## LearnUpon LMS Reviews
 ### 1. Brilliant LMS utilising automation: turns customer & employee training into a seamless experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizzie C. | Legal Lead & Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

LearnUpon has been a great fit for us as a scaling SaaS company. We use it for both customer training and internal onboarding from a single portal, which has been really valuable. The HubSpot integration is best-in-class and the AI-powered course authoring tool has dramatically cut down the time it takes us to build and update content. The automation capabilities mean the platform largely runs itself once set up — customers are enrolled in the right courses based on their role, language, and lifecycle stage without any manual effort. Our CSM has been exceptional throughout, and the onboarding support meant we were up and running faster than expected. For any SaaS company that runs on HubSpot and wants training to feel like a natural extension of the customer journey, LearnUpon is hard to beat.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The reporting can be a little unintuitive at times, and there are some gaps in what you can surface publicly, for example you can't display a user's company name alongside their course review, which feels like a small but noticeable miss. And while the price point is justified by the feature set, it is a significant step up from alternatives on the market.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a fast-growing SaaS company, we needed a way to scale customer training and standardise internal onboarding without adding headcount. LearnUpon solved both in one platform. The HubSpot integration means customers are automatically enrolled in the right courses based on where they are in their journey, removing manual admin entirely. The result is a more professional customer experience, a more efficient team, and a training programme that scales with us.

 ### 2. Seamless Setup, Strong Support Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José C. | Systems Application Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

LearnUpon LMS allows us to offer our members a centralized location to access educational opportunities, resources, and live learnings. What really sets this platform apart is the people behind the product; they are genuinely strategic business partners who care about our association and success. They're willing to lock arms and help us achieve the outcomes we're looking for. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the implementation team made it a seamless process.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

While the platform is very simple to use, it doesn't offer much customization. It would be nice to be able to configure or customize certain pieces a little bit more specific to our use case. The other thing is having a more robust forums feature that allows users of the platform to connect and engage with one another inside the platform.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS provides a centralized location for our members to access educational opportunities, resources, and live learnings.

 ### 3. Intuitive and Efficient LMS with Room for Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pamela B. | Recruitment Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I really like LearnUpon LMS for its simple UX/UI. The admin features make it easy to manage, and I appreciate the automated content creation along with the integration capabilities with content libraries, HRIS, and SSO. The clean look and simple user experience stand out for me, especially since the layout is intuitive and uncluttered. This makes it ideal for our team members who don't frequently use the LMS, as they can navigate it without having to memorize where everything is. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Some of the backend admin features like learning journey creation and licensing modules down to sub-portals could be improved. I would like to be able to copy paste, drag and drop, and share checklists to sub-portals via licensing.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LearnUpon LMS for its simple UX/UI, easy admin, and automated content creation. It integrates with our content library and HRIS, plus offers SSO. The intuitive, uncluttered layout helps our team use it easily without memorizing things.

 ### 4. Training and Development Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** STEVEN D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I appreciate the quick responses from support when I have issues or errors. If I have a problem or if a user encounters one that I can't solve on my own, I can reach out to support or my Customer Success Manager and get a quick response. I also loved the setup experience. This was my 5th LMS startup, and it was the best and quickest one. I was able to set up LearnUpon LMS, create 40 courses, and import over 15,000 users with their previous completions in less than 3 months, which was impressive.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Multi portal reporting. I would like to run a report across all the portals that have different user data. I can run a report currently, but have to manually add the custom user data for three portals separately. Very time consuming.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LearnUpon LMS to push out learning courses for service techs and internal teams, providing immediate access to training and full references to manuals, which helps users in fixing products.

 ### 5. Two Thumbs Up for LearnUpon

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Clinical Educator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I've been enjoying the quick responses, and how everyone is so attentive and ready to help. Getting used to a new system and setup can be dauting, but the LearnUpon crew (from setup to success teams after launch) have been vital to ensure a successful rollout.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Some of the setups could be a little more straight forward. There could be more options for structure, but I feel like much of that is to come!

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There have already been some updates to Learning Journey structure, and this may give us more options for how we can layout some of our annual trainings moving forward. It's incredibly helpful to give an organization more ownership over structure to fit their needs. Reporting is starting to shift as well and this will continue to give us more insight into not only the system, but how users are benefiting for information, company/product knowledge, and even individual user activity.

 ### 6. Attentive Human Support, but Some Features Launch Before They’re Fully Ready

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey B. | Instructional Designer II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

The wildly attentive customer service. While it is currently building all the bells and whistles, the fact that you have an actual person, not a robot or phone line to wait on hold makes a huge difference.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

They often roll out features pre-maturely without essential features to make it effective. Example: Learning Journeys. You could add to a LJ, but then could not add a due date for the journey itself, you had to do it at the course level. That's not helpful unless it has fully functionality.

We would also love a better assessment system-- a way to follow up on course learnings 30 days later with both learner and their manager. Essential for proving growth in the corporate setting.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Journey due dates- we often have a series of courses that people can self-pace through but have an end due date.

 ### 7. Intuitive, Efficient Course Creation with LearnUpon

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher L. | Owner/CD, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

Using LearnUpon to create courses is easy thanks to its straightforward design. The platform’s modules make it simple to organize content in a clear, step‑by‑step flow. Overall, building courses feels intuitive and efficient from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

One thing that I wish LearnUpon did, or looked at differently is the integration of Live, instructor led courses. It would be nice if an LMS could have live events, that might not need to be tied to a course, but could stand alone on their own. Additionally, if it's possible to save a color in the editor, so one doesn't have to constantly, manually, enter a HEX code, that would be soooo good.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon's UI enables those without a lot of technical skill to easily assemble a course. This allows for speedy development and faster to market, or availablility of courses for the user.

 ### 8. Central Hub for eLearning with Course Organization Challenges

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexus W. | Educator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like that LearnUpon LMS provides a central location for our employees and client courses. I also like the learning paths feature, and I'm interested in learning more about Create+. As an instructional designer, I create courses in Storyline 360 primarily. It allows us to provide an impactful eLearning experience. Additionally, the initial setup of LearnUpon LMS was very easy.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Course organization is a big one. I’m having to clean up a portal that wasn’t organized well and it’s a pain.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS is our eLearning platform, solving the problem of providing an engaging eLearning experience. It offers a central location for courses, benefiting both employees and clients. The learning paths feature is particularly helpful for structuring the courses effectively.

 ### 9. Great onboarding and HubSpot integration, but reporting and UI/UX need polishing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Product Learning and Development Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

The onboarding process is really well organised and implementation team/customer support are extremely helpful. In terms of the LMS itself, I like the gamification options, the learning journey feature and the integration with HubSpot was simple and effective.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

I think the reporting could definitely be imporved, certain aspects of the UI/UX feel clunky and overcomplicated - for example you can't carry out bulk actions against courses or users. Also we've had to use another course authoring tool because EasyGenerator and Coursera did not meet our requirements

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us with customer education in the form of product training, as well as allowing us to branch out into the enablement space by delivering quality content and resources to the organisations that partner with us.

 ### 10. User-Friendly LMS with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corinne T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like the LearnUpon LMS for its user-friendly interface and simplicity. Adoption within our organization has been really positive, and the learning team has easily got on board with it. The process of setting up learning courses and sending reminders and feedback is streamlined, which is great for reducing admin-heavy processes. I also appreciate the helpful integration with Google Meet for live training and Google Calendar. The support team has been helpful when we've needed to find workarounds.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

There's a few technicalities in our use case where we've had to find workarounds. We'd like certain functionality to be developed to make it a bit easier for us. We understand we have specific use cases and might be different from other organizations. But in some cases where it's maybe a widely experienced issue, we'd like to see some of these tweaks resolved.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS solves admin-heavy processes in setting up learning, and automates sending reminders and feedback.

 ### 11. A solid learning platform that we implemented in weeks versus months.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riyaz A. | VP, Global Learning Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

Our organization went from no learning platform to LearnUpon in a matter of weeks. In the past, this process has taken me months with other vendors. LearnUpon's customer services is above average and, coming from me, this says a lot. I'm talking Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, and in fact any team member I have ever dealt with. Now, let's talk features and functionality. The implementation was straightforward and our SSO, Teams, and Zoom, integrations were easy. Since LearnUpon was built from the ground up, it has all the fundamental features that one needs to administer users, groups, courses, etc. and learn. My team and I are in the system on a daily basis and we have learners frequenting the system for onboarding, compliance, and development.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

There are a few quirks though. Here are some examples. When a learner is disabled, there is no visual indicator until you click into their profile. There are workarounds; however, these are additional steps. It would be nice to add custom content to a learner's Home page. Also, I'd love a report that tells me what keywords were searched, which ones had results, and which ones did not.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon has given us a platform for onboarding, ongoing development, and compliance education for our employees, clients, and partners. We have cut down onboarding from months to weeks. The result is improved CSAT, improved time-to-value, and reduced risk.

 ### 12. Streamlined Workforce Training and Compliance Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I really appreciate how user-friendly and organized LearnUpon LMS is, which makes it easy to manage enrollments, pull reports, update courses, and support staff without a steep learning curve. The reporting features are especially valuable, allowing me to quickly generate completion reports, track compliance, and filter data based on courses or roles. The ability to schedule ongoing reports has been very helpful, and I love the customization options. I also enjoy the platform's flexibility in hosting both self-paced and live trainings and the smooth integration for attendance tracking. The catalog feature is great for users to sign up for additional courses. Automations like enrollment rules, reminders, and progress tracking help reduce manual follow-up and keep learners accountable. Overall, LearnUpon helps us keep training structured, transparent, and efficient across the organization.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

While LearnUpon works well overall, reporting can sometimes require multiple filters or reports to get exactly what we need, especially when combining data across programs or pulling very specific views. More customizable dashboard-style reporting would be very helpful to avoid pulling multiple reports. User management tied to external systems integrations or API can be tricky at times. When syncing duplicate accounts or email updates, issues can occur which requires tracking down and manual cleanup. A smoother reconciliation process or clearer error notifications would make administration easier. Additionally, some bulk actions, like updating enrollments or making edits across multiple courses, could be more streamlined to reduce repetitive administrative steps. It would be beneficial to have more flexibility for attendance, such as editing a session series or enrolling users after a series has started to update records. Overall, improvements in reporting flexibility, integrations, and bulk management tools would make it even more effective for admins managing large groups of learners. These areas would save time in troubleshooting or finding workarounds to issues instead of clear fixes.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LearnUpon LMS to centralize and track training, automate enrollments and reminders, and streamline reporting. It improves compliance, reduces administrative workload, and integrates with tools like Zoom for seamless learning experiences. It also supports both self-paced and live training efficiently.

 ### 13. Transformative Customization and Seamless Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle C. | Director of Organizational Development

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I really appreciate the customization of LearnUpon LMS; it feels like our own personal system just for our employees. The integration features for Zoom and Teams, along with the attendance posting for live or virtual events, are very helpful. We use the QR code to log in-person attendance easily. I also find the newer features, especially learning journeys, coming along nicely. They give us a concrete method to architect our learning experiences for each employee. The initial setup was amazing, and having the same Customer Success Manager from the start has made a big difference in our support. Schedule reports are saving me so much time as well for each of our locations.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Nothing I dislike. Even when I have an issue, it's quickly fixed, resolved, or is on the future roadmap.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS centralizes training, keeping our trainers synchronized and employees informed. Its integration with Zoom and Teams, attendance tracking, and compliance support streamline professional development. The platform's customization and learning journeys enhance our training approach.

 ### 14. Modern, Responsive, and Feature-Rich, but Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff B. | Talent Development Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like the 'LearnUpon Anywhere' feature because it helps reduce the friction between our learners and the training they need to complete. The platform is modern, responsive for mobile use, and lighter weight compared to some other enterprise-level LMS platforms.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

SSO is supposed to be compatible with the LearnUpon LMS mobile app, but we have struggled to make it work. LearnUpon LMS doesn't have a way to send manual course reminders, which is important to us. LearnUpon's reports are focused on the courses, not the learners or groups. I would like more group-level analytics. Customer support is really slow and we only have email access to them. I'd like to solve issues quicker. We had a lot of headaches moving data over from Litmos to LearnUpon. Platform setup was easy, but migration wasn't and I wish we had piloted it with a smaller group first.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS hosts our training content, manages schedules, and maintains learner records for compliance and analytics. The 'LearnUpon anywhere' feature reduces training friction, and the modern, responsive platform is lighter compared to other LMS options.

 ### 15. Easy and User-Friendly with Room for Design Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like that it's easy to create content on LearnUpon LMS. It's user-friendly, making it easy for an admin to create content and also easy for learners to navigate.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

I wish there were more features to customize the content, like adding different elements or photos, videos, and GIFs similar to what Canva offers. I wish there was an easier way to do that within the admin side of the platform. I also wish there was a way to customize the dashboard to make it easier for learners to go through different courses. Right now, everything is kind of jammed together as a full list of courses with another tab with the learning pathways, which can get a little confusing for new learners. Having an easier way to organize, assign, and grade content would be really helpful.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS saves our leadership team's time by providing a tool for new hires to access quality content with videos, quizzes, and activities, keeping them engaged and moving at their own pace.

 ### 16. Comprehensive LMS with Excellent Support, Needs Smoother Live Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Orlagh S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like the customer support with LearnUpon LMS. The tickets are usually resolved fairly quickly, and the customer success manager is very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Having someone I can contact when I'm struggling with something or if I run into issues, and getting a response fairly quickly whether it's to point me to how to do something correctly, resolving a bug, or adding a feature request is quite necessary for the industry I work in.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The live learning isn't as good as the elearning. It's not as good as what we used to use because we can't get the information we want without a lot more clicks. It's harder to see information like which courses are full or have space, and what trainer is assigned to specific courses or trainees.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS lets me host all our training in one place, both eLearning and live Instructor-Led courses. It sends certificates, stores our data effectively, and its reporting features are accurate and user-friendly.

 ### 17. Simple and Effective LMS with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rita G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like that LearnUpon LMS is quite simple and easy to use. There's not too much back-end work needed, and it's easy to display courses. From a user's perspective, it looks quite clean, and from an admin point of view, it's really simple to use. I also find it easy to customize the LMS with desired colors, and logos. Setting up courses with thumbnails and categories for the catalog is pretty straightforward. It's also easy to set up users, which makes administrative tasks manageable. Overall, I think the initial setup of LearnUpon LMS for my team was pretty easy, thanks to its simple system.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The reporting side of LearnUpon LMS is quite limited. I would like to build reports a little better, with more filter options, especially filtering by groups. It would be nice to have more rules within the groups for building learning journeys, like attributing learning journeys based on group enrollments rather than custom fields. The catalog options and filters are fixed and lack flexibility. I wish I could categorize courses by type and set up my own filters in the catalogue. The learning journeys could also use more functionality. The interface for a public storefront isn't the greatest, and it would be good to have that more developed for a customer-facing storefront.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LearnUpon LMS for structured learning paths, onboarding plans, and certifications. It helps keep our team updated, correctly certified, and ensures access to the right training materials.

 ### 18. Dynamic Learning with Customizable Reports

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grady C. | Learning and Development Coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I appreciate the regular improvements and changes in LearnUpon LMS. I'm a fan of the reporting customization because it allows me to produce reports that vary in detail, which is beneficial for different areas and managers. I also find it provides quick, easily accessible learning and lots of it.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

There are a lot of things that are inconvenient such as managers not being able to easily view courses with upcoming due dates, disabled accounts still being added to groups and pushed learning. Being able to easily view on the manager dashboard courses and their upcoming due dates. Option for disabled accounts to be removed from group dynamic rules. Also an option to push a course to a group but not link it.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LearnUpon LMS for quick, easily accessible learning and lots of it. The reporting customization allows me to produce reports that vary in detail, which is beneficial for different areas and managers.

 ### 19. Efficient Learning Platform with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley S. | Training and Technical Assistance Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like the ease of use for both admins and learners with LearnUpon LMS. It really makes a difference in reducing admin time and streamlining registration. I appreciate being able to easily communicate with learners, distribute certificates, and collect data. The initial setup, although a lot of work, was made manageable thanks to their Implementation Specialist who was a great problem-solving partner.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

I find the registration process for courses with Live Learning sessions confusing. Enrolling in both the course and a session are two separate steps, which often confuses learners.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find LearnUpon LMS reduces admin time, streamlines registration, enables communication with learners, distributes certificates, and collects data efficiently.

 ### 20. User-Friendly LMS with Outstanding Support and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kassidy F. | Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

LearnUpon is very user-friendly and offers excellent reporting features. It integrates seamlessly with our SSO, which makes access simple and ensures that all user data in the system remains current and accurate. Additionally, their customer service team is always highly responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Before we switched to LearnUpon, we were using a homemade LMS, so I honestly have no complaints. LearnUpon is a significant improvement over what we had previously!

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a sales company with various facets to our business, LearnUpon has provided us with an LMS that allows us to tailor training and requirements to each area. It has become our central hub for learning, so everyone in the company knows that all training takes place in LearnUpon. The platform is user-friendly and visually appealing, making it an effective tool for our needs.

 ### 21. Intuitive, Flexible, and Exceptionally User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma O. | Learning and Development Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

What I like best about LearnUpon is how intuitive it is for both learners and admins. It’s easy to create and manage courses, track progress with clear reporting, and the support team is quick and helpful when you need them. I also appreciate the flexibility to use different content types and set up tailored learning paths for different groups.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

There’s very little I dislike about LearnUpon. Gamification and some advanced customisation can be a bit tricky to set up, but overall it’s very user-friendly and effective.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LearnUpon, we didn’t have a central LMS, so tracking training and onboarding was inconsistent and time-consuming. LearnUpon has solved this by providing a single platform to create, manage, and track courses, making onboarding smoother, progress easier to monitor, and overall learning more structured and efficient.

 ### 22. Customizable Platform with Top-Tier Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy C. | Director of Learning and Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

We like that LearnUpon LMS provides one central location for learning resources and development, making it easy to follow. The ability to customize and craft the learner's experience is something I appreciate. The landing page and navigation are super, and the reporting features are top-tier, with the ability to create quick custom reports. Reports can be detailed or broad and specific to learner, course, team, or any other variable. The platform offers better support and much better reporting compared to others like 360Learning. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

We are always open to more ability to customize and self-brand, but what's available is already better than most other platforms.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS provides a central location for learning resources, improves customization, offers better reporting, and comes with superior support compared to our previous solution.

 ### 23. Intuitive Platform with Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

Customer Service is excellent. They consistently upgrade the platform and introduce new features. The product is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The least helpful features are the resource page (some people have issues finding things), search feature (searches only pulling up courses that start with the searched word/inability to pull courses that just contain that word), and limiting items per page to 10. None of these are deal-breakers, but we'd love it if they were improved upon.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon has improved their Live Learning setup. Specifically, we weren't able to have ILT sessions that were more than one day. There was an intermediate solution of creating a multi-day continuous course and requiring % completion. Now that they have introduced session series, that has helped our organization a lot.

 ### 24. Simplifies Onboarding, Needs Better Course Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I enjoy the simplicity of LearnUpon LMS. Once it's set up, I don't have to worry about each new hire and their onboarding training. It's easy to upload them into the groups they need, and the system enrolls them in all the courses they require. Additionally, I like that managers can view their employees' progress without needing me to check for them.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

I don't like the organization on the back end, like how it just lists courses by the date they were created, instead of letting us organize them into folders. When creating new items in a course, I think it would be better if we returned to the course section we were in rather than navigating back to it, as it's just an unnecessary step. Updating quizzes or knowledge exams could be a bit easier, as it’s usually a little time-consuming. There was also a learning curve for leaders who wanted to upload training because there were too many options to choose from, making the instructor role a bit obsolete since I now do all the uploading.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS alleviates time consumption for team leads by providing a set learning path, simplifying onboarding. It automates course enrollment, allows easy access to materials, and lets managers track progress, reducing my workload.

 ### 25. Dependable Tool with Streamlined Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jillesa S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like that the new User Interface of LearnUpon LMS has a clean, sleek look, which I find aesthetically pleasing. The filter on the Catalog page being more prominent is a big plus, making it easier for users to find specific courses quickly. As an admin, the 'set all as completed' button is a real time-saver, especially when handling hundreds of people and certificates, as it simplifies repetitious tasks like enrollments and marking complete. The integration with Zoom has also been exciting because it streamlines hosting webinars and makes processing attendees and certificates feel effortless.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The Live Learning feature is forced as the old ILT system is not going to be supported. Live Learning is great for courses that are offered frequently, but for those offered once a year or bi-annually, it is not as clear about posted dates in the Catalog view. It also requires more steps and feels like doing tasks twice instead of streamlined for the behind the scenes setup. We could use more bulk features for downloading certificates for Group Managers or downloading by a whole course or agency.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS centralizes complex data management, provides certificates, and hosts trainings 24/7. It streamlines webinar hosting with Zoom integration and aids users with convenient course access through the Catalog page filter, enhancing efficiency for daily tasks. It saves time and supports stakeholder reporting.

 ### 26. Efficient User Management, Challenging UI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I appreciate how LearnUpon LMS makes it easier to track compliance across a wide network. Users are super easy to set up and assign to groups, which is a huge time-saver, especially when we have a lot of users starting at the moment. I love being able to add one group and having them enrolled in all the courses they need. Creating courses is also easy.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The UI is quite complicated and clunky, our users have a lot of trouble navigating it. I would like custom ways to sort courses.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS makes it easier to track compliance across a wide network, quickly assigns courses to new users, and simplifies creating courses, which saves me a lot of time.

 ### 27. User-friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eleanor B. | Senior Specialist, Education Programs, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

LearnUpon is very user-friendly, both from a manager/admin standpoint, and a user/learner standpoint. Creating courses is easy, and going through a course/learning path is simple and self explantory.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

There aren't a ton of customizations, and the reporting tool could use some updating. The guidelines can seem a bit rigid, not allowing you to necessarily pull all the data you are looking for.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a number of virtual learning courses for our members, and having a platform like LearnUpon to house all of them in one place has been very helpful. Our members need to go to one place to access all of their virtual learning courses.

 ### 28. User-Friendly but Needs Smoother Live Learning Setup

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anisha T.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I find LearnUpon LMS to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for users who aren't tech-savvy. I really like the resource library, as it allows for easy access to documents associated with the course, and makes downloading them straightforward. This feature is particularly beneficial as I can find the majority of answers I need online.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The new updates with the live learning came with a lot of challenges, and the settings weren't intuitive like they were previously. It could be a lot easier to set up, similar to how it was before.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS automates online modules for self-directed learning, making it user-friendly and easy to navigate. The resource library simplifies finding and downloading course documents.

 ### 29. Our LearnUpon Journey!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

The customer support and service we receive is second to none. We are great to be a part of the new features and functionality as they release. Integration with EasyGenerator is also really good, even if we haven't fully utilised it yet. Using LearnUpon is straight forward, and the community helps iron out any questions we have.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Sometimes there are tasks that should be intuitive, but are not so. Our rep is always helpful in finding ways to solve our issues. It also feels like it is easy to become cluttered with multiple versions of assets, as no great way of easy maintenance was communicated initially.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main focus is onboarding and sales enablement. Learning Journeys make it really intuitive to create paths that can be assigned by role, which makes it really easy to ensure training is hitting the right learners while being automated.

 ### 30. Great Usability, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naweed A. N. | Learning Management System Administrator, Non-Profit Organization Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I find the end-user experience easy to use. I also appreciate the custom data fields for users and course creation. The pricing module in LearnUpon LMS is feasible.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

I think the reporting feature needs improvements. It should be more comprehensive, allowing us to join enrollment data with certification and user details. It should also let admins add more columns to the dataset. The initial setup wasn't very easy. The batch upload and update, including the batch enrollment update, need improvements. Also, I don't understand why when you copy a course and update the copy, the original course also gets updated.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LearnUpon LMS for employee onboarding and external user certification.

 ### 31. Online Learning Platform that works !

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

LearnUpon was easy to setup and they have a professional team that supports you for the entire process. I also like some of the available automation processes . Users can access the site easily and also access the various course that they are enrolled in. Excellent reports are available to provide feedback on users and courses.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

For the past 4 years of using the platform, i have not had any negative feedback.

LearnUpon is helping us solve our staff training and engagement. The process of the setup of courses is easily created and managed. This has resulted in less time spent delivering face-to-face training

 ### 32. An Engaging Experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom F. | Head of Learning & Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

Since adopting LearnUpon late last year, we've seen a tremendous uptake in online learning from our organisation. This has been helped by the various use case applications the tool provides to our business, as well as functionality and ease of use for our learners. We've seen growth in engagement scores, primarily down to the different delivery options the LMS can provide. The support is second to none, our CSM Colm has been a fantastic source of support and advice since we were handed over to the Customer Success Team. There's not a meeting that goes by where we're not been updated on future initiatives the company is looking to introduce to the solution. Likewise, as both Head of L&D and LMS administrator, the reporting is second to none, and the ease of use the platform provides helps me to share ROI statistics with our internal stakeholders so easily!

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Honestly, none! The support has been second to none and even when we've had an minor challenge the support team have been super helpful and very timely too!

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skills based learning, career development, performance and soft/technical skills adoption

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like that LearnUpon LMS is simple to use and makes it easy to set up learning journeys for our customers to view videos on our products. The simplicity of the platform allows me to make changes on the fly based on customer feedback. It was also so simple to set up initially that I didn’t even need to reference the LearnUpon knowledge base.

No issues to report

LearnUpon LMS helps customers self-provision their learning, reducing support queries. It's simple to use, making it easy to set up learning journeys and quickly adjust them based on feedback.

 ### 34. Intuitive LMS with Flexible Learning Journeys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I really like the new feature, Learning Journeys, which has allowed us to create multiple journeys tailored to our learners, significantly increasing participation, engagement, and course completion. The flexible ability to manage branches by removing, adding, and creating new ones is also something I appreciate. Additionally, I found the initial setup of LearnUpon LMS to be super easy and intuitive, with its super friendly dashboard.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The reporting features sometimes are inaccurate and limited to the required courses and due dates too.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS is a one-stop-shop for courses, journeys, and reports. The Learning Journeys feature and flexibility in managing branches greatly increase learner participation, engagement, and course completion.

 ### 35. Customizable Interface, But Slow Support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I like the old course interface of LearnUpon LMS because it's nice and allows for customization in descriptions.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Features change in ways that disrupt the way we do things and don't seem to benefit our use case. There are little things like course connection when copying courses in the LMS, which makes us have to use two portals to disconnect the courses. Submitting helpdesk tickets takes a lot of time with reps not reading the full ticket and asking questions already addressed, making urgent tickets take days, and we have to pivot internally to find a fix.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS provides an interface to host our courses.

 ### 36. Effective Learning Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad W.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

I really appreciate the Zoom integration. It makes it very easy to use. I also like the back end experience; for someone who's creating professional learning experiences and opportunities, it's a good system to work with.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

I think the forum aspect, specifically the discussion group features, are probably a little bit dated. They could be updated to be more familiar and intuitive for today's learners in terms of interacting in a social or discussion area.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS helps us reach our learners conveniently regardless of logistics, geography, or time constraints. It allows us to provide both real-time webinars and asynchronous courses, coordinating various learning experiences effectively.

I really appreciate their support system; they are always ready to solve complex company issues within a good timeframe. I find the regular weekly or biweekly calls with them very beneficial because they help save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

The course creation can be improved with more functionality to add in a course to increase the interactivity. Also, it was hard to bring everything from Showpad to LearnUpon.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon LMS centralizes our courses and training, making it convenient for our global divisions.

 ### 38. Continuously upgrading and evolving to suit our needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelley F. | Learning Centre Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

It is really beneficial to have a LU contact CSM that we can contact anytime and also schedule regular meetings with. The newsletters and future features are also a bonus.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

It would be beneficial to add some colour and maybe some graphics to the About the Course page as it is very flat and not user friendly.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our members are required to attain Continuing Education Units and we are able to offer them some of those courses and with our integration with Salesforce, we are able to sync and manage Learning Centre profiles more effectively.

 ### 39. Easy Integrations, Flexible Reporting, and Support That’s Great to Work With

**Reviewed by:** Jeannie F. | SVP, Policy and Training Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?**

The fact that I can determine which fields to report on, post my own content, and that the customer support personnel there are easy to work with. The implementation and integrations were easy as well. We use the system daily.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?**

Because we are so large and we are heavy users of the LMS, we have had a few reporting issues because the reports are so large. However, we have worked with LearnUpon to solve those issues.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LearnUpon LMS has helped us solve compliance issues across the country, resulting in a higher number of deficiency-free surveys and better trained employees.

The reporting is not always reliable. Data can be ran in different reports that don't always align.

**What problems is LearnUpon LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon is constantly implementing different features that will help us with our training opportunities. When we moved to LearnUpon, we had to move quickly and were unable to implement more of the available functions in LearnUpon. We continue to learn about these features and how they can be beneficial to our team.
