From a staffing agency perspective, Beeline is most helpful in providing a centralized and standardized way to engage with large enterprise clients through managed service programs. The platform also improves communication and coordination with clients by keeping all activity in one system, reducing reliance on manual updates and email. While Beeline is effective in providing a centralized platform for managing MSP engagements and improving visibility into requisitions and candidate activity, there are areas that could be enhanced. In addition, reporting functionality can be less intuitive, which can make it more time-consuming to extract and analyze data. **What do you like best about Beeline?**

I use Beeline as our Vendor Management System to manage our contingent workforce and staffing vendors. Before using Beeline, it was easy to lose track of candidates, vendors, and contractor details across emails and spreadsheets. Beeline provides us with a single platform where we can manage everything from requisition to onboarding. I like how Beeline brings the entire contingent workforce process into one structured and transparent system. The requisition and candidate submission management allow me to create job requisitions and receive submissions from multiple vendors in one place. The initial setup was really smooth, and their team helped us understand how it works efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

Navigation is not always straightforward. It takes time to understand where everything is.

**What problems is Beeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beeline consolidates our contingent workforce management, preventing candidate and vendor details from getting lost in emails and spreadsheets. It offers a structured system for requisition and onboarding, enhancing transparency and process control.

**What do you like best about Beeline?**

I like Beeline for its centralized and structured approach to managing the entire contingent workforce process. This includes job requisitions, vendor submissions, candidate tracking, approvals, and reporting. I also value the job requisition management, vendor management, and candidate tracking tools as they form the core of day-to-day contingent hiring activities. The reporting and analytics tools are important to me for tracking metrics like time to fill and vendor performance, which help in making informed hiring decisions.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

While it's effective overall, some areas can be improved like its user interface and navigation, search and filtering function, reporting customization, and system performance or loading time.

Beeline is one of the most UI friendly , elegant and simplest VMS I have used so far.
Easy to spot features and simple to understand.
Just put the job id and you will have all the information you need , the job description, Bill Rate, Duration, title, budget, submitted Contingent Workers and their status and many more.
it has all in one solution to mange Contingent Workforce , can send offers , interview invitation , track worker status etc.
I use it on daily basis to check on status of Job & submitted workers.

Beeline is a near perfect Vendor Management System to manage contingent workforce.

As a recruiter, we use Beeline VMS to manage contingent workforce for one of our direct client.
on a daily basis I use it to check the job status and progress of submitted contingent workforces.

**What do you like best about Beeline?**

Beeline's overall approach to request all the way to payment with suppliers flows in a smooth manner. We can configure the system to our needs for the most part and always work with our client operations manager and relationship manager to escalate when needed. The JIRA and support process provides our team a way to enhance the product without costly improvements. For the most part, Beeline is built to do what it was intended as a vendor management system.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

There are challenges to the process to manage interviews, bulk functionality and integrations with external systems for direct sourcing, freelance management systems (FMS) and other similar technologies could be easier and more plug and play. Beeline is not always as flexible as other competitors in the market. In addition, I would like to see Beeline become easier to implement and manage for independent contractors/freelancers and workers located in countries not already in scope for the VMS. Post-pandemic, it has become more complex based on where people live and work, and getting all of it in a VMS would be helpful. I also would love to see Beeline get better on bulk staffing (light industrial type) to allow for more AI features to drive productivity instead of system clicks by program and supplier users.

**What problems is Beeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation in invoicing, contingent labor management, interviews, etc. - essentially, instead of doing manual processes for requests all the way through supplier payment, we can automate a large portion. Personally, it has meant being able to spend more time being strategic than in the weeds.

**What do you like best about Beeline?**

I have been able to work with and on multiple SaaS for VMS (Vendor management system) and it is really interesting to learn about Beeline. Over my time in colleage as computer science engineer, I learned that the hard is for a user to use an app, the infrastructure, the support and the security was part of the best of any application or software.  With that said, I think the options provided by Beeline, the support, availability to include new features makes it reliable app and very customized for a global scale company. Perhaps, there's not much I can get close to the core details of the app, but that helps to prevent errors that may cause hard disruption of the business continuity. Additionally, the support and the people supporting us, are the best of the best, kind people, very oriented to resolution, available to get into details and provide resolution. I think this is what I like the most from Beeline. 

So to summarize, strong infrastructure, very customized app, new features comming, strong and very well managed customer support/service. 

oh, and btw implementation of new features is as easy as it can be.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

whenever you are asked on the areas of oportunity for you personally, you find that the part that make you strong is the part that also is your disadvantage. Same here, I think that for some users it is quite dificult to navigate through it. I can tell you as rookie for the app. But then again, with the incredible support you have, I am able to learn on fast pace.

(I would like to learn how to navigate the new interface version, I only know how to do it on the previous interface, well this is how must of the people knows it and so it is easier for me to follow them)

As VMS I think this app covers the support for our organization and how we handle subcontractors and suppliers. I think one of the features I am really interested on is the creation of suppliers profile and make use of that as database for me to have better handling for them.

I like the help option and that the ease of being able to pull up user guides or instructions on a paricular process.

Lack of self-service for the MSP to make configuration changes without Beeline assistance. The tree layout is also less desired and there is not a search function to quickly find what is needed in the admin menu.

Beeline provides a tool for our client to track contingent labor activity. Its benefit is that everything is tracked in one tool and the data is reportable.

I really like Beeline VMS because it’s super easy to use. It simplifies a lot of tasks like managing vendors and tracking timesheets, making everything straightforward. The layout is clean and organized, so even if you’re not very tech-savvy, you can still find what you need without any trouble. The way it looks and how you can navigate through it really helps make managing the workforce a lot smoother. Plus, their customer support is great—they’re quick to respond and really helpful. As a recruiter, I use Beeline to upload candidate resumes, and it makes my job a lot easier

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

dislike about Beeline is the lack of a mobile app. In today's mobile-centric world, it’s surprising that a system as advanced as Beeline doesn't offer a dedicated app for managing workflows on the go. 
This limitation can be a hassle for users who need quick access or updates while away from their desks.

**What problems is Beeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beeline helps solve a lot of the headaches we used to face with vendor and contingent workforce management. 
It pulls together everything we need into one system, like onboarding, timesheets, payments, and compliance tracking. Instead of juggling multiple tools or manual processes, everything is in one place, which has made life a lot easier and cut down on mistakes.
For us, one of the biggest benefits is how much it simplifies tracking hours worked and processing invoices. With Beeline, we’re able to get that done faster and with fewer errors. Plus, it helps us stay on top of compliance and audit requirements, which used to be a real challenge. 
The system's dashboards also give us better visibility into our workforce, so we can make quicker, more informed decisions.

Generally fit for purpose across  all our geographies and fairly customisable where required. Global approach to relationship and tech support is beneficial. Lots of innovative ideas and development roadmap continuously evolving their product for longevity.

Manufacturing time capture solution not offered. Some back end technical workflows are clunky (mass uploads for example) Report gallery UI should be much easier to use/self serve from. Implementation was challenging due to spread of global/offshore teams involved

Global tracking of workforce across all geographies (visibility and Exec reporting). Rate governance and rate cards (spend and savings) talent cycle monitoring and reporting (quality and process)  invoicing (customised solution)

The custom reports enable us in automating and raising invoices easily.

Some of the reports are not customisable.

**What problems is Beeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us in managing timecards and invoices. Since, the team works on billing the client on regular basis, we need a VMS that can enable us and the client to check the transactions, we use Beeline to make that possible where the clients update their  invoices against each resource that has worked on the project and we then use the information from our system to raise those invoices and match the amount. The availability of multiple reports also makes it easy for the AR department to bill the client in a timely manner.

Every box that you would need to enter as information is already there, I only need to update the time period of hours worked. This is highly convenient and efficient as there is no time wasted on inputting the same data every week.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

I find that if there was a "home page" where you could see all the previous weeks' total hours submitted, that would be better than going through the box and clicking on each week to view. I'm not sure who would need this as an option but I like to compare my weekly hours and find that clicking week by week is pretty time-consuming.

Directly submitting the hours to be approved is helpful as I don't have to get my manager's signature.

Outdated user interface for suppliers and MSP/VMO.   Some functions require too many clicks which result in repetitive and often a bit frustrating user experience.  

For example, attaching a document in Beeline.  Why does it require so many clicks?  User should select the document then it's loaded.

Automation and streamlining of processes.  Reportability of activity and invoicing.

I like the intuitive user experience  about Beeline.It is very easy to navigate and I can find what I need without any hassle. The platform also integrates very well with other tools which i use, helping me streamline my workflow.The ease of implementation was also impressive; it didn’t take long to get everything up and running, which was a big plus.Customer support has been reliable. I use Beeline frequently, and the platform's consistency is something I appreciate.

I dislike that some features feel a bit limited or could be more flexible. At times, I wish that the platform offered more advanced options to better fit my workflow.

Beeline offers innovative technology that is easy to use for workforce management. Utilizing advance analytics to make thing seamless for companies was a highlight & a workload ease. Implementing great customer support along with having a great overall presence, my company plans to continue to use Beeline  as much as possible. Implementation was good overall.

It is a bit on the pricier side and can be slightly complex depending on the user.

Beeline's product and services have made a huge impact on the external workforce industry. What sets Beeline apart is their commitment to consistently raise the bar with its superior functionality and constant drive to grow and improve their product.

One of Beeline's standout features is its exceptional dashboard. The ability for all users to sign in and see every step that needs to be completed in one fully functional place consistently sets the standard, making them a go to choice to easily manage your external workforce.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

One of the very few downsides of using  Beeline, which I believe they are currently changing, is the inability of the client or MSP to be able update the configuration or make changes within the Beelien UI without having to submit tickets to Beeline.  There are some great support team members to help drive change and updates, but as technology becomes more self service there are many of us that like to get in and make updates ourselves on our own timeline.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

The support. We have to submit numerous tickets for the same ask. It takes days or even weeks to get one enhancement item in and when it does finally get completed, it's usually completed with errors the first time around for brake fixes or issues. It usually takes us three times of explaining the issue that we provided full documentation for upfront before it's understood and attempted to be resolved. There is not a holistic approach when working on ticket requests. Everything seems to be worked on in a one dimensional fashion, causing several other downstream and unintended impacts that the customer is left to not only identify,  but provide all examples, test, and almost everything except fixing it themselves. The burden is placed on the customer. support often sends Conlicting responses. Beeline is supposed to be the system subject matter experts, but find that it's difficult when attempting to use them in this way .  It is a frustrating experience overall when trying to improve our system/  functionality, and being faced with numerous (unnecessary) roadblocks.

The product has all the features needed to manage a contingent workforce and associated spend.  It is the result of constant updates by the Beeline product team to reflect market trends and customer feedback.  Beeline as a company is very customer focused.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

There are no down sides.  One area that Beeline should focus on more is the analytics platform, including offering training.

**What problems is Beeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Farmers Insurance uses Beeline to administer all of its 7,000 non-employees and the spend for about $3,000 of them.   We are able to get insights into our use and spend and achieve operational efficiencies in worker on-boarding and payment approvals.  Beeline also helps us ensure compliance with our CWM policies.

On Beeline we will have all kind of VMS activities, we can export report, create dashboard, release request to suppliers, edit and modify requests and many more.

It it not so userfriendly, it takes time to uderstand the beeline process in depth.  It is very slow in processing. before we lohin we need to enter authenticator.

We can export report in beeline, can impersonate other users if required which is really helpfull in someones absence. If any request is filled we can reopen the request again.

As a contractor for a company who uses Beeline for timesheets, it's very straightforward to use. It appears to be easily integrated with other softwares as well, because I access it through Workday.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

So far, there isn't much I actively dislike. I will say that the save button for my timesheet changes is at the top of the page vs the bottom, the latter being more intuitive for me, but that's a small item.

Beeline keeps track of my work hours as a contractor for a major corporation. It is simple to tally daily and weekly hours and save and submit to my supervisor through the Beeline system.

Beeline is a great tool for a standard MSP (internal or external program). I think there are a lot of features and functionality that make it an intuitive user-friendly platform. It's nice to be able to customize notifications and permissions of different roles in the system.

We have struggled with Beeline integrations into other tools and systems. It's essential that all of our systems talk to each other, and we currently experience many issues in this space. Additionally, we find challenges when it comes to making changes in the tool. Our requests cannot always be accommodated, leaving us in a tough position with our internal customers.

Beeline creates a space for a system of record of all contractors who support our organization. It allows us to gatekeep access and house all current and former candidates

The user interface for Hiring Managers is user-friendly. Entering requests is a straightforward process. Our managers caught on very quickly and were able to naviagate the system easily.

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

The length of time it takes to work through enhancement requests or any testing related to configuration changes. Also, the inability to efficiently manage high volume / high turnover shift-based workers.

System of record for all contingent workers in the US/Canada/UK. Allows visibility into this workforce. We are also have Beeline integrated with Workday to give us a full picture of our entire workforce (both temp and direct).

Their ability to customize their tool for their customers and the fact that you can get live help and don't have to call into an 800 number or just "open a ticket"

The time it takes them to close out tickets.  Many times we have urgent calls/emails that they don't always prioritize.

We can receive one consolidated invoice for all temp agencies we utilize.  No more processing of hundreds of invoices each week.  It also helps us to maximize their power BI dashboards to see overall views of where our temp spend is occurring.

Beeline worked well with the time card systems at our affiliated warehouses. Time punches are automatically populated into the system, so it makes payroll go pretty fast.

What I didn't like about Beeline was manually entering time cards. There are a lot of extra steps you have to take for one timecard. Also, if you made an error somewhere, the error messages didn't help you determine what was wrong.

Beeline allowed us to manage all time cards for our affiliated warehouse vendors. It allowed for a quicker payroll process and a seamless new employee onboarding process.

What I like best, honestly, is some of the reporting. It is easy to review supplier payments. Not so easy to look up timesheet revisions.

I dislike how the timesheet adjustments are not visible from the worker's timesheet detail page.

I use Beeline in an AR capacity, matching hours and bill rates to other tools. The supplier payment report is a life saver, however I also dislike the monthly billing, as the reports I need are not always available when needed.

Simplicity of submitting timesheets and searching users. Appreciate the search bar at the top to search a variety of items with the drop down. Compared to competitors, it is ok.

Many system errors, glitches, and doesn’t work well despite workarounds while submitting timesheets for approval, performing assignment extensions and requests

Submitting timesheets for consultants, submitting new candidates, extending assignments, terminating  consult beds. We benefit financially since more consultants start work then they get paid and we get a cut.

My favorite feature of Beeline was the dashboard that showed all the submittals, qualifications, and interviews passed out. I liked that there were flags for candidates that were submitted with previous activity.

Some of the Beeline interfaces just looked a bit outdated. I also was not able to open new tabs via right click.

**What do you like best about Beeline?**

I used Beeline while I was a client relationship specialist while onsite at Northern Trust. Its a great VMS (vendor management system) for hiring managers to track candidates during the interview process, as well as letting companies manage their suppliers. As an administrator, you can set up different user views. You can also use it for tracking time & attendance, as well as invoicing from vendors. 

**What do you dislike about Beeline?**

The report functionality was quite challenging. It also isn't great on a mobile device, not the most user friendly.

It is great for tracking candidates in process for interviews, as well as statements of work. It was also good for tracking which jobs have been submitted by hiring teams.
