What I like most about SalesCaptain is the flexibility it gives us compared with a traditional IVR. Rather than forcing callers to sit through a long list of options and press multiple numbers, we can let them explain what they need and then route the call accordingly. I also appreciate being able to adjust the call flow as our needs change, without having to redesign the entire phone system each time. The way it can handle different caller responses and branch into different paths makes the overall setup feel much more natural.
