What do you like best about Growthspace?

Growthspace provided an opportunity for self exploration. My coach helped me explore my core values and how they translate to my professional life. Growthspace was incredibly flexible from a scheduling perspective. I could select the cadence which I wanted to meet with my coach and the model allows for rescheduling a session up to 24 hours in advance, if needed. While the Growthspace algorithm assigns you to a coach, I also appreciated the opportunity to assess a few other close matches to ensure I was getting a good fit for my professional and development goals. What do you dislike about Growthspace?

What problems is Growthspace solving and how is that benefiting you?
