What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?

LearnUpon is user-friendly, even for those without a lot of tech experience. It allowed our small nonprofit to deliver trainings in a variety of modalities, making it a one-stop-shop for our learners and gave a us a professional, polished look. The LearnUpon Team is customer-focused and it shows in everything they do. They're very responsive to customer suggestions and are constantly improving the platform to stay up-to-date with the lastest technologies. I have a better relationship with my customer success team at LearnUpon than I do with any other vendor I work with! They're customer service is simpley top-notch! What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?

Since we train people outside of our organization, there are some workarounds to make it work for us. Learners must have a valid email address in order to create an account and some of the agencies we serve do not have email addresses for all staff and there are union restrictions to using their personal email. It can be frustrating sometimes, but the LearnUopn team are always available to help us figure out how to make something work for our unique situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?

LearnUpon is incredibly user friendly and easily customizable for our different training needs. They are also so incredibly supportive throughout the implementation process and assign you a Customer Success Manager for continuous support. What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?

Most of our trainings have a live learning component, but LearnUpon is set up where a user has to enroll in the course and then select a live learning date separately. This has caused confusion for some of our users who think they've completed their registration since the course. What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?

Our organization went from no learning platform to LearnUpon in a matter of weeks. In the past, this process has taken me months with other vendors. LearnUpon's customer services is above average and, coming from me, this says a lot. I'm talking Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, and in fact any team member I have ever dealt with. Now, let's talk features and functionality. The implementation was straightforward and our SSO, Teams, and Zoom, integrations were easy. Since LearnUpon was built from the ground up, it has all the fundamental features that one needs to administer users, groups, courses, etc. and learn. My team and I are in the system on a daily basis and we have learners frequenting the system for onboarding, compliance, and development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?

There are a few quirks though. Here are some examples. When a learner is disabled, there is no visual indicator until you click into their profile. There are workarounds; however, these are additional steps. It would be nice to add custom content to a learner's Home page. LearnUpon is very user-friendly and offers excellent reporting features. It integrates seamlessly with our SSO, which makes access simple and ensures that all user data in the system remains current and accurate. What I like best about LearnUpon is how intuitive it is for both learners and admins. It’s easy to create and manage courses, track progress with clear reporting, and the support team is quick and helpful when you need them. What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?

I enjoy the simplicity of LearnUpon LMS. Once it's set up, I don't have to worry about each new hire and their onboarding training. It's easy to upload them into the groups they need, and the system enrolls them in all the courses they require. What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?

I don't like the organization on the back end, like how it just lists courses by the date they were created, instead of letting us organize them into folders. When creating new items in a course, I think it would be better if we returned to the course section we were in rather than navigating back to it, as it's just an unnecessary step. Updating quizzes or knowledge exams could be a bit easier, as it’s usually a little time-consuming. There was also a learning curve for leaders who wanted to upload training because there were too many options to choose from, making the instructor role a bit obsolete since I now do all the uploading. What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?

I like that the new User Interface of LearnUpon LMS has a clean, sleek look, which I find aesthetically pleasing. The filter on the Catalog page being more prominent is a big plus, making it easier for users to find specific courses quickly. As an admin, the 'set all as completed' button is a real time-saver, especially when handling hundreds of people and certificates, as it simplifies repetitious tasks like enrollments and marking complete. The integration with Zoom has also been exciting because it streamlines hosting webinars and makes processing attendees and certificates feel effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?

The Live Learning feature is forced as the old ILT system is not going to be supported. Live Learning is great for courses that are offered frequently, but for those offered once a year or bi-annually, it is not as clear about posted dates in the Catalog view. It also requires more steps and feels like doing tasks twice instead of streamlined for the behind the scenes setup. The customer support and service we receive is second to none. We are great to be a part of the new features and functionality as they release. Integration with EasyGenerator is also really good, even if we haven't fully utilised it yet. Using LearnUpon is straight forward, and the community helps iron out any questions we have. Sometimes there are tasks that should be intuitive, but are not so. Our rep is always helpful in finding ways to solve our issues. What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?

Since adopting LearnUpon late last year, we've seen a tremendous uptake in online learning from our organisation. This has been helped by the various use case applications the tool provides to our business, as well as functionality and ease of use for our learners. We've seen growth in engagement scores, primarily down to the different delivery options the LMS can provide. The support is second to none, our CSM Colm has been a fantastic source of support and advice since we were handed over to the Customer Success Team. There's not a meeting that goes by where we're not been updated on future initiatives the company is looking to introduce to the solution. Likewise, as both Head of L&D and LMS administrator, the reporting is second to none, and the ease of use the platform provides helps me to share ROI statistics with our internal stakeholders so easily! What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?
