I have an existing employee who wants to change his W-4. He doesn't have a printer, or I would email him the document. Do I need to provide him a paper copy, or is there some way to do this in Ease?

Higher Ed has some unique rules on compensation, and some hierarchical structure requirements. If we would be able to connect with another community college or someone dealing with the different pay types, we may be able to resolve our own questions without waiting for the customer support team.

I think we are at the point where we'd like to have a different rep handle our account. I'd like to know if that's possible and what do I need to accomplish this. My rep rarely reads an entire e-mail and only ever partially answers my questions. It is incredibly frustrating.

The Labor Allocation Summary by date range report is still available but the "Payroll Run" version was so much easier to run and provided the specific information I needed.
