We wanted a website that was clear and informative about our business goals, engaging for visitors, and built on an easy-to-use platform. **What do you dislike about Zebra?** I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Zebra; it was a seamless process from beginning to end: the team was clear and communicative, Zebra made it simple to swap designers till I found the ideal one, they worked hard on my project, and it was a fantastic fit. **Recommendations to others considering Zebra:** This company offers an excellent level of service, with well-trained staff, they met our requirements and that is why I recommend them. **What problems is Zebra solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to update our website because the design and flow of our previous site were not up to our expectations. After reading about Zebra on the internet, we decided to engage their services. Within the first project, Zebra knows the scope/requirements of my project. They went above and above to make sure it went smoothly, which made it extra special for me. The completed product was fantastic; it is evident that they were able to understand all of our criteria and execute them flawlessly. ### 2. Working with Zebra has been a really positive experience; their designers are excellent, the customer service experience has been refreshing, and the design outputs have improved the overall design quality. They always inquired about my requirements in order to provide me with the best job possible for my assignment. They were eager to verify the design as many times as necessary, and if I didn't like the designer for my project, they found someone who could make it better and suit what we wanted. **What do you dislike about Zebra?** Nothing, I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the product, they really met all of my needs, everything was perfect, I loved the way they work, they have a great support team, and the designers are very good, if I had to change anything, I would say that the price could be reduced slightly, despite the fact that there is a good quality-price ratio, and they could improve it a little more. **Recommendations to others considering Zebra:** If you need help with design, in almost any capacity, I would recommend giving Zebra a try, because they really do everything necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. **What problems is Zebra solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue was that we needed to create our brand so that people could understand what we were attempting to do, now that the project is complete and our brand is "built," it is simple to grasp and well worth the investment. They are also prepared to supply something unexpected (for example, a different graphics format than the norm). I recommend the Zebra membership since it is an excellent bargain, they improved our capacity to offer high-quality designed items faster and more efficiently than ever before. ### 3. Calibrating the barcode scanners does not take great effort at all. I do not have to fiddle too much with QR codes to have a workstation recognize the device and scan from it. **What do you dislike about Zebra?** I have not experienced any downsides to using Zebra products. I do wish that Zebra would also specialize in healthcare software as we don't have to best tools to aid our nurses. **Recommendations to others considering Zebra:** If you are in the business and require healthcare technology I highly recommend purchasing Zebra technologies **What problems is Zebra solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in healthcare IT and we use Zebra desktop printers and barcode scanners. Our employees find it easy to print off wristbands and use the barcode scanners to scan the code off the wristbands. Zebra technologies makes their work efficient and saves time. The more time is saved, the more patients can be tended to as quickly as possible. ### 4. We use them for barcode scanners, label printers, and mini handheld pc's. ### 6. This has allowed us to be flexible and to make sure we can go and take inventory from one corner to another. **What do you dislike about Zebra?** There is not much to dislike but I will say that maybe having a better battery life comes to mind. We are able to get 4 hours on every charge on an 8 hour shift. **Recommendations to others considering Zebra:** Make sure you guys take inconsideration the life time of the battery befor going out. **What problems is Zebra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us with tagging and scanning all of our inventory.
