We regularly use its compliance and professional skills courses, and the library makes it easy to find content that is engaging, mobile-friendly, and available in multiple languages. That has been especially valuable for supporting a diverse workforce without having to create or maintain as much training internally. The course customization has also been a major benefit. For example, we were able to take EasyLlama's Hiring and Interviewing course and add our own terminology, internal processes, resources, and points of contact. That gave us the quality of professionally developed content while still making the training feel specific to our organization. From an administration standpoint, we use EasyLlama both through its LMS and through SCORM packages in Dayforce. The assignment process in EasyLlama is very straightforward, and the SCORM delivery model gives us flexibility to keep Dayforce as our primary LMS. An unexpected benefit has been the quality of their support team. We have contacted them about audit questions, course coverage, translations, SCORM behavior, and learner record issues, and they consistently respond quickly and take ownership of finding a practical solution. Overall, EasyLlama has reduced the amount of time we spend managing compliance training while improving the experience for both administrators and employees. **What do you dislike about EasyLlama?** The main drawbacks we have experienced are less about the content itself and more about integration and administration when EasyLlama is used alongside another LMS. Because we deliver most of our training through Dayforce, we have occasionally run into SCORM completion issues, learner record matching or duplication, course-version changes, and reassignment or provisioning questions. We also encountered an issue where an Arabic translation was not fully updated in a refreshed course, although EasyLlama corrected it quickly after we raised it. None of these have been major enough to change our overall view of the platform, but if you are integrating EasyLlama with another LMS, I would recommend thoroughly testing course versions, completion reporting, learner identifiers, translations, and recurring assignment rules before a large rollout. **What problems is EasyLlama solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before EasyLlama, we were managing compliance training through a mix of internally created content, subscribed content libraries, Dayforce, and other LMS platforms. That created a lot of manual work around finding appropriate courses, assigning training, tracking completions, reassigning overdue or recurring training, and responding to audit requirements. EasyLlama has helped us consolidate and simplify that process. We can now quickly identify high-quality compliance and professional development content, deliver it either through EasyLlama directly or through Dayforce via SCORM, and support a much broader range of languages and mobile learners than we could previously. The biggest benefit has been administrative time savings. Compliance training used to require significant ongoing coordination and audit-related catch-up work. EasyLlama has reduced much of that burden and allowed our HR team to spend less time managing training logistics. It has also improved the learner experience. The content is more engaging, mobile-friendly, and accessible to our multilingual workforce. The ability to customize courses with our own processes, terminology, and internal resources has also allowed us to use strong off-the-shelf content without losing the company-specific context employees need. I love how easy it is to do assess trainings to team members! By far the best user interface and so straightforward to use! The training videos are also all so extraordinarily well done! The voices and examples used in every video is awesome! This is one of the best training websites I have used by far and I am so grateful for its depth! You can really see the people that run this platform care exponentially and try their hardest to make very detailed trainings! This is especially beyond prefect for establishing performance for new hires and onboarding! **What do you dislike about EasyLlama?** The only thing I don't really like about EasyLlama is that you can click off the tabs when inside the training. If you try to click off the tabs then the training video thats playing completely stops until you click back onto the page. I am not a fan of this at all. We used to use Absorb and upload the Navex courses but now with the BambooHR integration is easier to pull reports and have employees participate at a higher rate. I notices that it was AI generated but it didnt feel fake or robort-like. The catalog that EasyLlama offers covers a wide range of topics that can not only help with compliance but with the performance an development of the employees. Setting the courses within bamboo was super easy, very smooth onboarding, I was able to set everything by myself without any support.
