# How involved is the setup process?

How much work did it take you and your team to set up the feeds. (specifically time investment)

We implemented during the initial COVID lockdown in less than 6 weeks. We only had 4 carriers to enroll for insurances. The team was super supportive and helped make such a rushed process relatively seamless. Total time less than 60 people hours.

The setup process takes about 8-12 weeks for EDI feeds. In terms of time investment, depending on platform and integration, we would have regular calls and any discrepancies would need to be resolved  in the system of record by the client to continue through the testing phase.
