It seems crazy to have to terminate the employee in one company and re-enter all the employee's information in the affiliate company losing the history (pay, salary, etc.) and documents (incl. I-9).

I'm not always sure what managers can see or not see in the system and still not sure if I have them setup with the correct rights to approve time off and correct time cards for their respective employees.

As a government contractor, we are required to produce an annual AAP report as well as our EEOC reporting. There are specific metrics similar to EEOC data that are included in the AAP. I would love to be able to pull this data directly from Paylocity.
