"We recovered sales opportunities that were getting lost in our support chat"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

What I like most is that Knock AI helps distinguish people who need customer support from people who are actually interested in buying. Not every person who starts a conversation on your website belongs in the same workflow, and treating every inquiry the same can mean sales opportunities get overlooked. Knock can use buyer intent and qualification criteria to determine where a conversation should go, helping route potential buyers toward sales while keeping support requests with the appropriate team. I also like that the conversation can carry useful context forward, rather than making the sales team start from scratch after the handoff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

The routing logic needs to be thought through carefully. We need to define what qualifies as a sales opportunity and make sure support requests, sales inquiries, and other conversations are handled appropriately. Getting those rules right takes some initial configuration and refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We made account ownership mu across territories"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

The part I’d focus on is how we manage account ownership across territories. In our setup, assigning someone to the right rep isn’t always as simple as looking at one field in the CRM. You might have an account owner, a contact owner, or a territory rule to consider, and the right assignment depends on which information is available.

What I like about Knock’s approach is that you can prioritize CRM ownership fields and have the routing logic check them in order. If an existing owner is available, Knock can use that ownership; if not, it can fall back to the configured routing segments. Those segments can use information such as region, company details, and CRM fields, rather than relying on one generic assignment rule.

The routing simulator is another useful detail because it lets you test an example and see how the ownership checks and segment matching work before putting the logic live. For a RevOps team, being able to inspect why a record follows a particular path is just as important as setting up the rule itself.

It gives us a more structured way to handle account ownership and territory-based routing without treating every assignment as an isolated decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

For me things were good and I didn’t dislike anything about Knock AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A more connected approach to website conversion and buyer engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

We were using Qualified to engage website visitors, and it did the job for people who were already on our site and ready to interact. The problem was that our buyers weren't always that straightforward. Some would research us, leave, come back later, or engage through another channel. It was difficult to keep those interactions connected instead of treating each one as a separate opportunity. That was the main reason we started looking at alternatives. With Knock, we could approach engagement as a more continuous process rather than something that happened only during a website visit. Being able to connect buyer context with qualification, follow-up, and meeting booking made the overall workflow feel more complete. We weren't just trying to start more chats. We wanted to make it easier for interested buyers to actually get somewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

The number of things you can connect means there is a bit more to keep organized on the operations side. We have to be thoughtful about how we track different sources so the team can make sense of the activity later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless AI-Led Lead Qualification Right Inside Telegram, WhatsApp, and Slack"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

Our audience just doesn’t behave like a traditional B2B audience. They don’t really want to fill out forms, and when we did rely on forms, a lot of what came through was spam anyway. Most serious buyers would much rather message us directly. For our market, that usually means Telegram. That’s probably what I like most about Knock. Someone can start from our website or another campaign, choose Telegram, WhatsApp or Slack, and the conversation just continues there. Most of our audience chooses Telegram because that’s already where they spend their time. The AI handles the first conversation directly inside Telegram. It can answer questions, understand what the person is looking for, qualify them, and do it in whatever language the buyer is using. Then, if the conversation becomes relevant for sales, someone from our team can join the same thread. There’s no “thanks, someone will email you” moment and no need to move the buyer into a completely different process. For this audience, that feels much more natural. We would love Knock to also support WeChat messaging app. Currently not supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We replaced website chat with an actual conversion flow"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

We originally thought about Knock as a replacement for Drift, but pretty quickly realized we were using it for much more than chat. Our issue with the old website flow was that too many interactions ended without a real next step. Someone could have a chat and leave. Someone else could fill out a form and then ignore the follow-up emails. Another person might be ready to talk but still need to go through the whole SDR process.

With Knock, the AI chat can actually do a meaningful part of the qualification while the person is on the site. What surprised me is how much people are willing to share in the conversation. They ask detailed questions, explain their use case, and give us context we used to spend the first discovery call collecting.

Then, if they’re relevant, they can book with the right rep directly. If they leave a form or don’t finish the process, we can follow up automatically instead of just losing them. It has made the website much more productive for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

Because we’re using Knock across more than just chat, there are more decisions to make during setup. We had to think through which visitors AI should handle, when a rep should join, who should be allowed to schedule, and what should happen after someone abandons a form. It took some iteration, but once we got the logic right, it removed a lot of manual work from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Knock AI Helped Us Turn More Conversations Into Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

The thing I like most about Knock is that it doesn't treat "didn't book a meeting" as the end of the conversation.

We have plenty of buyers who are interested but aren't ready to jump on a call after the first interaction. They might have a few product questions, want to check something internally, or just want to do more research before talking to sales.

Before Knock, those people were pretty easy to lose. If they didn't book, they usually went into a normal follow-up sequence and we hoped they came back.

With Knock, the AI Agent can actually continue the conversation and answer the questions we have given it. If someone is qualified but doesn't book, we can also follow up with them instead of just letting the lead disappear.

I like that the rep can see the conversation when they eventually take over. It makes the follow-up feel like a continuation rather than another cold outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

We didn’t dislike anything about the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We started feeding qualified buyer signals back into LinkedIn Ads"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

I work quite a bit with B2B marketing campaigns, and one thing that has always bothered me is how much we rely on clicks and form submissions to judge whether our campaigns are actually bringing in the right people.

Someone clicking an ad doesn't necessarily mean they're a good fit for us. Even a form submission doesn't tell us much about whether they're genuinely interested in having a conversation with sales.

With Knock AI, we can send buyer engagement events directly into LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Things like someone starting a conversation, getting qualified for a sales rep, or actually booking a meeting can become signals that LinkedIn can use for campaign optimization.

That's what I like most about this integration. We're not limited to measuring what happens on the advertising side. We can also feed back what happens when those prospects interact with our sales process.

I also like that we don't need to build a separate custom tracking setup for these events. Once the LinkedIn Campaign integration is connected, Knock handles sending the supported events automatically.

For me, that's a much more useful way to connect advertising with what happens further down the funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

I'd like more flexibility in choosing and managing the conversion events we use for different campaign objectives, especially when we're testing which signals are most useful for optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Getting buyers answers without letting AI guess"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

We sell a product where buyers sometimes want answers that go beyond the usual sales questions. They'll ask about integrations, technical requirements, or security before they're comfortable moving forward. Previously, those conversations often meant waiting for someone from our team to respond, even when the question was relatively straightforward. With Knock AI, we can make approved product information available to the AI so prospects can get answers during the conversation. What I appreciate most is that we're not asking it to pretend it knows everything. If something falls outside the information we've provided, we can have it hand the question over to a person. For us, that balance between being responsive and not making things up is important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We needed a better way to handle leads coming from different channels"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

What I like most about Knock is how flexible the routing is. We get leads from different sources, and they don't all need the same approach. Someone coming from a review site might already be looking at their options, while someone coming through a campaign might still be figuring out what they need. We also have existing contacts in our CRM, so it's important to know who already owns that relationship.

We can set up routing rules based on the lead source, company details, intent, and CRM data. I also like that we can set different rules for different Knock Links instead of sending every lead through the same process.

The Salesforce integration is useful too. If someone who's already in our CRM comes back, their account owner can be notified along with the rep assigned through the routing rules. Conversations can also go to an AI Agent or a sales rep, and we can track activity in Slack and keep response details in Salesforce.

I like that we can handle new leads without losing track of the people and relationships we already have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

The main thing is that you have to be careful with how the routing rules are set up. Knock checks the segments from top to bottom, so if a lead matches a broader rule first, it might not reach the more specific one.

It's not a big issue, but you do have to get the order right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We connected individual chat entry points to qualified conversations and downstream deals"
5/5
What do you like best about knock-ai?

I like that we can look beyond the number of chats we're generating and understand which entry points are actually contributing to pipeline. Knock AI's Chat Performance analytics lets us analyze conversations by source and touchpoint, along with qualification and downstream deal outcomes. That makes it easier to evaluate whether a particular website placement is attracting serious buyers or simply generating activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about knock-ai?

There's still some work involved in interpreting the data and deciding which touchpoints deserve more investment. I'd like the analysis to make it even easier to turn these insights into clear optimization priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
