# How can we get more training on reporting?  Or custom reporting

I feel like the custom reporting is very robust but not too user friendly and sometimes the canned reports just don't cover what is needed to be pulled from the payroll database.

I have a dedicated Paychex HR person that is a huge help when it comes to about any question or topic I may have. I'd suggest contacting someone like that through your account rep.

There are tutorials in the portal as well as you were assigned a dedicated specialist. either should be able to assist your in making custom reports.
