What do you like best about Criteria?

What I like best about Criteria is how straightforward and useful it is. The product makes the overall process feel more organized and manageable and I appreciate that it delivers value without making things more complicated than they need to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Criteria?

One thing I would like to see improved with Criteria is having a little more flexibility in certain areas to make the overall experience smoother. There can be a bit of a learning curve at first and it can be a little glitchy only showing candidates on half of the screen but once you get familiar with the product, it becomes much easier to use. What problems is Criteria solving and how is that benefiting you?

Criteria makes the hiring process much more efficient by helping me narrow down the candidate pool and identify people who actually meet the qualifications for the role. It is excellent at filtering candidates, allowing me to focus on just a handful of applicants who I know are qualified instead of spending hours sorting through resumes that may not be a good fit. This saves me valuable time, streamlines the screening process, and gives me more confidence that I'm focusing my attention on the right people.
