**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

You can easily search and reachout the candidates for almost any job. All suitable filters are available to chose from, Like VISA status, Employment type, Location and distance from specific Zip code. I could find many matches from Careerbuilder and i have closed the positions with the help of this awesome recruitment tool.
This is very easy to use, once you have basic understanding of Boolean search, It gives you the most relavent results. Also, the features from filter section are very useful too.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

Sometimes the Logout Glitch, It automatically logs me out of the session during the search. When i have opened sufficient profiles based on my search and i start calling one by one, It logs out automatically and then i have to rediscover the candidates by starting the fresh search after login again.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not using CB as ATS, company has other tool for that purpose. I am using CB for simpy sourcing purpose and it has been very helpful in that. I have found so many matches on my jobs and filled few of them with the help of CB. For instance I have recenly filled a Application Admin position, the profile was fist discovered in CB and then other Platforms, I was lucky to submit the candidate before anyone else found her.

I haven't had any problems with the CB ATS and so far everything is working great.

Career builder help me to the hiring process, making it more efficient and less time-consuming. This includes features like resume parsing, automated job posting, and centralized communication tools. I can easily filter out candidates I want based on their work  authorisation without calling each number to clairfy their status. Very effective and effeiciant. Easy integration with our existing HR tools is also a plus point.

Limited customization offers where sometimes we have unique or complex hiring processes that the ATS doesn't fully accommodate. Need software updates too to make it more smoother and stops crashing from the backend.

The most Helpful part of of career builder's applicant tracking function is the portal allows to all of our existing candidates which been added in a pool for maybe for future reference or puposly for making a database for teh specific role also for pipeline pupose to make a track of candidates for thier recruitment stages of interviews, offers, and other relevant statuses. It is easy to use as functions are widely open and easy to apply and implement the correct status for candidate profile. It comes with great UI and function stability to integrate it with Internal ATS software for continuous sync with pipelines, statuses and other delivery if infomation to the recruitment orgamnization for data integration.
Best part of career builder is that, we can use career builder frequently for multiple times as it dosn't have any resume per click or profile per click limitations.

There is no such major downsides of CareerBuilder ATS as it does the job very well.
As well as the the customer support team from the development team or on a troubleshooting team, they have assigned a special point of contact for every account. So i don't think any of the downsides or least liking thing about the ATS.

I love how easy it was for me to use CareerBuilder! It's very easy to build your resume from scratch if you don't have one already. I also like how it's easy to search by the salary range you're seeking and to read helpful articles for career advice. Overall, this is a great website!

Sometimes I didn't prefer the recommended jobs that were matched to me because they seemed outside of the career experience on my resume.

This is the best Applicant Tracking System i have used ever. It is very easy and user friendly. You can source good functional resources on CB. I like the system to use in my day to day use.

Sometimes it's get hijack and ask to confirm the email multiple times. Also, if it could get the option to use 2 users at a time then this would be the greatest app. As we can only use it one user at a time.

CareerBuilder helping me to source the candidates or resumes on the passive search. Its a great feature of adding 3 locaions at a time and also, who has updated their resume and when is the great  feature to use, as we get to know who is active and who is not.

CareerBuilder is very flexiblejob portal for searching the jobs and the candidates. As a Senior Recruiter, it helped me alot to find the suitable and qualified candidates. I love the tracking method of CareerBuilder.

While searching the candidates profile, I have seen alot of time that the profiles were active 10 days ago or 20 days ago but their resume looks very old. Sometimes I got issues in Boolien part.

CareerBuilder is a very flexible job portal. As per my expereicne, CareerBuilder is great job portal for finding the Functional requirement resumes. It helped me alot to find the qualified resumes for Customer services or Help desk positions. We can search the resumes statewise.

First and foremost, it is very user-friendly. The interface is awesome compared to other ATS. I am a recruiter, and the filters in CB allow me to filter and identify talent easily. Finding the right talent on CareerBuilder has been a great experience. They have proper search fields where you can put your keywords or parse the Job Description. They have a good pool of candidates from all sorts of backgrounds.

There are a lot of irrelevant resumes with incorrect or outdated information. Maybe resumes are not parsed properly in some cases but there are situations while trying to find the right talent for a job, you get a lot of resumes that are not useful. This leads to more time consumption and slower output.

If you have a lot of IT jobs, then use CareerBuilder for Job posting. You will find a plethora of candidates for functional and manufacturing roles. For IT, you will find a lot of resumes as well, but a lot of them could be irrelevant, so your search needs to be specific.
