Call me old fashioned but I like a personal email or phone call if someone wants to thank me. **What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am actually not sure. It seems to be a way for management to think we are being 'recognised' without paying us any more or sending a personal message. I'm not sure it really works for those of us at the bottom of the chain, but could just be me and I don't want to seem negative as I love working for the company. ### 2.
