We are finding that we are spending time doing paperwork in BambooHR on the day of hire instead of as intended, before the hire date because we are unable to send the packet more than the first time of hire.
There are few tools to integrate WA and Zoho, there are working through third parties, but I think there are more ways to use it and make it succesful.

It could be really helpful if there would be a notification system or e-mail notification (once a week?) to inform about new implemented features or options. Sometimes I discover a new features, new integration just by a "coincidence" while working with the Recruitee.
It would be nice to automatically send a congratulatory email to employees on anniversaries and potentially a gift card for birthdays. Managers could forget so it would be nice to automate.

We have been using Original Hire Date to show someone's PT hire date then Hire Date to show when they moved to a FT position. We need to have all the training sessions completed within the job for each employee. Also It will be important to have all key training certificates and sessions completed by the employee in his/her file.
