What do you like best about 360Dialog?

I am very grateful to the colleagues of the 360 dialog team, who are always in touch and very quickly help to resolve issues. I would especially like to mention Mateusz , Martina and Lolitha! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Dialog?

I like everything, it's very convenient and pleasant to work with a professional team. But I would like,

1. for companies that are strictly bound to the rules of currency control and tax legislation of their state to be able to automatically receive the necessary documents based on the results of the reporting period.

2. Receive detailed customer reports automatically.

3. In the personal accounts of our clients, remove the insights section so that the client does not see the amount that is intended for payment in dialog 360. Since this does not complicate our communication with customers much, we are resellers and the cost shown in this section differs by at least 20 percent (the amount of tax Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Dialog?

- The AI chat assistant often keeps you in a support loop and thus making it unnecessary hard to open a support case. (Support requests via WhatsApp usually give you a better user experience.)

- I don't like the backend. They should merge the number (app) and WhatsApp business account (wabamanagement) tabs into a single view to improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Dialog?

Like a previous user said, after non-payment they DELETED my registered Whatsapp number and caused our clients several days downtime. No email warning that our payment method was invalid. Tried to raise a support ticket, but couldn't do so without a registered number. Was able to add onto an old ticket luckily, and the first thing I'm told is "You should have created a new ticket." Support only responded 30 hours after I raised the ticket. Answred all his questions and then he dissapeared again, number visible but not verified.

My first support ticket was also about a charge to my card which was in no way authorised - I received a very vague response several WEEKS later.

After adding new payment method they deducted EUR150 but only an invoice for EUR49 shows up in my account. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. We set up our own instance on AWS, now it costs us next to nothing, instead of EUR49 per month with the other invisible charges. What do you like best about 360Dialog?

It was easy to set up and get started. Apart from this, there is nothing good. Their UI is unreliable and inconsistent, their back-end seems to have issues regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Dialog?

customer service responds with half-sentence e-mails. If your invoice is not paid 1 day after they issue it, they DELETE (not disable, not limit) your number, take your money and don't provide the service.

I have never seen technical customer service first respond with "something went wrong", then "we deleted your number" and "we may refund if necessary". What. The. Actual. F. Please avoid if you are looking for a reliable provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I want a refund. The service you provide is superficial and the information provided is not correct. Also, the support team gives very superficial information to one of us. You do not have your own resources, they are trying to provide education by sharing links from external sites. Please refund the WhatsApp bussines API service I recently purchased.
