A major thing I find helpful is being able to target intent companies. I appreciate the easy navigation of the portal and being able to see reports. The integration with linkedin is a great addition.

Least helpful is not being able to target specific individuals. It isn't very helpful if 1 person is very engaged with the ads when there are 1000000 employees.

It is solving how to hit some of our niche market - it has been beneficial in getting started for the first time with ABM to decide if it is what is exactly needed in the future for us.

We're new to the platform, but we're already gleaning very useful information with it's ability to de-anonymize website traffic at a company level. Really useful for determing intent/interest and arming the sales team with useful data.

The new keyword based intent feature is really helpful, but it tends to catch too many accounts and seems semi-innacurate. I can see it more as a guiding light rather than true north.

Rollworks is helping us uncover previously hidden buyer intent with it's ability to de-anonymize website traffic at the company level. It's also helping us create cohesive, omni-channel account based marketing campaings.

I like the ability to segment account lists by team due to our team's unique structure. The representatives we work with are very helpful and the platform us user friendly. We also like that we can pull in Salesforce data, use intent topics to create lists, or build lists with account criteria that Rollworks provides. This allows us to reach our desired audience in a variety of ways.

Inability to target by granular location (city, state, etc). This is important to our team because we have "footholds" or geos that are more important than others that we want to focus on.

We have been seeing a lot of success with the retargeting campaigns since we have heavy traffic to our site via organic and paid search. This allows us to move audience members further down the funnel with more gated content. This is helping us reach aware potential leads. We also are new to running display ads and our presence online is important.

RollWorks makes it very easy to create a retargeting campaign.  When we first launched our product, we knew that we wanted to advertise but we were not sure where.  We thought that it would be best to retarget those who came to the website and had shown interest.  So, we did.

What I do not like about RollWorks is the same thing I do not like about most every other ad platform.  Since it isn't the fault of RollWorks, and it's just a matter of how the data must appear, there isn't anything negative about them personally.

It's helping us better manage our retargeting efforts so that we are showing ads to those who have expressed interest in our product.  We use a few other platforms now in addition to RollWorks but we continue to use it for the value that it provides and since it is on other ad networks.

Intuitive UI. Easy to allocate access to team.  Our experience with customer support has been favorable. The brand overall seems to have grown in esteem over the past couple of years. Strong growth at this company suggest sthat they are taking good hold in the market. Update: Integrations with Social have improved although additional 3P data would be helpful.

Integration with third party data could be better. We find ourselves having to take raw data into the platform more often than we would like. Easier access to alternative data would be welcome.  HubSpot and Salesforce integrations appear to have made great strides in integration caliber for this solution.  Updates: Precicion with URL-based targeting for ABM has improved mightily over the past few months.

Retargeting and ABM activation tend to be our foremost applications of the tool. Again, it would be helpful to have better integrations into a third party ecosystem of vendors. Update: Hubspot and SFDC CRM integrations have improved this quite a lot. Update: Although progress has been made we would benefit from more 3P data sources being available in the integrations roster.

- We chose to focus our ABM on hyper targeted advertising, and RW was the best for that.  Working to become NOT the best kept secret in subscription billing, we are acutely attuned to driving awareness in key accounts, then following up with them in a hyper targeted way.  RW is ideal for this.
- Cost wise, RW serves our needs much better than the alternatives give our business case

Nothing yet. Smooth implementation, great customer support, and a pretty intuitive system.  Some of the reporting requires a bit more of a deep dive to build into our overall dashboards, but our SFDC admin is working to get this consolidated.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are focused on enterprise sales, and Rollworks allos us to ensure that we are targeting specific accounts rather than the 'world.'  We have replaced our other Intent data platforms with RW and are finding it incredibly helpful.

I am able to target intent companies and know where my ad spend is going. The platform provides visibility where you won't get with other tools.

The integration with Salesforce was not a great experience for my team. It took longer than expected and not as smooth.

The ads creator is pretty easy to use. It would be better if UTMs were easier to add and modify, but generally, the ads are easy to upload and edit.

I believe the new workflow capabilities have the potential to be useful in marketing automation. John Anzelc has been very helpful and insightful.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I have been consistently disappointed with RollWorks. 

I started working inside RollWorks in August 2022. At my first meeting, I was excited about the opportunities within the platform and the targeting options, but by September 2022, I was disappointed and shifting my budget off the platform. 

Immediately my RollWorks rep promised me things on the phone without following through. I would ask for examples of reporting or audience targeting and even after following up myself, I wouldn't get any of the materials. Every call felt like Groundhogs Day, where I was asking for the same things over and over again.

In October, I noticed some discrepancies in targeting and opened a support ticket and informed my RollWorks rep. My rep said he would take care of it, but a month later, with no resolution, he told me to open the ticket with support again. Reluctantly, I did, and now, in February 2023, the ticket is still unresolved, with a back-and-forth email exchange with support every week or two.

I have wanted to validate my campaigns with a confirmed visit from one person that fits my ideal customer profile, but I have not been able to accomplish that in the past 6-months.

I have ended up only using RollWorks as a way to run LinkedIn ads, but I would save your budget and run ads directly through LinkedIn to your account list.

I have a niche audience that I am trying to build brand awareness and get more success from sales outreach to our ideal customers.  To accomplish this, I have uploaded our account list and tried to use RollWorks' persona targeting to narrow it down to decision-makers. So far, LinkedIn job title targeting has been more successful.

RollWorks leverages it's integrations well to allow for account-based targeting in their playbooks. We leverage the SFDC integration for filtering accounts to target.

It can be a little difficult to navigate the tool at times. It often takes me multiple tries to find the campaign I want to find.

RollWorks helps us provide air coverage to our TAL. Our Sales Teams loves that we're staying in front of these accounts.

It is quick and easy to upload ads and activate campaigns. Highlighting new audiences, tracking companies through the funnel, and tracking form-fills are also great features that are easy enough to access. There are some other specific features that sounded great but unfortunately we have not been able to utilize yet.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

It is difficult to track leads through the funnel; they are listed without identifying information or lost once converted. A general report would be excellent: individual reports that highlight specific functions. However, a simple PDF report highlighting the highest/lowest performing assets, top companies, etc., would be a great asset to share internally.

In the B2B marketing space, display ads are a valuable tool, but the generic targeting of most DSPs means that the leads that come in are often useless. With RollWorks, company-level targeting means that I can ensure we hit the right base.

It's intuitive and easy to use and the team at Rollworks is fantastic in helping you get onboarded and prepare your campaigns for success.  

We have a lot of legacy tech at our organization and were not able to get insights into our ABM efforts. Using Rollworks gives us the engagement insights, intent, and journey of our target accounts and allows us to quickly launch media campaigns to start getting in front of these target accounts.

Currently nothing. I vetted all the major ABM platform contenders and Rollworks provided the best value for a company starting to focus on its ABM efforts.

Prior to Rollworks we didn't have insight into account engagement unless someone from the account completed a form or engaged with an email. Rollworks allows us to see what pages they are engaging with, what ads they are clicking on, and topis they are showing intent on, which allows us to properly score an account.

I like to be able to see the website activity for each of the accounts on our targeted list. It helps us when reaching out to these customers to know what they are interested in.

I find setting up campaigns and playbooks to be a little bit tricky. It could be a more seamless process. Almost every time I set up a new one, I have to ask Rollworks for help.

The onboarding was great. They had a structured program that got us set up in a successful manner. However, the best thing is the simplicity of the platform. It is clean, simple, and easy to navigate.

There really isn't that much when it comes to not liking the platform. I have not had any technical issues and the account management is great. If there was one thing, it would be a better integration with LinkedIn.

RollWorks is a strong and effective ABM tool for our team. The ability to narrowly or broadly track intent signals, traffic, and list progression is a huge benefit to our business. It integrates with HubSpot so we can programmatically notify our business development team about spiking accounts, and we can sync HubSpot-defined lists to RollWorks in order to populate campaign lists, determine ICP, and more.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

I think you get out of RollWorks what you put into it - and that goes for any product. If you don't have clearly defined goals or a clear understanding of how you want to run ABM, it's going to be less useful. If you know what you want and what kind of messages will resonate with your accounts or verticals, you're good to go. If I have to come up with something here, maybe that the ad image directory can feel unweildly if you have a lot of creative.

RollWorks is giving our team visibility into overall levels of account intent by aggregating data from multiple sources, including G2, native web tracking tools, their own intent data, and (of course) Bombora. It is making those intent signals and spikes available to our sales team and useful in a programmatic way that makes outreach to accounts much more efficient. We have the ability with RollWorks to granularly target accounts with hyper-relevant messaging, and reliably reach users inside of those accounts to increase awareness. We also have the ability to tailor messaging based on the level of engagement they've shown.

The UI is probably the best part about the platform. From uploading your ads to looking at the data at a glance, it is very easy to do so quickly. The industry comparison report is a nice directional report as well.

It has all the features and capabilities you need to start deploying ABM on a larger scale. It has both Bombora and its own intent data, a simple but effective reporting system, several ways to segment website visitors, and you can find accounts to target directly on it. Hence, there's no need to pay extra for data. It sends a decent amount of helpful data to Hubspot and Salesforce, allowing you to orchestrate from your marketing automation platform. As for advertising, it's Adroll, so it's one of the best platforms out there.

The intent keywords feature is new and not very convenient to use - you can't group keywords, and it's hard to report on the effectiveness of keywords as a whole. Also, they can't automatically push accounts you find to the CRM, which requires manual work for setting up the campaigns.

It allows us to understand which ICP is right for us - we can test similar messaging on different ICPs and then see which ICP responds better to our offerings. We can then also retroactively look at their intent data and try to find correlations.

Obviously leveraging the platform is beneficial, but sometimes simply signing on with platforms like this are essentially for really thinking through processes and how to best target the folks you need. It's really helped with data integrity on our end, and forced us to evaluate the best direction of spend. That said, it does also ensure we can target the right people at the right time with the right ads.

We've had a few technical challenges setting things up - because our systems were not designed specifically the way Rollworks reads them, we were not as prepared for the integration as we could have been had someone alerted us earlier into how all the matching, etc. worked. Additionally, we still have a lot of work to do to ensure our ads match the Rollworks recommended criteria, so the more handholding up front, the better. If we succeed, we remain a customer!

Prior to RollWorks, we were just throwing the ads out there and seeing what sticks. While we could do some direct targeting on platforms, they're based on self selected criteria, and not based on actual patterns of engagement or knowledge garnered from thousands of proof-points which RollWorks provides.

The benefit in terms of being able to reach more of our target accounts is clear. We've been using the platform for just over a month now and have already seen engagements from around a quarter of our target account list.

It'd be great if Rollworks added the functionality to exclude specific websites e.g. Around 15% of our impressions are coming from the same site and it's just a generic news site that we'd prefer to exclude. Some of the reporting is a bit buggy also e.g. the visitor deanonymisation isn't currently working.

Rollworks does ABM really well, and has a very easy process to rolling out your advertisments. You can also operate on a contact list level and go after very specific pre-existing leads. So in terms of an account-based strategy, Rollworks gets the job done.

Rollworks needs to be better at deanonimizing contacts that are not currently in your CRM and the way they calculate ROI will not make sense to organizations that talk only in "lead" terms.

I appreciate that the platform is intuitive and campaign performance/account progression is easy to track and evaluate. The Hubspot integration works very well. It's a great ABM platform for lean and mean startups!

Sometimes the reporting could be more detailed and/or clear. I.e. - I'd love more information on which ads target accounts are engaging with vs. general ad performance (this can be due to the advertising channel). **What do you like best about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Aside from our account team, who supports us tremendously, the account-based insights and reporting are valuable for showcasing our display efforts' value. Due to our connections with our Salesforce instance, we can track ad exposures and engagement against funnel metrics like sales meetings set, opportunity creation and closed/won revenue. This allows us to tell rich account-based stories and assert our ability to influence deals. We are able use 6Sense segments and supplement them with additional intent data to ensure our ad spend is focused on the right audiences. Their product roadmap is also very promising, with many new features, reporting capabilities and integrations coming soon.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Honestly, there isn't much that I dislike about this platform. The user interface is very intuitive, our account team always helps us execute large campaign changes (like net-new campaigns, brand refreshes, etc.), the product feature rollouts have been communicated very well, and we've seen some promising results from our campaigns. Our experience has been pretty smooth so far!

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We leverage Rollworks to reach accounts across various segments (CML, ENT, STR and Pub Sec) to drive awareness and website traffic and nurture accounts through the sales funnel. Our ability to reach specific accounts that the sales team wants to win helps us to eliminate media waste while keeping our company top-of-mind in the marketplace for our prospects. It is also our primary source for account-based marketing reporting for our paid media team for account reach, account engagement, account progression, influence opportunities, etc.

Not having to launch campaigns natively (in LI or FB) is a feature that's a must for me. RollWorks was the first ABM platform I used that could do this and now it's crucial to my day-to-day. One small thing I like is being able to add accounts to an active target account list. I've used other platforms that make you reupload the list and that can be a huge pain.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

Having used other ABM platforms, I've found that Rollworks can get the job done, but the audience targeting capabilities aren't as good as others. And there's a lack of campaign/ad experimentation.

**What problems is AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a client that pivoted their entire paid media strategy to ABM. Rollworks onboarding process was easy, simple, and I found the tool to be very intuitive. We also were able to run display and paid social campaigns all in one platform. This saved time and made reporting on target account metrics much easier.

Right from onboarding to account CSMs, we got a chance to work with an agile team like ours, a team that works at our pace. 

RollWorks ABM Platform helps
- Target the specific accounts to pursue - Trending, High Intent, and Accounts that are not in the CRM
- The platform is fairly easy to use and kickstart. Our onboarding and account setup was done within 2 weeks.
- Provide account engagements insights and an easy way to export these accounts into lists
- Easy to add/update journey stages
- Empower Account-based marketing and directly enroll them into tools such as Outreach or such tools for the Sales team to pick up.

**What do you dislike about AdRoll ABM (Formerly RollWorks)?**

- Net new accounts targeted, and engaged every month is not very clear.
- A full Journey Stage progression report of all target Account Lists would be helpful.
- Sometimes platform throws errors without stating what the error is.

1. RollWorks is helping us target the right accounts with the right messaging at different stages of their buying journey and at the right time on their preferred channels.

The onboarding and client success teams have been awesome! Lots fo hand holding for us beginners.
Have really enjoyed seeing when accounts are "spiking" and visiting our website.
Has been an interesting tool for outbound outreach - gives me a nod with regard to which accounts I should follow up with.

Hit some bumps in the road when we found out we weren't doing what we intended to (only reaching out to prospects that existed within our outreach sales tool rather than new prospects). However, the team has been responsive and helpful so that we can get this aspect running.  They have scheduled additional meetings with us and spent real time to get us up to speed.
