Specifically, I like how I can fit a short workout based on the time I have and the area I want to focus on, whether that be stretching, strengthening, and even mindfulness. The app doesn't require any gym equipment and allows you to workout from the comfort of your own home. **What do you dislike about Sworkit Health?** The app could benefit from deeper integration with wearables and fitness trackers to help users better monitor how their fitness impacts their health and biometrics. It would also be great if the meditation and mindfulness section was more robust as their are other similar mental health that offer this. **What problems is Sworkit Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sworkit helps you stay active throughout the day especially for those who have sedentary desk jobs and live busy lives. It removes barriers like time constraints, gym access, and lack of motivation by offering short, customizable workouts. When one-hour or even 30-minute workouts may seem overwhelming, Sworkit makes it easier to stay motivated by offering the option to take smaller steps towards your goals, which feels much more manageable.
