I have not taken the time to investigate putting all personnel records on the Paylocity program and presently keep all personnel records in folders in my computer. Trying to move away from paper personnel documents.

Rather than having to go thru the entire process of an open enrollment, I wish that there was a streamlined way to acknowledge the benefits and choose to keep benefits the same.
Went from 9 employees to 5, yet your charge to process our payroll did not decrease. Surely less work for you should translate to less cost for us, or is your fee a flat fee across the board, regardless of headcount?
When I log in to submit payroll, it takes about 15 minutes for it to be ready . Sometimes I use that time to look around at reports, etc. However, still it seems i have to log out and log in again in order to get the current paycheck stubs.
