From a functionality standpoint of a broker backend user they are one of the ONLY systems that has form mapping. Some carriers still will not accept EDI or API connections from a benadmin so the back up of having a physical form to submit that is electronically signed by the employee is great. 
Other platforms typically won’t support form mapping at all or if they do it’s no where near as good as Ease. 
I can’t tell you how many times we have had to dig up an actual form for ACA IRS audit or the show a carrier they missed an email sent to enroll or terminate  member.
