# Is there a way to change the email address associated with the Paychex account?

If I am having issues accessing my account, is there another way I can reset my username/password (other than doing a password reset? For some reasons the emails don't go through).

I haven't had to do that, but I am sure it is possible.  I would start at the user preferences.

I believe the account admin at your place of business should be able to do that by accessing user accounts.
