Would like to put in new job description for different jobs in company how do I do that

Example we also put out job searches for Certified Medical Aide, RN, LPN, Medical Reception, & Certified Nurses Aide need to know how to upload new job description and application is almost same but with different job descriptions. Also need to know how to upload a new job ad for the following Certified Medical Aide, RN, LPN, Medical Reception, & Certified Nurses Aide.
