Exceptional Support, Effortless Setup

I had an excellent experience with 360Dialog. Their team, including Marko, Juhi, Amanda, and Omer, was very responsive throughout our WhatsApp Business API onboarding process. They guided us step-by-step through a Meta verification roadblock until it was fully resolved. I highly recommend 360Dialog for their customer support. I appreciate their support as they guided us step by step until the issue was resolved. I also value the coexistence feature, which lets us keep using the WhatsApp Business app while running the API in parallel. The initial setup was very easy.

Fast, Friendly Support and Smooth Integrations

|360Dialog
Fast support and very friendly staff. Stayed with me till last until the problem was resolved. The UI is nice, both old and the new. Integrations were fast and smooth, also fast system overall. Pricing is decent until hitting the limit, but the ceiling is high.

Helpful Support, Fair Pricing, and an Easy-to-Use Platform

The Support is very helpful and they have really ok prices . The platform is easy to use , everything is clear . If i have any problems , even though they help me a bit later ( I don t have instant Support accces ) , they manage to solve my problem every single time
