**What do you like best about CR Essentials?**

CR Essentials offers a user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate, even for beginners in customer relationship management (CRM). The layout is intuitive, helping users quickly get comfortable with the software.

**What do you dislike about CR Essentials?**

While it’s great for basic CRM needs, CR Essentials may lack some of the more advanced features available in higher-tier CRMs, such as deep analytics or advanced automation.
