As someone in HR, it is extremely difficult to find reliable training for employees that is continuously applicable. EasyLlama checks a lot of boxes that most trainings don't. It is easy to use and implement when employees start. The library of trainings is very extensive and our company will be using it for multiple trainings. Distractions are minimal, so it's a bit easier to focus on the training itself and the content. I do like that most of the actions are a bit more engaging though, and that they try to make trainings a bit more fun. Good to have audio feedback when clicking on buttons and whatnot. I don't really have many gripes with the software, but I've noticed that when I finish trainings and it redirects back to the trainings page, that it doesn't update the status of that training right away. I really appreciated how interactive the training was. I enjoyed opening all the doors and "answering" the phone calls, which made the experience engaging. The training was extremely detailed, and I left feeling well-versed in recognizing what harassment, bias, and discrimination can look like in the workplace. The only aspect I didn't like was the play button and the way tasks were handled. Occasionally, I would press a task and complete it too quickly, but I still had to wait for the narrator to finish giving the instructions. I appreciate the use of various media to engage the learner, such as flash cards, video shorts, multiple-choice answers, etc. The graphics were quality, the characters were diverse. Most importantly, the scenarios were relatable & thus, understandable, BUT not too cut n' dry, because they provoked questions & sound use of critical thinking due to the necessary nuance featured in order to mimic real life situations.

I also really enjoyed the use of facts, and that the stats shared were given a source; it introduces the learner (who may have otherwise been aloof to or overwhelmed by the reality) to entities outside of their employer that are valuable resources & can offer aid in such cases. Those who might've felt isolated and/or unaware of their resources can fathom a better outcome.
