What do you like best about WellRight?

Being able to customize the platform to our unique culture is a great feature. The program is easy to use and implementation went very smoothly. Love having a personal account manager. (Kate M.) What do you dislike about WellRight?

There are way more positives than negatives with the WellRight platform. Most of the dislikes come from minor tweaks that could be made. I'd like to see the platform broaden its ability to have a social network within the platform. Right now we have the ability to write messages with our main challenges but we are not able to "like" the comment or even be notified that one has been posted. It would be great to develop something within the site that allows for more engagements between active members. Also, as an administrator, I'd like to have access to more wellness content or even customizable monthly newsletters that I could tweak and send out to our employees. This could include our monthly initiatives, goals, recipes, and wellness tips. This would be a huge added bonus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are constantly working to improve our platform, and this is something we've taken into consideration with future enhancements. Although this isn't within our own platform, our internal team finds great success and connection through our wellness ambassadors in our work communication tool. We often use this to connect with one another one interest in peer-to-peer challenges, engagement updates, and other things that we're all using in our own product.

What do you like best about WellRight?

Through my work, I am able to earn points redeemable for rewards. I like that you can track through text reminder, and don't have to go through the appl. The challenges are often fun or a good idea for well being. Of all the workplace challenge programs I've participated in, this is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The text reminders can get cumbersome. -The reminder that there will be charge, the confirmation, then the progress confirmation. but if I didn't get the reminders, I would probably forget to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a great place to track work wellness to maintain a sense of self care. Challenges and tasks are laid out to see. Progress on challenges is available And easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WellRight?

Sometimes hard to navigate. I often ha e a better experience navigating the website than the app. The app often has inactive buttons that just lead to frustration. Sometimes progress isn’t updated at all on either the website or app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
