# How do you legally process change forms once they have been signed with the wrong information

Ease does not support change forms. We have issues changing change forms once they have been signed.

Some change forms have been mapped in EASE. Check the Forms Library or you can also send a request to EASE support to have a specific form mapped if you cannot find it. I do find that some 'termination' forms are still not supported for one reason or another.
