They allowed us to take the time needed to consider the options, and also to learn the system and details. That is not found in many companies anymore. It didn't seem as though we are just a number to them. What a blessing! **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** That we had to move on from our Implementation Manager. Tim was such a blessing teaching and guiding through the system. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any issues I have had, or questions, they have been quick to help. During our implementation we changed direction and increased our scope of the implementation. Our ease of implementation went off without a hitch. We trained both our salary and hourly staff with no issues. Both user groups are using the system in different ways and all of our training sessions were seamless. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** The communications during our due diligence with the Sales team about the number of Brainier courses led me to believe there was a bigger variety of training topics. The custom HTML pages and custom themes are an amazing way to provide a more taregeted look at feel to users. The support and impelemenation process is world class. I have never experiences this level of customer service or support with any LMS in my 20 + years of experience in corporate learning and development. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** The video hosting process is very antiquiated. There is no specific object designated for videos and their 20 gig limit is laughable. $5000 a year for additional storage olutside of teh 20 gig is also highly over priced and an outdated model. There is no way for us to view how much storage we've used toward our 20 gig limit so had to find a completel workaround to approach posting videos. We do not want a surpirse $5000 charge for something we can't even track. Poorly designed and an absolute fatal flaw to an otherwise very nicely designed system. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brainier has allowed us to centralize all of our learning content and create a streamline process for all things OD. **Official Response from Kiel Welk:** > Thank you for this feedback! Arriving in December is a dashboard that offers an efficient way to monitor data usage. Additionally, this threshold was carefully derived to accommodate as many customers as possible. In fact, most customers will never reach the 20GB level with routine management. However, a few choose to host over 100GB, and unlimited storage becomes high value. ### 12. Easily understood without being over-simplified. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** I had a problem with the video's ;oading and had to contact Brainier support twice to be able to complete the training. The support person Paul Obermeyer was great. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brainier provides a simple, time efficient, self paced way to provide training. It can be used as each emplyee has time to do it and at a speed that is most beneficial to thier learning style. ### 19. Alfredo was patient, flexible, responsive and very knowledgable. The best part that I like about Brainer LMS is that it is very user friendly. We love the various learning objects that can be used when building a class. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** THe downside is that there is not an upload process for current learning objects except for SCORM. Even with SCORM, you have to do quite a bit of manual work. It would be nice if there was an upload spreadsheet similar to the Group, User and Completion file. Once we get over getting our content into Brainier, I believe our users will really love the system. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** A more user friendly system for our Learning Admins. Brainier will allow our admins to be in more control over their content and offer more flexibily with how they would like to deliver their training. ### 20. The implementation process was easy and the support provided was incredible. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** The syncing to email was a bit of a disappointment- our security team did not feel that the company that they partner with provided a proper security link so we do not have that functionality. If they could upgrade that, it would be ideal! **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The snyc with ADP provides us the ability to discontinue our paper process of hiring and we can electronically send over "hire" data to ADP. It easy to locate what tabs or section you need. It's very easy to use, if you're trying to filter a location and trying to find candidates, you can just simply click the filter option and personalize your filter as you prefer. The ease of integrating of one tab to another. In addition, I love how they implement categories for requisitions and candidates, they made it more efficient to differentiate our search engines. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** The least helpful is that I cannot access all tabs at one page at the same time, but still can access it at different tabs. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** My organizational skills. I love how I can clearly create a seamless list of my possible candidates. It's very simple to use, it's easy to track my candidates, very simple to leave necessary details about the candidates that we dispositioned. It's beneficial in terms of many aspects, being productive, you can open multiple tabs at cleaco and you't experience any buffering issues. You can work at a consistent phase while still having the excitement on working with different requisitions and having to talk with different people. It is an awesome bridge that connects people with different culture and backgrounds! ### 22. I love how modern the interface is. The site is so user friendly from both the admin and user side! Much easier to use than previous LMS I have been apart of. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** Not a lot to dislike about Brainier honestly. If there was one thing, it would be that I wish if as admins we added content to a plan, it would automatically remove 100% completion rate on the user side and show them they have more to complete. I know this treads tricky waters but just something we have recently came across. All custom solutions come with an additional cost, and have to be requested, which creates a wait in improving functionality. Search features are rudimentary, and cataloging is not easy to accomplish. Partial completions aren't able to be specified in terms of hours completed, and custom reporting is required for most useful information. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assigning continuing education credits for our clinicians is our biggest ongoing challenge. Brainier allows us to customize completion certificates in keeping with our certification requirements, and register classes for live and live-virtual learning events. However, there are some issues we have begun to encounter that we would like to be able to address, such as integration with the AGD website, assigning partial credit for sessions, etc. All of these would require custom solutions, which add to the cost of the system. ### 28.
