Initially, I tried finding a coach, but no service spoke to me except Blossom. The coaches are great, they have a lot of experience in business, and the conversations are very insightful. My coach, Stefan, has worked with founders, which allows him to give guidance, feedback and ask me questions about my plans that result in better outcomes. Content the company sends out is thought provoking, and sparks conversation. A recent email about perfectionism made me think of how to solve this problem and, after discussing it with my coach, improved my work and business. The app has a section called reflections; this allows users to reflect on their workday. I had no idea this would have such a positive impact on my work and productivity. Using Blossom has shortened the time it would take for me to scale my business. **What do you dislike about Blossom?** There is nothing I dislike about Blossom; I think this is something all freelancers need. **What problems is Blossom solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, Blossom solves many problems, I can better schedule my work, which results in higher productivity; I discuss goals with my coach, who offers clarity and holds me accountable for long-term and short-term business goals I set. This helps me stay on track. ### 4. Executive coaching has been out of reach financially for many of us who don't fit inside the traditional "executive" bucket but Blossom makes it accessible at a reasonable price. If you're someone who is looking for a smart, creative coach or simply an emphatic sounding board to bounce their thoughts off of, give Blossom a shot. They got what you need. **What do you dislike about Blossom?** Nothing that I am aware of at the moment. **What problems is Blossom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everyone has genuine problems/issues they've been grappling with - personal, professional, philosophical.
