I use Fireflies.ai to record, transcribe, and summarize my meetings automatically. I like the AI-generated meeting summaries the most because they help in meetings where I can't join, but I still get the discussion details. These summaries provide the crux of long meetings in just a few paragraphs. Meeting recordings help in doing quality checks of our sales teams, as client meeting recordings provide more insights and help us make better decisions. I can fully pay attention to the conversation during a meeting because I know Fireflies has me covered with the notes, and also the AI function is great to get quick insights on what happened in a meeting, and for recap emails, it easily integrates into my team's environment. Implementation was so seamless, I've never had to use customer support, but if the product is so good, I'm sure customer support is excellent. I use Fireflies on a daily basis. The transcriptions are accurate, the summaries are detailed, specific, and on point - and I love being able to "ask fred" when I need a very specific detail extracted from a meeting. I had a great experience using Fireflies.ai on the free app, which is why I initially decided to sign up for the pro account. I find the customer service experience with Fireflies.ai shockingly bad. I set everything up so it would join all of my meetings automatically, and it didn't work for an important meeting. I had to take handwritten notes and lost a lot of information. When I followed up, the bot said it couldn't see my meeting, even though everything was set up correctly. I was transferred around customer service, explained the situation multiple times, and was told the engineering team would look into it. I haven't heard back from them in over three days. I've waited in a queue for over an hour, with no estimated wait time, and couldn't get an estimate when I asked. I was put back in the queue after trying to open another chat. It's beyond frustrating, and they didn't fix anything they promised. The initial setup was easy until I switched to the Pro plan, where it looked perfect but didn't work. After paying for the Pro plan, it disconnected my account or messed up the settings. I like the training features of Fireflies.ai and the results it provides. The analytics feature is really good, helping me understand how well my calls went. Their support was really bad and they didn't help us, so we had to switch. They can first acknowledge their issues, like the bugs they were having, and give us some solutions, but they didn't reply to our emails. I have a problem with notes when I have various meetings in various languages - it will be much easier when Fireflies.ai recognizes the meeting language. As with many notetakers, the integration with Zoom feels invasive. Once the app joins in real-time it's almost impossible to figure out how to get rid of it if you want to. I know how to manage it not in real-time. It's important to understand that the problem is that it's not intuitive at all when you're put on the spot and ave to get rid of it fast. Our organization has been using FireFlies for about 8 months now and it has become a must have tool in our meetings. Given the volume of meetings we handle and demos we show, it's pretty hard to remember whole discussions and this tool takes notes for you in the best way possible. It's integrated with gmail and hubspot. It's quite accurate with its notes, sharing sentiments of calls, speaker talk time. Overall it's highly vlauable tool for our team.
