# Several months ago a portion of the accounts that had previously been mapped by Paylocity's G/L team correctly on our general ledger, were no longer correctly mapped.

This situation translates to manual effort on my part, once the G/L import is completed each payroll, to re-route the data to the correct accounts and remove the random accounts Paylocity created. When this was brought to the attention of your G/L team by your support team, I was told months later that nothing could be done. This seems like an event that could have been rectified had I had direct access to someone on the G/L team.

You can fix this two ways: first, call your account rep - then ask for the supervisor. Or, call the person who sold the product to you, and ask them for the name and email of the supervisor. I have found that the supervisors are great at listening and responding. I have had a few problems to bring to their attention. This should be an easy fix for them.
