What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

In US market career builder has a good value with the large pool of candidates, you don't have to depend more on linkedin as it has more niche profiles, it has a good features like saved searches and bulk actions which helps in shortlisting profiles. you can track applicant tracking, resume parsing and job posting. It provides the simple view of each candidate status. IT helps in hiring contract and midlevel roles like BA, DA, healthcare, retail etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

The UI is outdated compared to greenhouse and iCIMS. When you parse a resume it doesn't get all the information sometimes you need to do it manually. What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

I like best about Careerbuilder applicant tracking is that it’s really easy to use. The interface is simple and not confusing, so even if you are not super technology user. you can still manage candidates without a issue also it connects good with different job sites, so you get lots of applications from many places.

I also like how you can sort and filter candidates fast, it saves a lot of time. The automatic email and interview scheduler is helping too it takes away some of the repeated work. we can also share notes and feedback into the system, which makes it easier to work together. What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

I don’t like Careerbuilder Applicant Tracking because it can be slow sometimes, especially when there are lots of candidates. The search is not always easy to use and finding the right person take more time.

What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

You can easily search and reachout the candidates for almost any job. All suitable filters are available to chose from, Like VISA status, Employment type, Location and distance from specific Zip code. I could find many matches from Careerbuilder and i have closed the positions with the help of this awesome recruitment tool.

This is very easy to use, once you have basic understanding of Boolean search, It gives you the most relavent results. Also, the features from filter section are very useful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

Sometimes the Logout Glitch, It automatically logs me out of the session during the search. When i have opened sufficient profiles based on my search and i start calling one by one, It logs out automatically and then i have to rediscover the candidates by starting the fresh search after login again.
