What do you like best about NexHealth?

The ease of use. I also like for a base monthly rate we have everything we need to help automate our front office. Before we used a different company that every piece of software was an added monthly fee. This is not only more costly but takes more time to keep track of from an acounting standpoint. What do you dislike about NexHealth?

What do you like best about NexHealth?

The software is intuitive and works and integrates with our other software very well. Software developers seem to take feedback from actual dental personal and the software is user friendly as well as increases productivity without being clunky and annoying. I describe it as driving a mercedes vs. other vendors that drive like 1974 chevy with no ac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NexHealth?

The cost is a bit restrictive and I wish there were more customizable packages. but otherwise I am happy overall. I do miss the support department that you could speak to a tech right away. when we are having an issue with the software I don't appreciate the new support routing change especially for the high cost of the software.
