I enjoy the UX as well. The marketplace option is great, easy to navigate and use. Big fan od the idea in general, and it's execution. **What do you dislike about League?** For the past month, ticket approval time has been significantly delayed. People have been waiting weeks for their claims to be processes, as opposed to the hours that it used to be. Very disappointing given the gravity of the consequences this could result in for people's lives and financial stability, all with no proactive communication from the company on the delays or an understanding of when times will return to normal. I'm not sure why this sudden change took place, but it's disappointing that there's not capacity or process to handle high volume. The support team has been very kind, and I believe they're doing the best they can given whatever parameters they were given. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generally it helped keep great track of claims, reimbursements, and making sure that accounts were being spent appropriately. ### 2. Simple tasks earns points which are extremely easy to do and keeps employees engaged regularly. **What do you dislike about League?** The app itself sometimes freezes or crashes. It can be a bit slow and some screens will not load and requires force quitting the app to reset it. Another issue with the app is the login does not work with password managers. Fields are not set up properly to have the password populated by the password manager. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides easy and simple access to all my benefits provided by employer in one place. It also allows me to submit expenses or my lifestyle spending account. There are also daily educational tasks I can do to earn rewards. ### 4. As an example, the Journey in League frequently freeze and cannot be completed without intervention by customer support. Even when there are communication or system issues I had 100% satisfactory driver resolution with your support so far. Outstanding. **What do you dislike about League?** It would be lovely to have a bit more flexibility with our league credit after we chose to allocate it to LSA. A lot can change in a few months for a family, and it would bring your service to another level if there was the possibility of at least a percentage of flexible allocation (resources that could be used in more than one feature and are always spent last only after other resources are over when applying for claims). **Recommendations to others considering League:** Talk to support. Use all the free resources available, but more than anything: talk to support. League offers one of the best chat support I've ever been graced with: people were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and driven to solve my issue or present me with the right resources to understand my request. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** League makes it easy to access the benefits I am entitled to through my corporation (Shopify). The rules are clear and I love how easy it is to access information and ask for assistance. The LSA is a treasured benefit in our home, and we absolutely love how accessible the system is and how easy it is to submit claims or fix issues with submitted claims. I can't stress this point enough, because for the vast majority of services claiming anything is a nightmare, and troubleshooting issues with claims is a level-up to a hellish nightmare. It takes us hours, sometimes days, to submit simple claims related to our dog's well-being using other platforms, for example, while the couple of times I used league for that it took me a few seconds to submit and a couple of minutes to fix my claim with the chat support. Again, outstanding service! ### 7. Like it's not sufficient for the whole family for entire year. Also, I cant use the wellness spending allowance for my dependents. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has motivated me to be more active and that has helped me to participate in many physical and mental activities. Which had made me more productive at work. I have controlled my weight and staying hydrated made me feel more confident in meetings and client presentations. Super easy to see what amounts I have left in my wallet via my phone/the app. By far one of the best medical insurance companies I have ever had. **What do you dislike about League?** I find sometimes when loading the LifeMarket , when I get promotion/alerts via the app , i find its slow to load , it might have to do with the fact that its redirecting me to a web browser instead of within the app. Thus I tend to view Lifemarket, via my desktop now. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just streamlining my medical expenses making it super easy and straightforward. I actually look forward to using my League account when the time comes and don't dread the procedures that medical expenses can sometimes have. ### 9. I have authenticated myself for FaceID multiple times and the authentication has held for at most a few days. Ideally I would like to be able to use it to login always, not just to keep me logged in for a short session. **Recommendations to others considering League:** Log in with the app for ease of submission, and participate in the daily challenges. The marketplace has good deals. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are adding in more interactive things, like the walking challenge which is linked to your phone. It's easy to access the wallet and show the health cards when needed. The process of submitting a claim is very easy and quick. I don't think many people use this feature but I like learning about different programs and receiving achievements for those completions. Customer care is quick, easy, and helpful. They approve your claims within 1-4 business days and you get the reimbursement quickly. **What do you dislike about League?** I don't like the admin portal too much because I find it limiting in some aspects. For example, if you wanted to see who is currently in the enrollment process and download the report, the report doesn't contain any useful information. It's not too user-friendly in this aspect, but if you take the time to explore each feature yourself, you may be able to grasp the platform. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the League integration with our HRIS Hibob because a lot of stuff is automated now, such as account creation, enrolment invites, terminations. The only limitation that we are solving now is whenever someone is receiving extended benefits coverage, then automation can be a bit tricky, but we are working with the League team to find a solution that works best for us. League's customer support is so nice because I can redirect employees to ask questions to them, or if I have a question myself, they are usually helpful and quick with responses. ### 12. Also, the support team is ALWAYS available and ready to answer any questions that you might have. **What do you dislike about League?** The support that you end up receiving can be very confusing. Either they don't understand your question and act like they do, or they don't answer the question you asked, or they give different responses to different people for the same question. Example: our employer covers certain Maternity supplies. Myself and a colleague both chatted with support to ask if maternity clothing (for simpler breastfeeding) and maternity bras were covered. One of us got a "yes", and one of us got a "no". So, where the coverage can be read in different ways, it can cause complexity for them that they're not able to support well. **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide an incredibly easy platform to manage your benefits wallet and apply claims against. If you compare it to the more traditional benefits providers, I would never switch back to them from League. The UX of the website is excellent, and it's easy to find whatever it is that you might need. They have support all the time ready to answer questions, and the Life Market is a nice little benefit as well to either spend your wallet or extra credits that you get from the health programs that they provide - it's a great mix. ### 17. Some of the shipping cost is also not worth it when i get free shipping elsewhere. the life journey programs are interesting but sometimes i do find it not that motivating, I'd like to see some programs that are more like a calendar - day 1 actions, day 2 actions... **What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?** my work place uses it so it's not like i have a choice. but the credit program is great, motivates me to log on every day. claims are also easy and straightforward. although sometimes i do get confused as to what is included and what not. ### 21.
