## AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) Reviews
 ### 1. Fantastic AdRoll Account Managers: Responsive, Insightful, and Business-Focused

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin V. | Campaign Manager, Public Sector & Email Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The account managers at AdRoll are fantastic. They make a real effort to understand our business needs and ad campaign ideas. They are prepared with helpful suggestions, and provide quick responses to questions and inquiries. If we need changes, they typically have them made within the hour.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Understanding the reporting and effectiveness of ABM can be a struggle. This is mainly due to the nature of ABM mostly being an awareness play in the B2B space. As marketers, we're tasked with proving to leadership that ABM ad campaigns are effective, and that translation can be challenges. Along those lines, it can sometimes be challenging for the account managers to understand why leadership has a tough time conceptualizing the benefit. It's hard for leadership not to see it as a lead generation play.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll mostly helps us solve the problem of segmentation and advertising to our target accounts. We can put together a list of companies we'd like to do business with, and AdRoll can identify contacts based on domains at a specific company, and target them effectively. This helps us get our brand in front of high-value, targeted potential customers.

 ### 2. User-Friendly List Building, Excellent Media Center, and Fast, Knowledgeable Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa G. | Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It's pretty user friendly as far as assembling lists go. Additionally, the media center is excellent. If you're uploading a bunch of ad images, not only can you bulk upload them, but you can also press a button that attaches the same URL to all of the images. You can also label them so they're easy to find when you're setting up the ads later. Peak convenience. It's also super easy to export account lists to Linked in. The rep is also knowledgable and always responds quickly when I Slack for help.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I dislike that they keep rebranding. That's incredibly obnoxious. The way things are set up are also not completely clear. For example, you can export account lists to LI but not contact lists. You also can't run an ad playbook with a contact list. There's a third type of ad, called website ads, which isn't super intuitive. It doesn't require that people have visited your site, so it's misnamed. The selections for contact titles and job functions are also fairly thin on the grounds, which makes it difficult not to have a wider audience.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll is good for air cover advertising. I've never used it for conversions, specifically, so I don't know how effective it is in that arena. It's also great and ensuring we're advertising to the right people on LinkedIn. You can export dynamic lists to LI, and while that takes a couple of days because of LI, it's super useful for hitting the right audience.

 ### 3. We love working with AdRoll!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorenza M. | Senior Marketing Manager (AMER), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I think using this platform has definitely been great for us. Being able to segment and target specific accounts for ads has changed the way we capture leads positively. The only minor thing I think can be better is the email uploading tool, sometimes is quite annoying when trying to edit or upload new emails. And the integration with Zoho, it is hard for us to track down results because there is no integration at all.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

API with ZOHO. We use personalized URLs to be able to follow up on leads we capture through the RollWorks Platform, but we haven't been able to plug one into each other correctly. No API works within ZOHO and RollWorks, and that is a boomer.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targeting specific customers with our company promotions and news has been excellent for businesses. Being able to collect actual qualified leads has also helped us do better business. This has helped a lot with ABS campaigns and strategies.

 ### 4. Dynamic ABM Ads, But Needs Better Account Alerts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dex W. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really appreciate AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) for its ABM display advertising and targeting capabilities, which work well for our niche manufacturing life science industry. The platform allows our small, bandwidth-limited team to run dynamic display advertising to different audience and account lists effectively. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy due to their incredible onboarding team.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Prospecting is difficult for our sales team, so taking spiking account alerts and trying to action on them is hard. Especially when spikes are based off a root domain and we have hospital system clients with dozens of locations, so determining where the intent is coming from isn’t useful. Splint account alerts aren’t very actionable for a B2B company like us that isn’t SaaS.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM for ABM display advertising and targeting, which helps us reach our niche manufacturing life science audience. It supports our small, bandwidth-limited team by enabling dynamic advertising to various audience and account lists efficiently.

 ### 5. Effective ABM Targeting With Clear Account‑Level Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** eknauss@proshipinc.com K. | Strategic Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like that AdRoll helps us effectively use our budget and messaging to target the right accounts. We use the account-based targeting and audience segmentation tools to narrow our focus on a high-intent audience that falls within our target industries. We also like using the reporting and attribution tools to understand which target accounts are showing engagement and how AdRoll is helping improve our conversions.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Some of the more advanced features have a learning curve, making it challenging for new users to navigate the platform. Some reporting customization is also limited.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll helps us target key, high-value accounts and understand which ads are performing best in influencing pipeline. With better visibility into what's working and where, we can allocate our budget more efficiently and spend less time trying to align ad performance to actual business outcomes.

 ### 6. Reliable ABM Platform for Better Account Targeting and Campaign Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shibu K. | Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

What I like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) is how easy it is to identify and target the right accounts without spending too much time managing campaigns manually. The platform gives very clear visibility into account engagement, website activity, and campaign performance, which helps our team focus on high-intent prospects instead of running broad campaigns blindly.

From an admin perspective, the audience segmentation and account-based targeting features are really useful and practical for daily operations. We were able to align marketing and sales efforts much better after implementing it. The dashboard is clean, reporting is easy to understand, and campaign setup is straightforward even when managing multiple audiences.

What impressed me most is the consistency in retargeting and account engagement tracking. It helped improve lead quality and gave our team better confidence in identifying accounts that were actually interested. Overall, the platform has been reliable, user-friendly, and very effective for ABM-focused campaigns.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

There is not much to dislike overall. Initially, understanding some advanced targeting and reporting features took a little time for our team, but once we became familiar with the platform, daily campaign management became very smooth. Overall, the experience has been positive and the platform has worked reliably for our ABM activities.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helped us improve account targeting and lead engagement by giving better visibility into which companies were actively interacting with our campaigns and website. It reduced a lot of manual effort for our marketing team and helped us focus more on high-intent accounts, which improved campaign performance and overall lead quality.

 ### 7. A Practical and Efficient ABM Platform for Focused, Scalable Campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kaushal p. | Network Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

As someone who spent years in the "RollWorks" ecosystem before the 2026 brand unification into AdRoll ABM, the transition has been surprisingly smooth. What i appreciate most as a daily user is the intent Data engine.

The Media Center: The bulk-upload feature is a lifesaver. Being able to attach a single destination URL to 20 different sizes with one click saves me about 45 minutes per campaign launch.

From an admin standpoint, the feburary 2026 Salesforce Package update was a significant milestone. Managing the backend for a B2B stack can be a nightmare during rebrands, but the transition from RollWorks to AdRoll ABM handled the API mapping well.

Key Admin Wins:

CRM Object Management: We can finally delete legacy "RollWorks" custom objects and fields in salesforce to free up data storage and custom fields limits.

Role-Based Access: The permission are granular enough that i can give our Sales Development Reps (SDRs) access to the Account Discovery dashboard without letting them accidentially mess with the bidding budget or pixel settings.

Reporting Flexibility: The new :AdRoll Custom Reports" folder allows for custom field mapping. We've successfully mapped our "Lead Score" from HubSpot directly into the AdRoll to see how ad engagement correlates with sales readiness.

Seamless CRM integration
Excellent customer support
Transparent ROI tracking from "First Touch" to "Closed Won"

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) is a solid platform overall, especially for teams getting started with account-based marketing, but there are few areas where it can feel a bit limiting.
For example, some users find that the reporting and analytics, while useful, don't always go as deep or customizable as they'd like for more advanced campaigns. The interface is generally user-friendly, through certain workflows can take time to fully get used t, particularly when managing more complex targeting setup. Additionally, compared to some higher-end ABM platforms, its integrations and data enrichment capabilities may not be as extnsive, which can matter for larger organizations with very specific needs, That said, these drawbacks
are often balanced by its ease of use and accessibility, making it a practical choice for many teams.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM (formerly RollWorks) mainly helps tackle the challenge of focusing marketing efforts on the right accounts instead of casting too wide a net. It brings targeting, engagement, and measurement into one place, which makes it easier to coordinate campaigns across channels without juggling multiple tools.

Another benefit is having a clearer view of how campaigns are performing at the account level. Instead of just looking at individuals leads, it becomes easier to see how entire buying groups are interacting, which helps with prioritizations and alignment between marketing and sales.

Overall, it streamlines a lot of the manual work around account selection, targeting, and tracking, which makes campaigns feel more focused and efficient without adding too much complexity.

 ### 8. Simplifies Display Advertising with Room for Precision Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like the simplicity of setting up and running campaigns with AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks). It's quite easy, and it helps by reducing manual overheads. I also appreciate the ability to layer in intent data to improve targeting precision, allowing us to do more precise targeting to an account based on interest signals. These features make it valuable to us by making performance tracking at the campaign level easier.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I think there is still scope to improve targeting precision. We still see some accounts getting targeted despite our account list not containing those accounts. Also, it would be great if we get more control over setting more precise audiences based on the job title of the prospect. It would also be great if AdRoll ABM had an AI to which you could give an input in plain English on what kind of campaign you want to run, target personas, etc., and it goes ahead and drafts the campaign settings by building the audience, selecting intent filters, etc.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to reach target audiences with digital ads, staying top of mind. It reduces manual overhead, tracks campaign performance easily, and uses intent data for precise targeting.

 ### 9. Seamless ABM + Ads with Strong Salesforce Sync and Clear Intent Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Seamless ABM + advertising integration
It doesn’t just help you identify target accounts—it actually lets you engage them through ads across channels, all in one place.
Strong Salesforce integration
The sync with Salesforce makes it practical for real B2B workflows. Sales and marketing can align on the same account lists and intent signals without messy manual work.
Intent data & account insights
You get visibility into which accounts are showing buying intent, which helps prioritize outreach instead of guessing.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

One downside of AdRoll ABM (formerly RollWorks) is that data accuracy and list logic dependencies can sometimes create issues, especially when heavily reliant on Salesforce integrations. If there’s any mismatch or logic error (like account segmentation), it can directly impact campaign targeting and reporting.

Additionally, reporting can feel slightly limited or delayed at times, particularly for deeper attribution or real-time insights. This can make it harder to quickly validate performance for weekly or QTD reviews.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM (formerly RollWorks) helps solve a few core challenges in B2B marketing, especially around targeting, engagement, and measurement.

Problem: Broad, inefficient targeting
Instead of casting a wide net, it allows us to focus only on high-value accounts (like TI100), ensuring marketing efforts are directed where they matter most.
Benefit: Better use of budget and higher-quality engagement from relevant accounts.

 ### 10. Dynamic Integration with Setbacks in Attribution

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandy M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like that AdRoll ABM integrates very nicely with existing tech stacks, allowing companies to attach it to their CRM and marketing automation software platforms to create dynamic lists. I appreciate that the segmentation gets quite granular with regard to seniority and functions. I also like that Bombera is embedded in the platform to complement other SEO and keyword strategies. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and the ability to pivot quickly with dynamic lists helps with evolving priorities and market focus.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

What could be improved is attribution. Vanity metrics at the top of the funnel, like impressions and clicks, are very clearly visible in the platform, and those can be easily achieved. But attributing actions like impressions, clicks, and account progression down a buyer's journey to a purchase, particularly for B2B enterprise, is a bit aggressive. And I think that there is a little bit too much influence that the platform takes with regard to opportunity creation and won business. ABM and buyer behavior is shifting and this is a piece, but not the whole picture. I think there should have been a better conversation around cookie configuration and strategies so that there could be better reporting and connectivity between what's visible in the platform, what companies can see on their end via their own platforms so you can connect the dots. The setup around how hands-on the client needs to be was a bit messy for this particular client.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM for targeted campaigns and leveraging intent signals at the account level.

 ### 11. Great company-level intent insights, but confusing UX and limited individual visibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Strategic AE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

What I like most is being able to see which companies are actually checking us out and what they’re looking at. I use the company tracking and page-level insights all the time especially to see if someone’s spending time on our pricing page, product pages, or case studies. That kind of detail is huge.

It’s helped my workflow a lot because I’m not just blindly reaching out anymore. If I see a target account poking around high intent pages, I’ll time my outreach around that and tailor my message to what they were clearly interested in. It makes the conversation feel way more relevant and my response rates have definitely improved.

One unexpected benefit is how helpful it’s been for messaging. Seeing which pages different types of companies spend time on has given me better insight into what’s actually resonating, and I’ve been able to adjust my outreach (and even share feedback with marketing) based on that.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

One thing that would make it a lot more powerful is being able to see exactly who at the company is doing the research. Right now, I can see the account-level activity, but I still have to guess who the right person is internally. That sometimes leads to outreach that misses the mark or adds an extra step of trying to find the actual decision-maker. If there were a way to tie activity to specific contacts (even probabilistically, like likely personas or roles), it would make outreach much more precise and save time.

The UX can also be a bit confusing at first. It’s not always obvious where to find certain insights or how different views connect together. Early on, that slowed me down and made it harder to consistently use the platform in my daily workflow. A more streamlined layout, clearer labeling, or even guided onboarding/tooltips for key features would make it easier to adopt and get value from faster.

Overall, the data itself is really strong, it just needs a slightly smoother user experience and more contact-level clarity to make it even more actionable.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps by identifying which companies are actively researching our company. It’s really useful to know which organizations are engaging with us, because it lets me see not only which content is resonating, but also where I should prioritize my follow-ups.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> Hi Daniel! Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on your experience with AdRoll ABM. It's wonderful that you find the company-level intent insights valuable for tailoring your outreach and improving response rates. We understand your desire for more individual visibility and a clearer user experience. Your suggestions for tying activity to specific contacts and enhancing the UX are noted and will be shared with our team for consideration. We aim to provide a seamless and intuitive platform for our customers, and your input is valuable in helping us achieve that goal. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance with navigating the platform, please feel free to reach out to your account management team. Thank you again for your feedback!

 ### 12. Powerful Deanonymisation, Needs Better Coverage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhilash K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like the deanonymization feature in AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks). It's a good signal for us in marketing to know which accounts or people are displaying buying behaviors across the internet. It's even better when we can identify who is visiting our website and showing intent but not submitting our form for expression of interest. We like to retarget such leads, and AdRoll helps with this.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I think deanonymization coverage could be improved. It will also be good to have person level deanonymization than just at account level. I am not sure if AdRoll ABM already provides this but since I did not see that in our package - it would be good to have retargeting capabilities, such as a chat bot on the website, event-based email, etc. to target leads as soon as they are identified to have shown a buying signal.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to deanonymize website visitors and identify people interacting with our content. It helps us retarget leads showing buying intent and track accounts or leads we want to convert or reactivate.

 ### 13. Reliable ABM Solution for Data-Driven Marketing Teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niraj J. | Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

AdRoll ABM stands out for its ability to identify and target high-value accounts with precision and engage them across multiple channels from a single platform. I particularly like the combination of account insights, intent data, and automation—it makes it much easier to prioritize the right accounts at the right time. The platform also provides a clear view of the buyer journey and helps align marketing and sales teams, which improves overall campaign efficiency and pipeline visibility.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

While AdRoll ABM is powerful, the platform can feel a bit complex at first—especially when setting up more advanced targeting and segmentation. It takes some time to fully understand all features and get the most out of it. Additionally, reporting customization could be more flexible, and pricing may be a consideration for smaller teams or those just starting with ABM.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helps us focus on the right accounts instead of wasting effort on low-quality leads. It identifies high-fit companies using data and intent signals, and allows us to engage them with personalized, multi-channel campaigns. This has improved alignment between our marketing and sales teams and given us better visibility into the buyer journey.

As a result, we’ve seen more efficient pipeline generation, higher-quality opportunities, and better tracking of how campaigns impact revenue. It also simplifies campaign execution with automation and centralized reporting, saving time while improving overall performance.

 ### 14. Powerful Targeting, Needs Better Attribution Clarity

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandy M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I do like the ability to connect to our existing CRM and marketing automation platforms, which helps us with dynamic lists and proper targeting. I think from a technical standpoint, that's very strong. I also like the ability to niche down with regard to segmentation. The fact that we can use our own lists and drill down on function, titles, and seniority level, and have multiple campaigns running at the same time that have different goals.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really have a struggle with the attribution. It over attributes its influence on new and existing deals. There are so many factors that go into SQLs and opportunities, and I do think that it claims a bit too much influence. You can adjust the settings, but you still need to set proper expectations around how much influence impressions and clicks make in a B2B enterprise sale. The interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly. Social plug-ins are an additional charge.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to track journey progression with target accounts, increase brand awareness, and enhance segmentation. It connects well with our CRM and marketing automation platforms, allowing targeted campaigns and multiple goals. It helps us maximize digital footprint and reach priority markets.

 ### 15. Intuitive Platform with Room for Improvement in Targeting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus G. | Senior Specialist, Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I appreciate how simple and intuitive AdRoll is to use. The platform is easy to navigate, and the interface is clean and user-friendly. One of the biggest strengths is how metrics are displayed-everything in centralized on a single page, making it easy to analyze performance without jumping between views. Overall, it's a very accessible platform, even for users who want to get up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Persona targeting could be more flexible and streamlined. Currently, the inability to use AND/OR logic when targeting job functions or titles makes audience creation more manual than it should be/ Having to build separate audiences for different titles can be time-consuming and less intuitive. Improving this functionality would make the platform much more efficient and user-friendly for more advanced targeting.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helps us target accounts showing high intent, which allow us to allocate budget more efficiently and reduce wasted impressions. It supports moving accounts through the funnel by enabling more strategic targeting across different buying stages, ultimately helping drive pipeline progression.

 ### 16. Great Support, Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie L. | Campaign Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I appreciate the ability of AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) to reach our audience wherever they might be across the internet and to target who we want to reach. The team we work with is great and very knowledgeable, which adds to the value of the service. I like using journey stages to see account progression and playbooks for retargeting. The platform is preferred because it has only the features we need, which makes it better for us. Pricing was also a compelling factor for switching to AdRoll ABM.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The UI could definitely be improved. I would like to see ad performance in a way that is easier and clearer. We could use a visual of best and worst performing creative so we know what needs to be switched.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) for display ads, reaching our audience across the internet, and targeting who we want. Journey stages help us see account progression, and I like playbooks for retargeting.

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I just love how easy it is to navigate the website. Additionally, I do love the integration with HubSpot because when we're going through and looking at contacts and companies and leads, we can see all of that key information about website visits right on the dashboard, which is so helpful.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Sometimes it's really hard to find the details you're looking for. It's a big website, so I think sometimes it's not quite as intuitive as it could be. Sometimes if I'm looking for a certain data point, I'm not sure exactly what page it is on, so I have to go scrolling through the sections and popping in and out of different sections to find what I'm looking for.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) helps us target our marketing budget effectively, avoiding waste. It also shows which targeted companies visit our website and what pages they view, aiding in refining our messaging.

 ### 18. User-Friendly, Integrations Shine, Minor Latency Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramin S. | Enterprise Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I find AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) very easy to use and user-friendly, especially with its AI features that simplify navigating through ad creative and getting specific reporting. It's straightforward to see how my campaigns are structured and built. I appreciate how everything integrates and plays nicely together, making it a simple tool to use and understand for our entire display advertising flow. The integration with other platforms, like Salesforce, makes the segmentation and targeting process more effective. Additionally, the support from the AdRoll team is very accessible whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The only thing I can think of in terms of using the UI itself are definitely just some periods of latency when it comes to navigating within the tool. Whether it's waiting for creative to upload, trying to download a report, and having to either wait for it to be sent offline or just taking a long time to resolve in the tool. There'll be moments when I'm just trying to navigate from page to page that may take a little longer than usual. Not something that's horrendous, but definitely something that could be looked at as well.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM for display advertising, managing our ad creative library, activating creative, and processing ad reporting efficiently.

 ### 19. AdRoll ABM helps showcase marketing activity and attribution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz L. | Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The AdRoll ABM platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to pick up from day one. We use it for digital ads and for tracking funnel movement, and it has been a major upgrade from our previous systems. I’m in the platform daily for a variety of functions, and the overall ease of use has truly been a game changer.

Our implementation process was hands-on and collaborative, and we worked with a consistent team that understood our goals and objectives. We’ve had the same customer success manager since implementation (over two years ago), and he has been outstanding. He keeps us updated on new product features that align with our goals, helps with strategic planning shifts, and is extremely quick to respond whenever we have questions or run into issues.

From a digital ads perspective, we’re seeing strong performance, and the reporting capabilities offer a wide range of breakdowns to help us understand results.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I wouldn't say I have any major dislikes, just product features that would be nice to have, and every single time we bring those to the team they reach out to their engineering and team counterparts to understand if our ask is on the product roadmap. More than once our request is on the map and in some cases we've been asked to help beta test.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM has given us an advertising platform that is clear and easy to build ABM campaigns and retargeting motions. It connects our account data from Hubspot and pushes it to LinkedIn so we can continue our omnichannel ABM efforts with enriched and accurate data. Additionally, it has helped us build a standard for how we in Marketing and Sales look at our in TAM accounts and track where they are at in the marketing and sales motion. Finally, it has helped showcase our ideal customer profile and enriched our accounts with intent data.

 ### 20. Effective Marketing Insights, But Lacking Customer Success Support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel P. | Sr. Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like the platform a lot, particularly the insights it gives us on intent. We can see pretty well what our target market is searching for, which helps us identify whether they're potentially in market for our services and solutions. I also really like some of the sales insights features, like the spiking accounts. My sales team gets very excited and relies on those features to plan their tasks for the week ahead. When spiking emails come up, we're able to see who has visited our website and engaged with our ads, which allows us to pinpoint who we want to pursue for prospecting. The platform is a great support to our sales and marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I think that customer service or customer success has declined a bit since we started our partnership. Pretty early on, we were passed back and forth to different customer success managers/reps. When we finally landed on one, there was less attention to detail and a lot less hands on support. As a small team, the main selling point for AdRoll was that we would have a standing tech support meeting and that customer success would provide hands on support, as needed. Instead, I have learned that my account rep has a relatively high client pool (50-60+), which leads to more links to articles from the knowledge base and our strategy calls are more discussions with vague suggestions. As customer success, I lean on my rep's experience and expertise with the platform to give suggestions based on my concerns and industry and target market audience expertise and experience. It has been less collaborative and more hands-off than what I expected.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helps us reach a broad target market with ads covering 99% of the web. The insights on intent and spiking accounts aid my sales team in identifying potential prospects and shaping marketing strategies.

 ### 21. Solid Account-Level Reporting That Helps Sales Handoffs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh P. | Senior Content and Media Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The account level reporting is solid. It shows exactly which accounts are engaging. Being able to see that specific account activity helps me hand off much better data to my sales team than I get from standard social platforms.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The reporting delay, combined with the slow campaign ramp-up, is a major frustration. Unlike LinkedIn, where you can see results immediately, this platform has a long learning period before ads even start running properly. Having to wait 24 hours to see data for a campaign that already takes too long to get moving makes optimization feel unnecessarily slow and drawn out.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of anonymous web traffic by providing account-level visibility. We get broad reach across the internet while still knowing exactly which companies are clicking our ads. That means we can pass real intent data to our sales team, rather than spending time chasing blind clicks.

 ### 22. Easy Entry Into ABM with Great AdRoll Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ian s. | Demand Gen Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It's a pretty easy entry into the ABM world and the team at AdRoll were great at getting everything set up in the beginning. Once the heavy lifting was done at the beginning after that everything started getting much easier.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

its mostly at the account level so it's not going to give you the granularity that other platforms might be able to give you.You will never get to the individual lead level with this program.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving us air cover in a bunch of different areas online and it also gives our BDRs some direction on where they should focus their Outbound activities.

 ### 23. Easy Retargeting with Ad Creation Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I use AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) primarily to reach potential customers through retargeting ads. It significantly helps me expand the reach of my company's brand. I appreciate the ease of use AdRoll provides. I like that it enables the creation of multiple ad types and sizes within the platform itself, which makes launching a campaign easy to do without consuming too much time from a graphic designer. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, especially if you have a web developer or someone familiar with adding code.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I would like the display graphics to go more in depth and use more AI to help make the images.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to reach potential customers through retargeting ads, expanding my company's brand reach easily. It also simplifies launching campaigns without needing much time from a graphic designer.

 ### 24. Helpful Lead Management and Journey View, SFDC connection can take a 1-2 days

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It’s been helpful for lead, contact, and data management. The UI is also useful for getting an overview of the buying journey. The CRM integrations do work, but they’ve been buggy at times, with errors and display issues. Data refreshes have taken up to 24 hours, but our team has been able to get in touch with Support when needed.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Once set-up it was stable, but integrations have returned unclear or inconsistent error messages and can take 24+ hours to resolve initially. This created confusion for our admins and users, and it delays time to value whenever we need to reconnect the CRM.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like the dashboard showing unified buying journey and stages. It helps to have a singular view.

 ### 25. User-Friendly Platform with Valuable Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony F. | Vice President of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

I like that AdRoll ABM is very user-friendly, which makes navigating the platform easy for me. The reporting features are very nice and valuable, providing detailed insights that I can slice by days, weeks, or months and by different segments of traffic. This really helps our business move forward. Additionally, the AI assistant has been very helpful and is a great add-on.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Right now, I don't have a lot. The AI assistant has been very helpful and a great add-on. But, yeah, nothing that really lacks from our needs currently.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to retarget customers within our ICP, ensuring we're visible to visitors and unconnected contacts by showing ads. The user-friendly platform and nice reporting help our business move forward, allowing us to segment traffic by time and different segments.

 ### 26. Flawless Setup and Robust CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brennan M. | Digital Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really like the clean integrations to the CRM in AdRoll, which make it very easy to use existing target lists. This saves time in getting campaigns built and running. The lifecycle reporting is also a big plus, allowing me to easily see how advertising fits into the overall prospect lifecycle and measure ROI. The playbooks feature is fantastic because it automates moving prospects through different creative and campaigns based on their actions. Additionally, the delivery network is fantastic, and the customer support is great. Overall, the initial setup was flawless.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Creative organization

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM streamlines hyper-targeting and personalizing ads at scale. It integrates cleanly with CRM for easy use of target lists, simplifies campaign building and tracking, and helps measure ROI effortlessly. Playbooks automate prospect movement across stages.

 ### 27. Efficient Targeting, Flexible Setup, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikhil P. | Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

What I like most about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) is how easy it makes targeting the right accounts. The platform helps focus on high-value prospects instead of a broad audience, and the ability to track engagement in one place is really helpful. It simplifies campaign management and makes it easier to see what's working.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Some areas of AdRoll could be more flexible, especially when it comes to reporting and customization. At times, it's a bit difficult to get deeper insights into performance and certain features. These take time to fully understand.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to solve the challenge of targeting the right accounts and decision-makers. It allows us to focus on high-value accounts, track engagement, and bring targeting, engagement, and performance into one place, saving time and simplifying what works.

 ### 28. Streamlined Audience Targeting with Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Head of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really like the ease of use in AdRoll ABM, specifically its intuitive interface and ability to quickly see results and view the progression of users through the awareness funnel. The onboarding, with support from our account manager has gone really smoothly and the platform's ability to facilitate the handover of leads to our sales team via our CRM is helpful, as is the ease of viewing users' movement through different funnel stages.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Having improved previews of ad formats so you don't have to click into each individual ad format to see which is performing well.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to identify which organizations are searching and target them based on their awareness stages. It streamlines lead handover to our sales team and helps track users' progress through the awareness funnel.

 ### 29. Streamlined Targeting, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lichi C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like how easy it is to build and activate targeted audiences without overcomplicating the process with AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks). It provides good visibility into account engagement and helps us move quickly when launching or optimizing campaigns. This speed is crucial when aligning creative, paid strategy, and post-click experience.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Overall it works well, but I think the reporting could be more intuitive and easier to customize, especially when sharing insights across teams. Some parts of the platform also take a bit of time to fully understand at first, so improving onboarding and making key workflows more streamlined would make it even better.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AdRoll ABM to target high-intent accounts, prioritize audiences, and connect ad strategy with conversions, improving media efficiency and reducing budget waste.

 ### 30. Empowered ABM with Easy Setup and Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really enjoyed the implementation and thought it was fantastic. The Salesforce dashboards they built out have been useful and keep our reps on top of their most important deals. The integration with both Marketo and Salesforce works well. The setup of AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) was very easy, and the implementation was great.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

What we have a little bit of trouble with is that we generally, in the past, use leads as our main way of tracking things. We've had to transfer to contacts. So I wish it worked with both.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helps us track account-based marketing metrics, improves lead attribution, and provides a holistic view of accounts, making it easier to know when to reach out to interested leads.

 ### 31. No buyer's remorse here, AdRoll continues to deliver!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

AdRoll as a company is great. I definitely don't have any buyer's remorse and feel throughout the sales and onboarding process, we were taken care of. The level of communication and product documentation is what I would expect and appreciate from a company. I didn't feel like there was any bait and switch going on, and the team was very transparent the entire way.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

No major dislikes. Overall very happy with AdRoll

**Recommendations to others considering AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks):**

Good self starter platform that is easy to use and get your ads running quickly.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real bread and butter capability is the retargeting and ad networks. I was getting fed up with the junk and poor metrics we were receiving from GoogleAds, that we were looking to launch campaigns through more advanced networks.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I wish both RW and Linkedin would communicate more and get the automations in place to get the leads tow ork in our favor

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABM is helping me identify buying patterns in the market and using ICP filters to generate new leads every month. They also help me to target account based ICP who we wish to pursue

 ### 34. Makes ABM Actionable with Fit + Intent Scoring and Unified Account Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

What I like best about AdRoll ABM (RollWorks) is how it pulls everything into one place and actually makes ABM feel actionable, not just theoretical.

Before using it, we were stitching together intent data, account lists, and ad platforms. With RollWorks, it’s much easier to identify the right accounts and immediately do something with that insight. The fit + intent scoring is especially helpful for prioritizing who’s actually in-market vs. just a good ICP match on paper.

I also really like how it helps surface otherwise invisible demand—accounts visiting the site that would never fill out a form. That’s been huge for expanding our reach beyond just known leads.

On top of that, it does a good job of bridging marketing and sales. Being able to see account engagement and push signals into the CRM gives sales a clearer sense of when to engage and why.

Overall, it’s the combination of account insights + activation that stands out. It’s not just telling you what’s happening—it actually helps you go execute on it quickly.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

If I’m being honest, the biggest drawback is that it’s not always the most intuitive tool to use. There’s a bit of a learning curve, and some workflows (like building audiences or setting up campaigns) can feel more complicated than they need to be.

Reporting is another area that could be better. You get decent account-level insights, but it can take some extra work to turn that into a clear story around pipeline or revenue impact—especially if you’re trying to share results with leadership.

I’ve also run into some limitations with visibility at the contact level. You can see which accounts are engaging, but not always who within those accounts, which makes sales follow-up a little less precise.

And compared to running campaigns directly in platforms like LinkedIn, it can feel a bit less flexible and sometimes slower to iterate.

Overall, it works well for what it’s meant to do, but there are definitely moments where it feels a little clunky or harder to navigate than it should be.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What it really solves for me is focus. Before using RollWorks, our demand gen efforts felt pretty broad—we were generating leads, but not always from the accounts we actually cared about. RollWorks helps us narrow in on the right companies by combining fit and intent, so we’re spending time and budget on accounts that are more likely to convert.

It also helps with the whole “invisible demand” problem. A lot of the accounts engaging with you will never fill out a form, and without something like this, you just don’t know they’re there. Being able to see which companies are visiting the site or showing early signals has been really valuable for getting ahead of pipeline instead of just reacting to it.

Another big piece is connecting everything together. Instead of bouncing between tools for intent data, ads, and CRM insights, it gives you a more unified view of what’s happening at the account level and makes it easier to actually act on it. That’s probably where I’ve seen the most benefit—being able to go from “this account looks interesting” to actually targeting them with campaigns pretty quickly.

Overall, it’s helped us be a lot more intentional with our spend and our outreach. We’re wasting less budget on low-quality accounts, and sales has better context on when to engage, which has made our pipeline feel a lot more efficient.

 ### 35. Easy-to-Use Platform That Strengthens Retargeting Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

We use AdRoll for display advertising, and it has been very easy to set up. I especially appreciate the support from our account managers as they were extremely helpful throughout the onboarding process. The integration sessions were informative and necessary, and they made getting everything up and running much smoother.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

While I’m still learning about some of AdRoll’s additional capabilities, the tracking is very straightforward and has definitely been useful in elevating our campaign strategies. One challenge we’ve encountered is with the display ad sizes, which can feel quite small and make it difficult to fit all the content we’d like into the ads. Designing ads that look cohesive, impactful, and visually strong within those constraints can be tricky.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That said, AdRoll excels at making it easy to target accounts we’ve already nurtured and want to engage more aggressively. This was especially valuable for the campaigns we launched in Q3 and Q4, helping to accelerate momentum and support deal close efforts.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience with AdRoll ABM. It's great to hear that you find our platform easy to set up and that our tracking capabilities have been beneficial in enhancing your campaign strategies. It's also wonderful that your account managers have been helpful during the onboarding process. We appreciate your feedback on the display ad sizes, and we will definitely take this into consideration for future improvements. If you have any further questions or need assistance with exploring more of AdRoll's features, please don't hesitate to reach out to your account management team--they're here to support you every step of the way! Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

 ### 36. Clear Account Insights and Powerful Intent Keyword Targeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really like the ability to see exactly who is engaging on our website and which pages they interact with, giving us clearer insight into account behaviour.

I also appreciate the ability to set up campaigns that target key intent keywords, making it easier to reach accounts when they're actively researching.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Since just having implemented the tool, I don’t have any issues or concerns at this stage. Everything so far has gone smoothly.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the massive shift in inbound marketing over the past year, driven by the rise of LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, organic traffic has softened. We realized we needed to shift from a passive inbound model to a more proactive approach. AdRoll ABM is one of the many initiatives we’re implementing this year to get in front of our ICPs earlier, educate them, and engage them throughout their buying journey. It helps us stay visible despite search disruption, expand awareness within target accounts, and surface demand rather than waiting for it.

 ### 37. Real-Time Prospect Insights That Drive Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really appreciate how AdRoll ABM provides insight into which companies are interacting with our online content. Being able to see when a company is actively researching us—and even which specific pages they’re viewing—is extremely valuable. The alerts are especially helpful because they let me know precisely when a prospect’s interest is at its highest, so I can reach out at the most opportune moment. Their CSM team is also fantastic: they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help me get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I wish I could see exactly who within a company is researching our content. It’s helpful to know when an organization is showing interest, but without being able to identify the specific individual or even their role, it’s much harder to tailor my outreach and follow-up. I understand this limitation may not be unique to RollWorks and is likely more of a broader ABM platform constraint, but having that level of visibility would make the insights far more actionable.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helps me identify which companies are actively researching our brand. When I’m doing outreach, it’s incredibly helpful to see which companies are engaging with our content, because it shows me when my messaging is resonating. The daily outreach notifications also give me real-time insight into which accounts are showing interest, so I can prioritize my follow-ups and focus on the warmest opportunities.

 ### 38. Great ABM Platform with Excellent Strategic Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I really value how AdRoll ABM makes it easy to target high-intent audiences and specific account segments across multiple channels. We often have pretty decent audience penetration. The retargeting and account-based capabilities are strong too, and the platform gives a clear view of how campaigns are engaging key accounts through the funnel. Our bi-weekly strategy calls with our account manager are incredibly insightful. They consistently share optimization ideas, performance reviews, and audience strategies that help us refine our campaigns and make better use of our spend. Ad Roll ABM has also provided us assistance with creative resizing for Web Display graphics which has saved our graphic design team a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Costs can scale quickly if you’re running multiple playbooks/campaigns at once, so budget pacing and monitoring need close attention.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM has been a great additional platform to utilize with our paid efforts. It has helped us reach and engage our key account audiences more efficiently through targeted display and retargeting campaigns. It’s been a great way to expand brand awareness among decision-makers in specific industries while keeping spend focused on high-value accounts.

One of the standout features of this tool is its ability to target accounts with precision, right down to the individual level. This granularity has been instrumental in helping us craft personalized campaigns that resonate deeply with our audience. Whether it's identifying key decision-makers or tailoring messaging to specific roles, AdRoll delivers the insights and capabilities we need to drive meaningful engagement.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Reporting Customization: While the reporting capabilities are solid, there are some limitations when it comes to customizing reports. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in tailoring reports to specific business needs or metrics.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Precise Account and Individual Targeting
Problem: Reaching the right accounts and decision-makers with personalized messaging can be challenging, especially when targeting niche markets or specific industries.
Solution: AdRoll’s ability to target not just accounts but specific individuals within those accounts has streamlined our efforts to engage high-value prospects. This precision ensures our campaigns are reaching the right people at the right time, leading to higher engagement rates.

 ### 40. RollWorks Delivers Powerful ABM Retargeting with Firmographic and Intent Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassan A. | Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

RollWorks excels at ABM-style retargeting, leveraging firmographic data, intent signals, and pixel-based segmentation to drive better funnel outcomes .

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The biggest drawback is reporting. While RollWorks covers high-level metrics well (impressions, clicks, influenced accounts), it falls short for marketers who want deep, customizable attribution. You often need to export data into another BI tool to answer basic questions like true pipeline impact by segment or journey stage.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

you can’t reliably engage the right accounts online

 ### 41. Effective Targeting, But Needs Better Filters and Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steph M. | Head of Creative and Campaigns, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

AdRoll ABM makes it easy to target buyers with right-time ad messaging based on what journey stage their prospects are in. Their support is fantastic, as are their customer account managers. They have always done a nice job of helping us with strategy and fixing issues that arise. I use AdRoll ABM everyday for air coverage and monitoring journey stage progression.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

When setting up playbooks, you can pare down your audience with a seniority filter. It allows to apply C-Suite filters, but then it jumps down to Management. I'd like to see VP/Director level filtering, as it blows our budget out of the water to include a large group of management that aren't who we want to target. Also, you really have to keep a close eye on your budget towards the end of the month, as there is no ability to set a "cap". In addition, reporting could be better. We need to ask AdRoll ABM to give us information from the backend in order to report properly on our end. If would be much more convenient if we were able to self service this. At the price point that AdRoll ABM sits at, these are no brainers to me.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been struggling with balancing our media credit budget with our campaign strategy, and our account manager Austin has been really helpful in giving us adjustments we can make. And although I wish some of the reporting for self-service, he is very reactive to any requests we have.

 ### 42. Clear Visibility Into Which Companies Engage With Our Website and Ads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail M. | Marketing and Sales Coordinator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like being able to see which companies—whether they’re current customers or new leads—are checking out our website pages and clicking on specific advertisements.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I'd like to be able to narrow down location better, some of these companies are very large. Or having the ability to connect contacts to the system.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Potential gaps or opportunities we may be missing with leads - more advertising capabilities

 ### 43. Effortless Reporting and Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin G. | Manager, Lead Generation & Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Simple to use, reporting is effective, data integration into our salesforce instance. We are seeing a lot of success with engaging with our target accounts and ideal customer profiles through our various ad playbooks while optimizing spend.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

We manage several business units using separate AdRoll profiles, but we are unable to transfer the relevant data into Salesforce according to the appropriate groups. Additionally, we face difficulties tracking prospects who visit our website, as it is challenging to identify both their persona and their specific identity. We have also encountered integration issues that have disrupted the proper syncing of data. When reviewing our sales pipeline through opportunities, success reporting would benefit from the use of more advanced filters.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing has ran CTV and digital ads for years, but connecting ROI to our sales pipeline was always a challenge. RollWorks has enabled us to get intentional with our targeting as well as messaging. We are able to understand engagement across our accounts, verticals, and ad playbooks delivering measurable ROI.

 ### 44. Great Support and Simple Interface, but UI Can Feel Dense and Click-Heavy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alin S. | Paid Media Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Easy to use if you know how to (a bit of a steep learning curve for me). The support has been great. Simple interface.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Some areas of the UI are dense and unintuitive, and it can take too many clicks to find key lists, tabs, or reports. Advanced targeting options feel limited, especially around job function and seniority, which restricts how precisely I can build audiences.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM is helping us centralize our ABM efforts by unifying account data, targeting, and reporting in one place, so we can focus spend on high-intent accounts and better align marketing and sales around the same priority accounts.

**Official Response from Kayleigh Magistre:**

> Hi Alin! Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's awesome that you find AdRoll ABM easy to use and appreciate our support. We understand your concerns about the density of some areas in the UI and the limitations in advanced targeting options. We continuously strive to improve our platform based on customer feedback, so your input is valuable to us. We'll take note of your comments and work on enhancing the user experience and expanding targeting capabilities. We're here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with our product and services. Thank you again!

 ### 45. Exceptional Pre-Sale Experience and Top-Notch Implementation Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael N. | Vice President, Global Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

What I really liked was the pre-sale process. The sales team (especially Katie S.) and demos were the most buttoned up we've seen compared the other ABM platform providers we trialed. We're currently over a month into implementation. The weekly 1-hour meetings we have with Christina Z. has been best-in-class with proactive guidance, helpful resources, and hands-on implementation training. Absolutely the best!

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Right now, we can't think of anything. If I were to change one thing, I'd love for multiple sales insight seats to be automatically included versus just 5 seats.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had terrible support from Terminus once it was acquired by DemandScience; DemandScience were literally one of the worst providers we've had the displeasure of working with. Additionally, our sales reps have been really wanting us to help identify who within the accounts we're targeting are clicking the ABM ads. AdRoll's platform gets us closer to that.

 ### 46. Empowers Targeted ABM with Excellent Custom Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijayraj B. | Growth Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I like AdRoll ABM's strong targeting and ease of running account-based marketing campaigns. It allows us to reach the right accounts efficiently and with minimal effort. I also appreciate the ability to create custom reports, which helps track performance effectively and optimize ad spend.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Not major as I am not an expert to comment on this, but UI responsiveness could be improved and include more advanced reporting flexibility.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helps us target high-value accounts precisely, reducing wasted spend and boosting prospect engagement. Its strong targeting, ease of campaign management, and custom reporting improve our ad efficiency and performance tracking.

 ### 47. Easy Setup, Boosted Brand Awareness, but Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abel H. | Senior Paid Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I find AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) easy for setting up campaigns, which has increased brand awareness throughout our paid social funnel. It's excellent for targeting accounts from our ICP and raising brand awareness. Our MOPS team noted the setup was easy and the customer service is great. Pricing and ad placements were compelling reasons to switch from 6sense.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I wish the reporting was a bit more precise on placement and overall metrics.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find AdRoll ABM makes it easy to target accounts from our ICP and raise brand awareness, with simple campaign setup leading to increased awareness throughout the paid social funnel.

 ### 48. Powerful Multi-Platform Targeting for Larger Enterprise Accounts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It helps me target larger accounts across multiple platforms. For our enterprise motion, that’s been especially helpful, and it’s worked better for us than other tools.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

The UI could definitely use some improvement, but it’s still manageable overall. Even so, the functionality makes it a worthwhile trade-off.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us generate and capture demand more effectively. We integrated AdRoll ABM with our Salesforce reports, so each AE can quickly see a personalized view of their assigned accounts that are engaging with our ads. As a result, our outreach is far more targeted and relevant, rather than feeling like we’re just taking random shots.

 ### 49. All In One ABM/ABX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole J. | Sr. Marketing Customer Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It fully integrates with our HubSpot CRM. Strategically planning and executing Marketing, Re-Targeting and Sales Intent Campaigns is easy to implement, track, and report on. It is straightforward to use. Implementation and onboarding were fantastic. Plus, I love all of the features.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

They have implemented additional functionality and new features since we added the Rollworks that I like and it has resolved most of the workflows and reporting that I had some issues with early on.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been influential in refining our ICPs, improving lead scoring, buyer intent, retargeting, cross-selling/upselling, account-based analytics, sales intelligence, and so much metrics and analytics.

 ### 50. Effortless ABM and Retargeting with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta H. | Head of Marketing - Marta Horvath Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

AdRoll ABM makes retargeting and account-based marketing incredibly straightforward. The unified dashboard helps us run display campaigns and social ones from one place, which saves a lot of time. I especially like the precise audience segmentation and easy integration with our CRM and LinkedIn, allowing us to target the right decision-makers effectively.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Reporting could be more customizable — for example, exporting multi-campaign summaries requires extra steps.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdRoll ABM helps us unify and scale our account-based marketing and retargeting efforts across multiple channels. Before using it, it was difficult to reach the same audience consistently across web, social, and email. Now we can manage everything from one platform, track engagement by account, and align marketing with sales goals. It saves time, improves targeting accuracy, and gives us better insight into which accounts are most engaged — ultimately leading to higher-quality leads and stronger ROI.
