What I like best about Joule is how it fits naturally into my workflow. It provides quick, context-aware insights and recommendations without interrupting what I’m doing. Instead of hunting through multiple tools or reports, I can get the information I need right when I need it, which saves time and helps me make decisions faster. What I dislike about Joule is that sometimes the suggestions or insights can feel a bit generic, especially for more complex or nuanced tasks. It’s helpful most of the time, but for deeper analysis, I still need to double-check or refine the results manually. Additionally, new users might find it takes a little time to understand how to get the most value out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
