"Versatile, User-Friendly HR Platform with Outstanding ROI and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Lattice?

What I love most about Lattice is how versatile and user-friendly it is. It’s not just another HR tool – it’s fully integrated into our employee lifecycle from onboarding to development. The way we’ve been able to use Grow tracks for both career pathing and role-specific training has been so impactful. It feels like Lattice truly molds to fit how we want to operate. Features like the calibration tool during performance reviews have been a game-changer, allowing us to have more structured and meaningful discussions. Plus, the ability to customize features like feedback templates or tie reviews to specific cycles makes everything feel tailored to our needs.

Their integrations and connectors continue to be a part of their innovations which tells me they are thinking about the future of how companies need to operate, rather than trying to box companies into one software.

The platform's performance has rarely given, if at all, any concerns. I've maybe seen one unplanned downtime with the platform, and it was quickly resolved, and that's over 5 years of being with them.

There's honestly not another platform out there that's better in terms of ROI, pricing, and value that you're going to get from the perspective of employees, the business, and HR and People teams. As an org psychologist, Lattice has nearly everything I could possibly ask for in order to make work a meaningful place.

Another standout is the customer support and feedback loop with Lattice. Whenever we’ve had concerns or ideas, the Lattice team is so responsive and open to input—it feels like they genuinely listen and make efforts to implement improvements. I also really appreciate the regular updates and new features like AI integrations or employee health scoring, which keep the platform evolving and relevant. What do you dislike about Lattice?

One challenge with Lattice is that some features feel a bit rigid or disconnected from how we operate. For example, managers using Onenote sometimes find it more versatile than Lattice’s one-on-one tool, especially for group discussions or sharing visuals. The lack of Microsoft Teams integration has also been a hurdle for us since Teams is our primary communication tool.

Additionally, some workflows, like configuring review letters or adjusting PIPs, could be a bit more flexible. We’d love more customization options, like adding expiration dates to PIPs or customizing individual notes more fluidly. That said, Lattice is always evolving, so we’re hopeful these will improve!
