All its programs benefit the body and keep it more active. It is easy to use and carry out the activities it has, apart from the fact that monotony is a thing of the past and work stress has been reduced. **What do you dislike about Grokker?** It is so easy to use and its content is so productive that I have nothing to write that I dislike about Grokker. **What problems is Grokker solving and how is that benefiting you?** It integrates perfectly with all devices that from anywhere or at any time you can carry out activities and it has improved my mental and physical health, increasing my performance at work. ### 3. Mental health is a huge struggle with many people who work in corporate jobs and this offered SO many options all in one umbrella ### 4. It keeps it fresh and fun for users. The Pain Relief series is a great addition since our employees are middle-aged and most likely have experienced some shoulder/neck pain. **What do you dislike about Grokker?** Not enough support to get some of the reporting I would like to have from our sites. We have overall district numbers, but hard to get down to creating teams and tracking activities. **What problems is Grokker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Offering a platform that's holistic and not just focused on fitness and nutrition. I think once employees give it a try, they find instructors and content they like. ### 5. The platform itself hosts thousands of videos on fitness, nutritional studies, recipes, mindfulness practices and others in a holistic manner. The platform is really easy to access and does a great job motivating people to take care of themselves and put their health first. **What do you dislike about Grokker?** I don't have any dislikes for the program whatsoever. You can discover new ideas and health trends and go at your own pace or comfort level. The videos are clear and easy to follow and those creating the videos incredibly knowledgeable. The Grokker life isn't about a fad, its truly a lifestyle with huge community support. **Recommendations to others considering Grokker:** Take advantage of the community building aspects of Grokker. **What problems is Grokker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing our employees access to Grokker has accomplished what we needed most- caring for our staff and allowing them the time to care for themselves by providing a valuable resource. The link between happy and healthy employees is crystal clear and productivity is enhanced by both a positive work environment and one that is centered on caring for employees. Grokker provides an aspect of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in that employees are encouraged to take care of themselves and know that is it OK. It is OK and encouraged to take a mental health day, to put themselves first when needed. Also, the "water cooler talks" have changed and many conversations have now centered around certain health and fitness topics or a new recipe. ### 11.
