The UI is outdated compared to greenhouse and iCIMS. When you parse a resume it doesn't get all the information sometimes you need to do it manually. I like best about Careerbuilder applicant tracking is that it’s really easy to use. The interface is simple and not confusing, so even if you are not super technology user. you can still manage candidates without a issue also it connects good with different job sites, so you get lots of applications from many places.

I also like how you can sort and filter candidates fast, it saves a lot of time. The automatic email and interview scheduler is helping too it takes away some of the repeated work. we can also share notes and feedback into the system, which makes it easier to work together. I don’t like Careerbuilder Applicant Tracking because it can be slow sometimes, especially when there are lots of candidates. The search is not always easy to use and finding the right person take more time.

Sometimes the Logout Glitch, It automatically logs me out of the session during the search.
