**What do you like best about Drift?**

Time to value. 
Ease of setup of all main playbooks.
The value that it delivers. 
A decent Hubspot integration.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Unfortunately can work unstable. 
For example, the drift conversational landing pages can take too long to load (up to 40 seconds) without any visual indicators of anything happening. 
We thought it can be caused by our implementation, but some of drift's own landing pages behave the same way.

Same thing for some of the chat playbooks that are tied to UI elements or API calls. Can take dozens to seconds for the chat to appear again without any indictation that something is happening.

Reusable blocks are an essential part to scaling playbooks, If you have a somewhat complicated conversation or meeting routing logic they are a great tool.  But they are terribly unstable. 
The editor can crash multple times wiping out the editing progess. Editing them when they are used in playbooks is a pain as well because the number of "exits" can't be changed.

Accelrating our sales cycle. Making it easier for qualified leads to connect with the sales team both from the website and within the app.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift has made it easier to have "ice breakers" with prospects. Nowadays, buyers want to feel they have maximum control in the buying process; Drift has the right features to make that possible. In turn, this provides a better experience for sellers and gives them a better sense of organic flow in conversation. Ultimately, having a tool like Drift can provide added value to your sales team.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

One of the features that I dislike is the setting for idle or being away from your computer. However, after being on the webinar and learning more about the updates, there will eventually be a new rollout of Drift where you no longer have to toggle when you're away from your computer.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift is solving the problem of unanswered emails that are automated or feel boring; this also includes the hundreds of emails that typically get blocked or banned from servers as spam, ultimately landing in the junk or trash folder. Drift provides a better alternative with real-time conversation.

The calendar invites don't integrate very well with my systems. I have to resend an invite with a zoom link and it gives prospects a false sense of 'booking' a meeting

My favorite part about working with drift is their willingness to help. The zoom meetings are always helpful, and in a pinch, the assistance through their chat has never let me down. The Drift team goes out of their way to make sure we are getting the most out of our chat.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The one thing I would change is the ability to make the button options uniform. The different-sized buttons are a little distracting and may corrupt the data. Something like size could possibly persuade visitors to select an option they may otherwise not have chosen.

Drift lets us engage with website visitors 24/7 allowing us to interact with website visitors outside of business hours.  Being able to serve a potential advertiser with industry-specific marketing materials is a huge benefit!

It is very intuitive. We can e able to interact with the right customers. Setting up a meeting is very easy

Nothing much at this point. I am a new user and will know more once I use it for a bit longer.

In our business, it is difficult for some of our customers located in remote locations to connect to an expert to support them with their technical issues. Drift allows our customers to reach out to experts and giving us a chance to help them with our solutions. It's a win-win situation for both of us.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift is built from the ground up for advanced targetting, allowing your business to go beyond the typical support use case of web chat to surface target buyers on your website and deliver them a personalized chatbot experience that meets their interests. There are many options for how you can build out your playbook and analytics to help you see how they are performing. When you bring on sales users to do live chats in Drift, you'll get the most benefit by connecting the buyer to the exact person they would work with to answer their questions and guide them through the buying process.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I don't have any major dislikes, but one thing that sometimes presents challenges is using cookie-based targetting (which is becoming harder to acquire from website visitors) to build audiences for Drift, such as Marketo lists. We are fortunate to have 6Sense and that helps us target based on buying intent without the need for cookies. If you don't have 6Sense you can still target based on website behavior and a variety of other factors, but you may get the most value by pairing Drift + 6Sense. It can also take some significant time for Sales to get trained up on Drift, but worth it.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift helps us get buyers on our website who are on the fence about talking to us to take that step. It surfaces new pipeline for us (which on average is a very high deal size), that we otherwise would lose out on. The people on your website already know you and are further in the funnel in many cases, Drift helps you make a connection with them and get them to take the next step of starting a conversation about your products and how they can meet their needs.

I love how quick and easy drift is. It's simple to learn and use for everyone on the team and takes no time to set up. Even if I miss a conversation, Drift emails me all the information afterwards, which is great.

My only gripe with Drift is that it doesn't always capture the account names accurately.

It is helpful that the platform is able to understand what human is saying and know what part of the website to point someone to. It can also send PDFs of white pages that someone may have an interest in seeing.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It still lets bots into my calendar sometimes. I woke up on a Monday morning and had 10 fake meetings that I had to deal with, which was very annoying. However, that has only happened one time since I started using it.

When there is not a human on the other end of the keyboard, this tool is able to give human-like responses and give assistance where it is needed. Ultimately, this can get sales into your pipeline.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

The strength of Drift is twofold: The ability to see insights on a customer or prospect's engagement and to be able to communicate directly with them - when they are hot and ready to talk. It is a tool with easy to use UI and access wherever you need it.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

My personal experience is that the routing of conversations has been a bit patchy, with conversations and accounts being routed to the wrong team member in some cases.

The struggle to talk to prospects when they are ready to talk is the hardest thing about prospecting. Drift gives me the ability to be with the prospects in real time.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Apart from being easy to use, Drift offers plenty of configuration capabilities that help us get the most out of our live chat conversations. From building customized playbook's to setting up complex routing for our support teams, the experience has been great so far. Integration with our CRM and other external platforms works seamlessly and requires very little intervention once set up. The newly introduced conversational AI is also an exciting feature that we're looking forward to making use of with our customers. Outside of functionality, Drift's account management and support teams are very friendly, efficient and always available to ensure we're getting the best use of the platform and aware of any changes and enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Currently, there is no easy way to review any missed chats/conversations, although I believe this is something that is currently being implemented. Reporting is okay for the most part, although some additions would be welcome - eg. being able to get an overview of comparative performance between the different teams set up in Drift and having the agent and team name visible when looking at conversation ratings at a Playbook level.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift enables our business to meet customers where they are and offer real-time, immediate support as opposed to relying on traditional contact methods like email and phone. Our goal is to make our customer support channel as effective and accessible as possible and having Drift as our live chat tool certainly helps.

The Slack integration notifies you of site visitors in real time and allows you to go straight to the chat from there. It's super fast and shows you when they're online.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Visitor data isn't always there or correct. Once had a customer named Julian get very angry that I kept calling him Elsie as Drift suggested. But happens rarely.

Showing us MQLs and website visitors. Converting MQLs and website visitors into meetings. Self-serving bad-fit customers and routing visitors to the correct team.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift is a great product with tons of features we value but I actually loved how easy it was to get started. We were able to launch a chatbot on our site using a template in less than a few hours and immediately impact demand gen! That short time-to-value encouraged us to invest more time into Drift and find value in their other features too.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

It's a great product for teams of all sizes but for smaller companies you may need to depend more on automated features than ones which need people to jump into live chats. That's not essential as you can automate pretty much everything but if you like an added human touch to conversations with site visitors etc you may need to staff accordingly

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift helps us convert more leads on our website and have more engaging conversations with our prospects with their email and video tools too. It has consistently increased our web conversion rates over time.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

My first experience of using Drift was back in 2015 when they were just starting up. It was a great platform then but fast forward to 2022 it's even better now! With the ability to reverse IP look up accounts, create playbooks and connect prospects to sales within seconds - it's one of the best live chat tools you could use.  The additional features to booking a meeting, create videos and utilise chat bots really help accelerate our buyers decisions. Our CSM and Professional Services Consultant are both amazing and have supported us from day 1! We still have lots to do but we're making great progress.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The way bot translations are managed could be improved, it's a bit clunky. The platform can also be quite costly if you need more seats and require additional features.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to follow our Demand Gen motto 'no leads left behind'. By using Drift we are able to connect leads any time of the day/week to create an engaging user experience and follow up in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

In the past 4 years that I have been using Drift, I have found it to be an incredibly valuable tool both for the company I work for now and the company I previously worked at. I like how quick and easy the UI is to use, Drift is easy to programme and adapt as things change for the business. It helps to create an easy flow and funnel for customers to go down at any level of knowledge and takes us forward with identifying and qualifying leads. It is also easy to pull up reports and the data is reliable/easy to digest. The UI is easy to onboard people onto also. Finally, the experience for both the rep and the customer is smooth and logical, this is a bot that almost anyone can interact with, with few issues/ dropoffs from confusion on both sides.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

The only issue that we currently have with Drift is that we are starting to want to add processes and adapt things within the chatbots that are not possible on the level of Drift we currently have. We are ready to upgrade to the enterprise level at this point and would certainly get more out of the chat function if we did so. Any issues that I can think of with Drift normally come down to the level of software we have rather than Drift not having the functionality full stop. 
Otherwise, the only minute issue I can think of has just been the way drift is set up for US phone numbers etc as a default, otherwise, it's extremely reliable.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drift allows us to create an automated funnel for site visitors that we can audit, adapt and control to create an authentic reaction with the company in line with our message. From this, we can identify potential leads quickly, capture data such as email addresses and widen our pipeline much further than traditional methods. We also offer an alternative communication option to customers which could be viewed as less time-consuming as they aren't having to put anything to one side to chat with us such as a phone call. They are connected to speak to the right person within the business and receive the experience and answers they need which cuts down the dropoff we may otherwise experience. The benefit to myself is that I can be a part of adding value and educating leads on the product right as they discover it, I can get them interested and excited for it right away which creates a greater sense of urgency to ultimately purchase. Though this is something that other chat functions do, i find that the data drift produces is reliable and that the interface is user friendly for customers and also visually pleasing.

I think there should be a way to automatically set your availability in drift. i.e, Online from 8 -12:30, or 12:30 - 5. This might already exist, but I've searched through the setting and can't find anything.

Drift is a great platform with a great user-friendly experience including its app. As an admin, it was much easier to navigate than other platforms I have used or tested in the past with respect to admin-related tasks.

Building the "playbooks" was challenging and while our rep provided some assistance I was ultimately told that it costs more money to obtain assistance in setting up the playbooks and routing.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift makes website chat integration a breeze.  The platform allows for real time conversations and real time conversions.  Drift is also investing in new features that will deliver value for companies.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

Nothing.  We use website chat and it works as expected without issue.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for an alternative to form fills, as we wanted to see an increase in engagement.  We also found operational challenges in responding to form fills quickly. Drift provided a good alternative solution.

**What do you like best about Drift?**

It's easy to use, and in real time. I like that is sends a review email.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

I don't really have an answer for this. I guess be notified immediately if our accounts are on instead of checking periodically or after.

Allows us to chat with prospects we have been trying to chat with when they get on our website

**What do you like best about Drift?**

Drift has been such a great tool for us. It is easy to use and implement. We have been able to test to see what resonates best with our audience with their A/B testing capabilities. There are always adding new capabilities that are making it easier and better for the users. The customer support we have from the Drift team is amazing. They have provided so many insights, enablement, best practices, and support.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

If you come into an instance that is already using longer and more complex playbooks, it can be overwhelming to learn and understand. But as you use the tool, it does become easier to know what you're looking for and where to look for what you need. And customer support has been great at helping us with playbooks.

**What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives the prospect a better experience. They can decide if they are ready to speak to sales, download an asset, or just browsing the site. This has helped ensure that only prospects who are ready to speak with sales are making it to the reps.

I like seeing the chat flow and drilling down to specific conversations.

I' would like to see a calendar filter option for "the current month to date" only.

What I like best about drift is that you need a company's email domain to enter that chatbot.

**What do you dislike about Drift?**

There is nothing I dislike about Drift. It's literally a perfect tool.

It's solving the wait time for prospects that come onto our chatbot. It's benefiting the sales team because we're able to meet qualified meetings through it.
