Is Achievers free, or does it offer a free trial?

Who is Achievers pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics, Achievers's pricing is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations, particularly those with 500 or more employees. G2 reviews span industries including pharmaceuticals, oil and energy, financial services, hospitality, biotechnology, and healthcare, indicating broad enterprise adoption. The custom-quote model makes Achievers less accessible for small businesses with limited HR budgets. G2 reviewers at large, distributed, or remote-first organizations highlight the platform's value for connecting geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent recognition culture at scale. Companies in regulated or high-turnover industries like healthcare and financial services appear to derive particular benefit from Achievers's structured recognition and milestone-tracking capabilities.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Achievers?

Achievers does not offer a free version or publicly listed pricing tiers. According to G2's pricing data for Achievers, the platform operates on a custom-quote enterprise model, meaning all access is paid and pricing is negotiated based on organizational needs. There is no free tier to compare against Achievers's paid plans. G2 reviewers note that Achievers is deployed primarily at mid-market and enterprise organizations, suggesting the custom pricing structure is calibrated for larger teams. Prospective buyers should contact Achievers directly for a quote, as no self-serve or entry-level pricing is publicly available on G2.

Is Achievers considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers give Achievers a strong 4.5/5 average, signaling genuine satisfaction with its recognition capabilities. However, a recurring and high-volume complaint across G2 reviews is that the rewards marketplace is overpriced, with physical products often costing significantly more in points than their retail cash equivalent. G2 users consistently recommend redeeming points for gift cards rather than catalog items to extract fair value. Despite this friction, reviewers broadly praise the platform's ease of use, morale impact, and social recognition features. For organizations prioritizing culture-building over redemption value, Achievers delivers strong ROI, but buyers should set expectations around the points-to-dollar conversion rate in the marketplace.

"Seamless Recognition and Reward System"
5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

I find Achievers to be a fantastic tool for recognizing and rewarding staff, primarily through its engaging reward system and the point earning feature. It's particularly appealing how easy it is to choose to award points or leave recognition that might later be boosted, even if I'm out of points. This flexibility ensures that recognition is always possible, promoting a positive work environment. Additionally, as someone who works the night shift, I appreciate how Achievers serves as an effective communication bridge with day-shift managers, fostering connectivity despite different working hours. The platform also made a strong first impression on me due to how easy it was to set up and get started with, speaking volumes about its user-friendly nature. My positive experience with Achievers is further reflected in my willingness to give it a perfect recommendation score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
