<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/clio-clio-manage/reviews"><strong>Clio Manage</strong></a><strong>:</strong> High ratings across cloud, mobility, and contact management. Very established, with strong security and compliance features.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/smokeball/reviews"><strong>Smokeball</strong></a><strong>:</strong> High satisfaction overall, also strong in cloud and mobile support. Built-in automation could be a plus for keeping workflows efficient without compromising security.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/8am-mycase/reviews"><strong>8am MyCase</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Good all-around option with decent cloud ratings; something to consider for remote-heavy teams.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/lawmatics/reviews"><strong>Lawmatics</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Focused more on client intake and CRM, which makes secure contact management important.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/assembly-software-assembly-neos/reviews"><strong>Assembly Neos</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Very strong reporting and dashboard ratings, with good cloud and mobile capabilities. Smaller market presence, but security seems solid.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/filevine/reviews"><strong>Filevine</strong></a><strong>:</strong> High contact management scores and solid cloud ratings. Popular with firms that want customization + security.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For those of you actually running these tools, which platforms have given you the most confidence in <strong>keeping client data safe</strong>, especially with remote access and cloud storage in the mix?</p>

&lt;p&gt;Also wondering, when it comes to security, is the bigger risk actually the software itself (cloud + mobility features), or is it more about how the firm sets up internal processes and user access? Always feels like human error is the weakest link.&lt;/p&gt;
