I really value how JobDiva saves me time, especially with its AI integration and email merge capabilities for mass mailing. The platform makes evaluating and weighting skills straightforward, enhancing efficiency. Initially, I found JobDiva difficult to understand due to the numerous tools, tricks, and tips required for effective use. The icons on the candidate's page were particularly challenging as they were not big enough to easily identify what they represented, which made navigation cumbersome. I also noticed a lack of relevant tools or icons that could assist with day-to-day tasks directly from the candidate page. This could be improved to enhance usability. I’ve used JobDiva regularly, and honestly, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The platform feels outdated and not very user-friendly — simple tasks often take too long because of how the system is set up. The interface can be confusing, and it’s easy to get lost trying to complete basic actions.

Customer support tries to help, but it can take several follow-ups before issues are fully addressed. There are also occasional glitches and slow load times that interrupt work.
