
In US market career builder has a good value with the large pool of candidates, you don't have to depend more on linkedin as it has more niche profiles, it has a good features like saved searches and bulk actions which helps in shortlisting profiles. you can track applicant tracking, resume parsing and job posting. It provides the simple view of each candidate status. IT helps in hiring contract and midlevel roles like BA, DA, healthcare, retail etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is outdated compared to greenhouse and iCIMS. When you parse a resume it doesn't get all the information sometimes you need to do it manually.
