What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

RollWorks has top tier customer service and support, from their onboarding process to weekly check in calls they are really there to make you feel supported and answer any questions. They provide customzied reports that take the leg work off of your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

If you are lacking in hubspot/salesforce hygien it can be hard to make sure you are getting the most from the platform. You can always do a manually review of accounts but it adds a lot of time.

Enterprise level accounts are harder to target given the size of the organization, we sturggled with narrowing down the titles enough to not spend a significant amount of money for each playbook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are really leaning into the intent data and key words, RollWorks is really helpful to understand what key words your target companies are looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

I appreciate the ease of use in deploying campaigns across the platform, and the simple but effective UX that enables our team to quickly evaluate performance and make changes as we introduce new creative & campaigns into our media mix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

There are some features related to visibility of audience insights that I would love to be able to pair up within our reporting, specifically for site placement data vs the end user - We're still able to pull this currently, but would love to be able to see it all together more quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to quickly segment and retarget audience cohorts across multiple verticals within our product stack has been incredibly helpful for our team, and effective! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

The use of targeted online advertising, the ability to do retargeting campaigns and support for online social media channel advertising is really a welcome aspect of how RollWorks can help the small sales team do big things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

The features of Rollworks are overall very good. Reporting could be improved to be a little more comprehensive and the UI could be improved by making reporting results sortable upon viewing in the UI so as not to export and sort things, this would be a convenience, but the data that is provided is very good overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retargeting ability in RollWorks is really very good. The marketing intelligence that we receive based on our marketing efforts and website analytics helps us target our advertising with laser like focus. The Bombora database used by Rollworks is really very comprehensive and that makes a big difference in our ability to identify qualified leads quickly. The fact that RollWorks integrates with Salesforce for us makes it a solutions that we can combine our marketing team with our sales team to work effectively with data we were not able to get as effeciently before. What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

One of the best aspects of RollWorks is the integration with HubSpot. As an end-to-end HubSpot user, we're able to pull in signals into our HubSpot dashboards, powering both sales and marketing to be on the same page on who we're targeting and when. From a marketers perspective, Rollworks makes it pretty easy to build playbooks and audiences to target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

I wish we could upload our own HTML5 ads. I understand why we can't but sometimes that adds a few days to the timeline, waiting for those to be populated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue RollWorks solved for me was that it tells us where to fish and when to fish there. We have a small but mighty team, but if we're going to invest time in outbound and advertising, we might as well make sure they are in-market for an employee advocacy platform. Also, I came from another ABM solution in which the integration with HubSpot was not a true two-way integration. Now it is, and it makes pulling data into HubSpot so much easier for us to review, analyse, and capitalize on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

RollWorks is very easy to use and it didn't take too long to understand how to launch campaigns, update keywords, build ICPs. The interface is simpler than many other platforms I have used.

They continually add new features - last one they added was a Command Center, which makes it easy to see how your ads are performing. It is nice that they are continually trying to make it simpler and more effective to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

My only complaint would be the lack of flexibility when selecting filters. I have had issues where I wanted to select a variation of "and" as well as "or" for building out lists and was not able to make it as specific of a segment as I would have wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

RollWorks is helping us segment our buyers by their stage in the journey. We can see which accounts are landing where in the funnel, and it has been helping us significantly to be able to segment out our content. We have an automated process as well for the types of ads showing, so it is nice to almost set it and forget it, knowing marketing is happening behind the scenes. What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

I really appreciate the straightforward process of executing the playbooks. Additionally, their intent data is invaluable for pinpointing the right accounts that are showing increased activity, allowing for timely outreach. Their customer support is excellent, consistently responding to queries. Overall my experience with RW has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

Given the very low form conversion rate for Rollworks, I believe there's significant potential to improve how RW deanonymizes contacts who interact with the ads. This would enable the BDRs to better identify and connect with right individuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Targeting the accounts across the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

I like the segmentation the platform provides with multiple layers for parsing through data. The service from the RollWorks team is top tier with a real focus on on your product. I also get better results using Display ads on RollWorks than other platforms I have used in the past. I find myself using this tool frequently to see what other insights I can find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

There is a steep learning curve and more documentation would help a lot. Adding a "duplicate" ad campaign feature would be a huge improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use RollWorks to introduce new users to our brand. This strategy implies that I try to get a lot of impressions with a good click through rate. With that said, I also retarget users who have interacted with our mupltiple ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

The best part of Rollworks is Account segmentation into journey stages that can be configured to your organization's needs. I like having access to intent and keywords that we use for targeted messaging and ads. Rollworks is easy to use and was very quick to integrate with our CRM. We have a dedicated account team that we enjoy working with and learn a lot from. My teammates and I use Rollworks daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

Rollworks needs to work on their account identification. When using Rollworks to segment your entire database into specific journey stages based on activities from individual accounts, we need to know the company identification is the best in the industry. Otherwise, signals aren't being attributed at all or to the correct account. Journey Stages has a lookback period of 90 days, since we have a long sales cycle (>1 year) this is not an adequate time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RollWorks Account-Based Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Database segmentation is the most important feature to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
