Who is JobDiva pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics and sentiment, JobDiva's pricing is best suited for mid-market and enterprise staffing and recruiting firms with 51 or more employees. The majority of G2 reviewers come from the staffing and recruiting industry, with strong representation from IT services and HR functions. Enterprise reviewers praise JobDiva's scalability, VMS integrations, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management as justifying the cost at scale. Mid-market reviewers consistently highlight ROI through time savings and consolidated job board access. G2 reviewers from small businesses repeatedly flag JobDiva as cost-prohibitive, suggesting the custom pricing model is calibrated for organizations running high-volume recruiting operations rather than lean or budget-constrained teams.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of JobDiva?

According to G2's pricing data for JobDiva, no free tier or free trial is publicly listed. JobDiva's pricing is structured around custom enterprise quotes, meaning there is no self-serve entry-level plan to compare against higher tiers. G2 reviewers note that pricing is negotiated based on organizational needs, and notably, several reviewers highlight that JobDiva does not charge per user, meaning teams can scale headcount without incremental seat costs. This model benefits larger organizations but creates a high baseline cost that G2 users from small businesses repeatedly flag as a barrier to entry compared to more modularly priced ATS alternatives.

Is JobDiva considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of JobDiva present a nuanced value picture. The majority of reviewers, predominantly from mid-market and enterprise staffing firms, rate JobDiva highly and cite its all-in-one ATS, CRM, job board integrations, Boolean search, and automation as strong justifications for the cost. Long-tenured users of 5 to 20 years consistently describe it as worth the investment. However, a recurring theme across G2 reviews is that JobDiva's pricing is prohibitive for small businesses and startups, with multiple reviewers explicitly noting it is expensive compared to alternatives like Ceipal. Reviewers comparing JobDiva to other ATS platforms generally conclude it delivers premium value at a premium price, best realized by mid-market and enterprise staffing organizations.

"Wonderful Applicant Tracking System "JobDiva", Perfect ATS for sourcing the top profiles."

What do you like best about JobDiva?

To begin with, JobDiva stands out for its user-friendly interface, which makes navigating and understanding the different fields straightforward.

This ease of use enables me to quickly locate top profiles from a variety of job boards. The "Relevance" field option is particularly helpful, as it allows me to sort efficiently and pinpoint the most suitable and well-matched candidates.

When working on Non-IT and healthcare requisitions, I find that utilizing the "Qualification" and "Title" fields within the "Talent Search" feature streamlines the process of finding the best candidates.

Furthermore, the ability to create Hot-list Candidates, search for jobs, and access reporting tools adds significant value to my workflow.

Jobdiva User Interface is very easy of use.

Overall, I consider JobDiva to be an excellent ATS for sourcing profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

The system can feel a bit clunky at times, and some workflows take longer than expected. The interface isn’t always intuitive, so there’s a bit of a learning curve for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobDiva?

I’ve used JobDiva regularly, and honestly, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The platform feels outdated and not very user-friendly — simple tasks often take too long because of how the system is set up. The interface can be confusing, and it’s easy to get lost trying to complete basic actions.

Customer support tries to help, but it can take several follow-ups before issues are fully addressed. There are also occasional glitches and slow load times that interrupt work.

JobDiva has potential, but it really needs a serious overhaul in terms of usability, speed, and reliability before it can be considered a top-tier ATS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
