Is it possible to turn off vacation approvals in ADP Workforce Now so that once an employees submits a vacation request it is automatically approved and the manager just gets a notification? I say this because vacations are never turned down so approving this is a pointless exercise of control.

In our business we pay most employees on an hourly basis, so the PTO needs to flow in hour amounts. It would be great for this to flow to payroll so we don't have to enter it manually.

The IRS tables are fairly static, and since our corporation pays 100% on behalf of the employee, all of the required inputs exist on the platform; yet we still wrestle with manual errors that seem completely unnecessary. Thanks!

I am not sure how to use the scheduling tool in Time and Attendance for our salaried employees. I'd love for the system to show that a normal workday is 7.5 hours and that we are not open on the weekends so that time off requests are submitted correctly.
