Growthspace provided an opportunity for self exploration. My coach helped me explore my core values and how they translate to my professional life. Growthspace was incredibly flexible from a scheduling perspective. I could select the cadence which I wanted to meet with my coach and the model allows for rescheduling a session up to 24 hours in advance, if needed. While the Growthspace algorithm assigns you to a coach, I also appreciated the opportunity to assess a few other close matches to ensure I was getting a good fit for my professional and development goals.
