I find that the inputs from Fireflies.ai help me evaluate how I carry my meetings. The note-taking and observations point out things I'm not aware of but can improve. I also like the CRM integration with HubSpot, which allows me to monitor contacts and customers. This integration provides visibility for our management to see our progress with customers. Additionally, the initial setup of Fireflies.ai was very easy.
