's integrations are very good, allowing me to work in another tool and keep everything synchronized, having a single access point to ensure that the information is up to date.

I really like having the option to transcribe meetings and then organize the information into data tables. The UI is clean, simple, and easy to understand, which makes it straightforward to get started. Performance is fast, and in my experience the AI engine has been great for the way I’ve been using it. That said, the integrations haven’t worked very well for me because they’re blocked by my company. I’d love to integrate it with my Outlook or Agenda, but I haven’t had the chance to set that up yet, so I can’t really comment on how well those integrations work. Pricing feels a bit on the high side. On the plus side, support has been amazing and quick, in my opinion.
