I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Zebra; it was a seamless process from beginning to end: the team was clear and communicative, Zebra made it simple to swap designers till I found the ideal one, they worked hard on my project, and it was a fantastic fit. It is very easy to work with them, they deliver high-quality designs and timely replies, and if you want anything odd, they are prepared to provide it (for example, a different graphics format than the conventional one). Working with Zebra has been a really positive experience; their designers are excellent, the customer service experience has been refreshing, and the design outputs have improved the overall design quality. They always inquired about my requirements in order to provide me with the best job possible for my assignment. They were eager to verify the design as many times as necessary, and if I didn't like the designer for my project, they found someone who could make it better and suit what we wanted. Nothing, I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the product, they really met all of my needs, everything was perfect, I loved the way they work, they have a great support team, and the designers are very good, if I had to change anything, I would say that the price could be reduced slightly, despite the fact that there is a good quality-price ratio, and they could improve it a little more. The printers are designed to be easy to clean and troubleshoot. Calibrating the barcode scanners does not take great effort at all. I do not have to fiddle too much with QR codes to have a workstation recognize the device and scan from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
