Growthspace provided an opportunity for self exploration. My coach helped me explore my core values and how they translate to my professional life. Growthspace was incredibly flexible from a scheduling perspective. I could select the cadence which I wanted to meet with my coach and the model allows for rescheduling a session up to 24 hours in advance, if needed. While the Growthspace algorithm assigns you to a coach, I also appreciated the opportunity to assess a few other close matches to ensure I was getting a good fit for my professional and development goals. I would have liked for there to be more coaches in different time zones. I am located on the West Coast in the US, and the only coaches available when I signed up were located in Tel Aviv. My experience with Growthspace was excellent! The process was straightforward, I filled out some info about myself and what I needed, I was then given three coaches to choose from. Having the options allowed me pick the right coach with the right background and skill set for what I need most. My coach was absolutely amazing! We imediately began chatting and was at ease the whole time. It was nice to know that if things didn't work out, I could easily switch to another coach, although I never wanted to. My coach was able to help me focus on the things I needed to work on and separate the real areas for improvement from the general insecurities of being a new manager. I appreciated my Coach's (Deborah) ability to tailor a journey around my needs. She could provide her agenda but also pivoted and changed content based on events or feedback. As an SVP in the company, there are certain areas I'm already versed in, while other areas need work and attention to excel and continue to perform as best I can. I would have appreciated more technology in the sessions, collateral, and interface to deliver a final readout I could retain and work with. Don't get me wrong, I got some great Google docs from every session and "work" to continue to develop on them. However, it felt a bit dated in approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was able to provide information about myself and my needs and then was given 3 coaches to choose from. I was able to read about each coach and select on that I felt would be a good fit. I've been able to connect with and have a continued connection with a coach who has helped me work on professional goals and even impact my personal life as well. Through Growthspace, I was matched with a coach who was a wonderful fit from the start and I've had the opportunity to continue working with them, which has been instrumental in building on my initial goals and continuing to make progress. It is easy to schedule appointments based on my schedule and reschedule if needed. I've now gone through 3 rounds of sessions and plan to continue as long as I can. Growthspace has given me a great opportunity to connect to a knowledgeable consultant to help with my career growth journey.

I am not one to share my feelings and thoughts freely, and was worried career coaching wouldn't be for me due to the 'therapy-like' format. However, after being matched with my mentor I quickly changed my mind and was made comfortable to open up and make the most of the time we had.

Coincidentally or not, a lot of great changes started happening in my career and personal life during the time I was with Growthspace. And I am inclined to believe my mentor has highly contributed to that by helping me figure out what I want and how to get it.

Growthspace and my mentor gave me much insight to myself and tools to help me work around my mental blocks. Having someone to troubleshoot work issues with and how to tackle them in different ways helped me bigtime. Not only with on the job goals but it also helped me personaly at home. I really enjoyed the thoughtfulness and step by step tools to accomplish with me becoming a better leader. I really enjoyed that this program was offered through my current job - highly recommend other companies to enroll the growthspace program for the career development of their employees. My coach was fantastic and extremely professional - she helped me identify my "superpowers" aka my greatest strengths, and how to best harness them in the workplace/ political landscapes. First of all, for me it was super easy to use and book the sessions! I loved that there was a pre-assessment questionnaire which was super quick and actually gave me what I believe was the best match!

I loved my mentor, she was amazing and not only she understood my goals and helped me in my professional career but also helped me in understanding myself as a person.

I liked everything, from the flexibility in the scheduling, and the professionality and knowledge of the mentor! I felt really supported!
