The program is easy to use and implementation went very smoothly. Love having a personal account manager. (Kate M.) She answers questions quickly and is always there to make sure our program is running smoothly. **What do you dislike about WellRight?** There are way more positives than negatives with the WellRight platform. Most of the dislikes come from minor tweaks that could be made. I'd like to see the platform broaden its ability to have a social network within the platform. Right now we have the ability to write messages with our main challenges but we are not able to "like" the comment or even be notified that one has been posted. It would be great to develop something within the site that allows for more engagements between active members. Also, as an administrator, I'd like to have access to more wellness content or even customizable monthly newsletters that I could tweak and send out to our employees. This could include our monthly initiatives, goals, recipes, and wellness tips. This would be a huge added bonus! **What problems is WellRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are actively promoting health and wellness to our employees using the WellRight platform. Using the WellRight platform has helped us begin to steer our culture in the right direction and is the basis for us to be able to launch collective campaigns that our employees can use to thrive in their health journey. **Official Response from Caitlyn Smith:** > We're thrilled to hear that you are pleased with the customization options and the ease of use of the WellRight platform. We often use this to connect with one another one interest in peer-to-peer challenges, engagement updates, and other things that we're all using in our own product. ### 2. Our account manager is very responsive and knowledgable. **What do you dislike about WellRight?** The ability to customize our system design to our two tiered program design. We've made it work with the current system parameters but there are features we would appreciate being able to add in the future that we've shared with our team. **What problems is WellRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us increase program engagement and add new program offerings at a good value. I like that you can track through text reminder, and don't have to go through the appl. The challenges are often fun or a good idea for well being. Of all the workplace challenge programs I've participated in, this is the best. **What do you dislike about WellRight?** The text reminders can get cumbersome. -The reminder that there will be charge, the confirmation, then the progress confirmation. but if I didn't get the reminders, I would probably forget to track. **Recommendations to others considering WellRight:** Employees-For maximum benefit, check in every week. Employers-keep it interesting, and simple is fine. (and please don't get into politics) **What problems is WellRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** most noticeable benefit- the extra cash from the company! added benefits: paying more attention to my attitude and being more consistent. I've gotten in the habit of weighing myself, reading every week, etc. I also like that you can make the challenges peer-to-peer, for some friendly competition, or support. **Official Response from Caitlyn Smith:** > Thank you for this feedback. Challenges and tasks are laid out to see. Progress on challenges is available And easy to access. **What do you dislike about WellRight?** Sometimes hard to navigate. I often ha e a better experience navigating the website than the app. The app often has inactive buttons that just lead to frustration.
