"AdvancedScheduling Eliminates Confusion and Puts Everybody on the Same Page"

What do you like best?

AdvancedScheduling provides a relatively accessible means of checking clients in and out, keeping their wait time and status (waiting room, urine drug screen, counseling, etc.) visible to all AdvancedMD users so that all members of the treatment team will be on the same page and flow of service for clients. Scheduling clients for their next appointments is pretty easy.

What do you dislike?

There are a lot of options at once when selecting clients and scheduling them, so there is a bit of a learning curve for those who are unfamiliar with computer technology, or less so, just unfamiliar with the application. However, it is not overwhelming. You just have to know what buttons/icons to click, and when.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All clinicians are able to see the wait times and statuses of our clients, so nobody will get "lost". All clinicians using AdvancedEHR can also see when a client is scheduled for their next appointment, so a client will not get competing dates, or any miscommunication, based on who they talk to. The doctor, counselor, receptionist, and check out desk all have the same information on the client's schedule. The quick reference it provides easily beats putting it all on paper.

"Easy to use and manage"

What do you like best?

AdvancedMD scheduling made it so easy to schedule clients for the clinicians.

I was able to see what time block a clinician was available or had blocked out, perhaps for a meeting or a day out.

It was extremely easy to add notes on the clients and also to edit the time blocks for each appointment.

For example, every appointment is unique in that it needed its individual time frame different from others. So if i needed to make one client 30 minutes but the other one hour, it was easy to change.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing i recalled disliking other than when there was a new update to the system, the whole system seems to slow down and it was difficult to change in between screes and sections.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I absolutely love using this product. However please make sure you do get proper training as there are so many levels to this product and the best way to use it at its maximum is to truly understand all of its features.

Another thing to keep in mind is that AdvancedMD does so much more than just scheduling, it does billing, and health insurance validation as well. There was also a link there that took me to medicine prescription and automatic refills. I don't remember exactly if it was part of the actual product but there was a link that directed you to a client's medication history.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The one business problem that is being solved with AdvancedMD Scheduling is the easeness of scheduling clients, not only efficiently but effortlessly in a fats paced manner.

"Helpful across computer and app"

What do you like best?

I like that I can access my schedules both on my phone and on my computer. The most useful part of the app is being able to set recurring appointments so that my regulars don't have be entered in each week.

What do you dislike?

I wish that the app allowed you to choose the date you wanted to view in calendar form. I often have to exit out and pull up my calendar to know what date the day of the week I'm looking for is on.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Use the option to set recurring appointments! Makes it so much easier.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work at a counseling practice and AdvancedScheduling provides us quick and easy scheduling with the client at the end of session without taking much time. We also have been able to link reminders to our calendar so that the client is reminded a week before a day before the session scheduled on Advanced. This how taken away my need to contact the clients ahead of time.

"Great program for any sort of scheduling "

What do you like best?

I like best the ease of which this software allows you to schedule important appointments, but also how simple it is to navigate

What do you dislike?

There are some kinks with the programming that need to be worked out, sometimes it lags behind, or exits out of the program without saving what was just being worked on

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With advancedScheduling it allows me to quickly schedule business appointments with my entire network of coworkers, and employees with the click of a button. Everyone gets the notice, no need to worry about sending emails or other tedious tasks

"Best Medical Scheduler "

What do you like best?

The scheduler is easy to use/learn. The software is akways being updated to better and more efficient In The office. Makes job easier for the front desk with everything they have to do.

What do you dislike?

The only pet peeve is that sometimes ADP does not give a timely notice of an update. User goes in and they are set back with new screen.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking for the easiest and most helpful scheduling system, AdvancedScheduling, is definitely the way to go.

Front desk is more efficient and are able to help and/schedule more patients without taking up too much time.

"Easy and user friendly"

What do you like best?

Very user friendly! Scanning and importing documents takes no time at all! Easy to delete mistakes or move around documents from one chart to the next!

What do you dislike?

Even though deleting a wrong document is easy to do can also be bad once deleted you can't recover it also if a document is saved you can update it or revise it you need to start a new document.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling and creating charts for patients are being resolved. Benefits we can export notes out on word.

"It’s great for scheduling"

What do you like best?

Best for small practices as once you get to large/ multi location, it’s hard to report off of

What do you dislike?

Our office is large and has multiple locations. It’s very hard to run reports based on location.

It’s great for our day to day needs and scheduling.

"Advanced Scheduling APlus"

What do you like best?

That it’s easy to use self explanatory. That it’s user friendly.

What do you dislike?

That it could be more interesting and have more options for editing.

"Compatible with safari "

What do you like best?

I like the ease of use and the updateed interface. I also appreciate the fact that I can use the system in safari. This comes in handy during peak times.

What do you dislike?

Not much to say in regards to dislike. Maybe that the interface was not updated soooner.

"AdvancedMd"

What do you like best?

It's a simple platform our phlebotomosts use to schedule their routes throughout the hospital to take patients blood

What do you dislike?

It can get complicated at times when multiple people use it

Use it for more things! Schedule outpatient visits who come from outside the hospital to draw blood
