In our company, and in our sector as a whole, there are significant evolutions in roles following the post-covid recovery of air traffic. Many roles within the company have changed, and some positions are in high demand. The platform helps us better understand the internal evolution of roles and where there are needs. We can identify our skills gaps in our current roles as well as in emerging or high demand positions. Once this is done, the platform allows us to identify training paths and development actions to upskill. The solution has truly allowed me to develop my skills.
