The platform feels outdated and not very user-friendly — simple tasks often take too long because of how the system is set up. The interface can be confusing, and it’s easy to get lost trying to complete basic actions. Customer support tries to help, but it can take several follow-ups before issues are fully addressed. There are also occasional glitches and slow load times that interrupt work.
