# What was your experience with onboarding as a small business (less than 10 employees)?

What was your experience with onboarding as a small business (less than 10 employees)?  I'm learning of a lot of problems with my account a year after onboarding that I'm very frustrated about.

<p>The onboarding process was really simple. It was just typing in the employee information into the forms online. Once all the information is added, it is saved so you can just process your payroll by adding the hours or clicking the salary pay now button. </p>

We have been using Paychex Flex for about a year now. As the manager I find it to be very easy and convenient. I am able to pull out reports and get employee payroll information as I need to and not have to bother with a phone call or waiting for an email. Employees like that they can get their paystubs when they want them and that they are stored online for them. We all like having less paper!
