# What is the most affordable property management software for SMBs?

I think Innago and TenantCloud are probably the easiest entry points for SMB landlords because of the low upfront cost and simple setup. DoorLoop also seems to be getting popular for its clean interface and automation features.

That said, one thing I’ve noticed is that many smaller property management tools work great initially, but growing portfolios eventually need stronger accounting, lease tracking, reporting, and ERP integration. That’s where solutions from Dynamic Netsoft Technologies stand out, especially for businesses already considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystems.

For very small portfolios, Innago is hard to beat on affordability. But for SMBs planning long-term growth, it’s smart to also think about scalability and operational flexibility before choosing a platform.
